Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage war für uns optimal da wir die Nähe zur Jahrhunderthalle bezüglich Konzertbesuch ausgesucht hatten.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße. Es gab viel Verkehr und es war daher laut.

schöne preisgünstige Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung

Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Das Bett war leider etwas zu hart für mich. Frühstück gab es in der Unterkunft nicht, dafür aber gegenüber beim Bäcker, der kaum Deutsch konnte. Das Bettzeug hat nach Zigaretten gerochen.

Sauberes und angenehmes Zimmer, gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel). Nettes und freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gern.

Es fehlten Hacken bzw. die Möglichkeit um Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen.☹️

Εξαιρετική λύση για ποιοτική διαμονή κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένα πολύ άνετα δωμάτια, μεγάλη έμφαση στην καθαριότητα. Υπέροχη περιοχή, ασφαλής, πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του τραίνου, του λεωφορείου και του τραμ καθώς και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. 100% value for money. Θα επέστρεφα με χαρά!

Very good

It was very handy having the restaurant downstairs, good food, open late and the atmosphere was wonderful! We also really liked the drinks available past opening hours. The location is great as it’s close to the train that gets you to the central station ( only a few stops ) and it’s very quiet and less crowded. Staff very friendly and kind too :)

The room we got wasn’t quite like the pictures. A kettle would have been handy for making coffee in the morning although there is a bakery nearby where you can buy some.

Superb

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are newly renovated. The hotel itself doesn't have parking but free parking is available in local streets.

If you sleep with the windows closed, the room got a bit stuffy due to no A/C. Just a small fan which didn't quite do the job.

Never again

Curtains barely covered the window. Room was threadbare. Bed was sagging. Pillows were so flat I had to roll it up to achieve some neck support. Getting to and back to airport was a nightmare because there was no train connection. Fortunately, another foreigner who lived in the neighboring town helped me reach Main train station using a combination of train, local bus, tram. Barely got to the airport on time. Hotel was in a very small village. Barely anyone understood enough English to help. Overpriced!

Breakfast was good and conveniently located just across the street. The coffee was was excellent and they had a nice selection of baked goods. The staff was very friendly and spoke 3 languages!

Straight forward and comfortable stay, would definitely use again.

Quiet room, good heating. Comfortable bed. Straight forward and helpful checkin by staff who spoke English. Restaurant in the building had good and tasty german meal at a reasonable price. There was a bakery across the road to buy breakfast in the morning. Location was ideal for my requirements.

nice renovated hotel with good location and price

1. The staff are very friendly and nice. We haven’t had such good experience for long time 2. location is great as there is S-Bahn stop 1 min away. it goes to city center or railway station directly. and the way takes cc 15 minutes. the issue here might be with DB though as they constantly have problems, delays. cancellations. The day we visited the city the S1 and S2 trains did not go in the evening bcs of some technical problems. Uber from city center was 20 euro, not that terrible. And I needed to go to the concert in Jahrhunderthalle and it was very close. i saw people from the hotel used electric scooters to get there. 3. The room was impeccably clean, renovated, the bed was comfortable. it was warm Note: there is no way to get anything to eat in the neighborhood after 22:00. at 21:30, pubs refused to cook already, so we ordered pizza for take away 5 min away from the hotel. it was tasty. there is also a small shop with drinks and snacks that is open longer

All these things are really minor 1. There were small issues with plumbing. Toilet leaked sometimes, and the handle that regulates water temperature in the shower got stuck. so the first evening the water was extremely hot, we couldn’t take a shower, and I had to wash my hair is the sink. however, in an hour, it finally loosened and since then it was ok. i guess it’s bcs everything in new and new things get stuck sometimes. 2. the cleaning lady was very persistent. after she saw we are still in the room, she went but then tried to open the door again in like only 10 minutes. the day we checked out, she tried to get in sooner, although we had time till 10 am. idk, it was slightly strange) 3. if you like to sleep with an open window and get a room that looks at the street, be ready for the noise especially from garbage collectors. i have no idea why it’s so noisy, maybe bcs the street is narrow and it created echo. but it was silent with windows shut, those are great.

The was one chair for two in the bed room so I had to ask for another one. There wasn't any heating place. It may be noisy with the restaurant on the ground floor.
