Location was great.
I could not find the exact name of our rental in my email. We arrived late and found keys in a door and assumed they were for us based on the pictures online. The man at the gyro restaurant in front was very helpful. It all worked out fine

The location of the villa is super, close to all the bars and restaurants but not too close that you’re unable to sleep and no need for a car although it is handy to have one. The size of the villa is fantastic! The villa felt like home and we were very comfortable! We’d go again definitely.
I think some of the utensils for the kitchen would be handy, more pots and pans would be great. We stayed for 10 days and could have done with an additional visit from the cleaners/top up of toilet roll etc. The only thing we felt was unnecessary was the large stainless steel worktop on the roof, it’s too big, you can’t get people to access the table.

Bottle of local wine, fresh fruits and water up on arrival. The swimming pool and pool area was really nice. Good location, nice restaurants all around and short walk to the beach. Nice to have a washing machine because we were there for 11 nights. We asked the host for a toaster and got a sandwich grill which helped a lot. The WiFi was good.
Somehow we didn’t get the TV to work (nowhere in the house). The cleaning lady tried and it was the same. She told us that there were something wrong with the antenna and there would be someone coming to fix it. Didn’t see that person. There was a moldy stench from the kitchen cabinet. The tools in the kitchen are just to survive easy breakfast/lunch. We could have asked for some more tools probably but when you pay as much as we did you expect more. And for last they could have changed towels and bed linens more often (only once). Would stay there again for lower price.

Very nice apartment and location is good. Spacious and clean apartment with several bathrooms. Friendly staff.
A toaster would be nice. A lot of stairs, might be a problem with young children.

The house/villa itself is beautiful and well laid out, good beds and bathrooms/showers. The location is convenient, close to shops and many many restaurants. The area is very noisy and touristy - which can or cannot suit you. The roof terrace is wonderful, but you have to take into account that there is a lot of noise from the busy road that is right next to it. We were in Villa Miami, which is closest to the street. Maybe it is better in the other villas.
We felt the maintenance of the house left a lot to be desired. We had a faulty very noisy device outside next to the roof terrace, which made a lot of noise and kept us awake. They weren't able to fix it - my husband ended up fixing it himself by shutting down the fuse that supplied its electricity after a week of waking up every 3 minutes to the noise. The lights by the pool were not working, this was partially fixed (the lights IN the pool never worked).
Villa Miami had NO internet - this was not fixed nor compensated for. We had to use the neighbouring villa's internet which is not ideal, obviously, with too many people using it. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped, with not enough silverware or glasses, bowls etc. We were given a few extra glasses by the cleaining lady, but decided against cooking full meals because of the lack of utensils.
We were in frequent communication with the office, but most issues were not solved. In the end a lady came by to collect the money, who then reacted surprised and said she was not aware of any of our complaints, so not sure how the management of the villas is actually organised. All in all: house ok / fine, but service level not up to speed with the high price.

The location was great 2 mins walk to beach( lovely clean bathing) and lots of local choice for restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment fabulous with roof top pool, loungers and dining area with wonderful views. Also lovely to get 2 bottles of wine, water and fruit provided on arrival as well as coffee and sugar. Also provided serviettes, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and scourer as well as dishwasher tablets. Use of washing machine and inflatables/body boards great too. We enjoyed many fabulous sunsets with loads of swifts to entertain us every night. Electric BBQ provided was well used to cooked excellent sea bass and mackerel from Chania - easy to reach on bus. There is a very good fish shop opposite the station but also a few fish stalls in the market. Maid Sophia was brilliant and even helped us with our transfer to the airport.

Personal swimming pool (with BBQ area) directly on roof. 4 independent bedrooms with air conditions. 3 independent balconies. Big equipped kitchen and bar. Electrical grill. Washing machine. Fast internet connection. Close to the sea (around 200 steps). Best sandy beach (Agia Marina) in the region. A lot of restaurants around. Nice view from the roof. Close to Chania city.
Nothing in fact.
