The hotel is lovely. Just nice for a couple on a short stay. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Very clean and very comfortable. Just nice for two people. The surrounding area was populated and accessible to many facilities. There is a 7E just across the street, and many restaurants around the area. The MRT station and a mall is just less than 10 mins walk away.

Good location. A lot of eateries nearby. For muslims, mosque is a few minutes walk away. Decent and quiet hotel as there are not many rooms.

The pillows were too flat. The room is pretty squeezy. The jacuzzi was not well maintained. The buttons for the jets were not working. I came here years ago and it worked just fine. You are shortchanging the customers' experience for the amount that they paid. Walls are pretty thin, could hear kids throwing tantrums next door.

Amazing!

We are super happy about our stay! The staff were very friendly and kind. We had a problem with the payment, but they solved the problem for us, they kindly showed us some room options as we had a baby with us and let us choose, they always cared about us if we need anything… we can’t mention everything here, but we are so happy about our stay!

There was one night when we had a thunderstorm, and when we woke up in the morning, the ceiling and the wall of the room had a small water leak. If we add one more, the closest station was under construction and we had a huge difficulty in getting there! … though it’s not the problem of the hotel :P

A memorable time spent with family however, the room is definitely not worth SGD$333.

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and nice.

The family deluxe room given was smaller than what was shown on websites. The queen bed and the kids’ bunk bed was literally side by side to each other.

Good

The location is very good as its close to a lot of restaurant and the massage shop close very late if you plan to relax your body after a long day shopping.

I'm staying at G Floor which our room is just next to the street.

I don't know how the rest of the rooms look like but the family room does not make the hotel 4-star

The only good things about the hotel was the location and the superb customer service.

The family room was in a really bad shape - the room was very old with dirty walls, floor and ceiling. To top it all, the beddings and towels were all dirty - it looked like they were not changed or not cleaned properly. We had to thoroughly check and request for a set of clean beddings and towels twice. Had it not been Chinese New Year where all decent hotels were booked, we would have moved out already.

The male night shift staff was rude, the aircon was faulty and the did nothing to it. I have to sleep in the heat.

For the price, this hotel will probably be one of the best choices you could choose in the area.

1. Cleanliness of the room & lobby - The exterior of the hotel looks tiny and a little rundown, but the inside was all nice and clean, especially the room&bathroom. 2. Neighborhood - lots of eateries - There're tons of little eateries on the street where the food is quite cheap and stay open late. 3. Friendliness of the staff - Interacted with three different front desk staff and they were all very kind and helpful. 4. Room Size - As for this, depending on your standards, you might not agree, but based on my experience, the room was relatively larger than most hotel rooms I stayed at in Singapore for a similar rate. And again, it was very clean.

1. Location - I chose this hotel, mainly cos it seemed like a very easy walk from Bugis station. Distance-wise it was. But the hectic intersections and streets in between made it a little difficult to get to the hotel and compared to the distance, the walk felt tiring. 2. Bathroom - While it was clean, the shower area didn't have a full divider to completely keep water from the shower from getting into the other part of the bathroom so after each shower the whole floor of the bathroom got too wet .

really liked the outdoor jacuzzi and how comfy the room was, even though it was smaller than expected

the fridge was really small and it would be nice if there was a tray provided for people to place their food when eating in bed. although there is a table, it was a very awkward position to be using it while trying to watch a movie. basically the arrangement was very weird.
