About this bed and breakfast
https://youtube.com/watch?v=F0l15thrQps
Island architecture offers year round resort-type lifestyle. A Guest House (2 bed/2 bath) with salt water swimming pool (separating it from the main house) can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. All rooms have decks with incredible views of the Bay and the Koolau Mountains. Situated on a knoll overlooking the boat house and dock gives instant access to water activities such as fishing, kayaking, water skiing or just sitting by the edge of the grass to enjoy the sound of the water lapping at the shore. Reading a book in the gazebo under the shade of the coconut trees and cooled by the trade wind breezes offers quiet comfort. Myriad pictures for photographs from sunrise to sunset available to enhance your memories of a trip to paradise. A spacious free-flowing living space that blurs the line between indoors and out. Dining is on the covered lanai with panoramic views from mountains to sea. Relaxing on lanai offers comfortable seating for guests with views like no other. Each queen bedroom also has a private covered lanai with additional outdoor seating. We are across the bay from Makani Kai Marina enabling views of lovely sail boats and yachts as they move in and out of the harbor. Sunrise to sunset beyond the hills and mountains offer a changing kaliedoscope of colors in the sky.
We are surrounded by palm trees waving in the trade winds, birds singing in the trees shading the property, many different hues of blue in the water and sky coloring the landscape. Each morning is a new canvas already painted for you to enjoy.

Nice property with beautiful views! Pictures all accurate and portray the sitting areas and nice pool very well. However the kitchen and bedroom areas are very old. Kitchen was adequate for storing in refrigerator and using microwave but otherwise not stocked very well. There were four of us but not small glasses or 4 spoons to use for ice cream or the like.
The property manager was out of town but communicated very nicely before we arrived. Her mother, who lived in big house was extremely nice and we loved talking to her. However, we suggest that the property manager leave a list for her to do if she isn’t close by. There isn’t much in this area of the island and we didn’t want crowded Waikiki. Take time to enjoy the views if you lease this property.

We enjoyed a home together with 3 generations all under the same roof to enjoy the same sunrises and sunsets together!! Everything was perfect! The management made us feel like important guests. ❤️❤️

If you have the right expectations, this is a great place to base yourself for a stay on Oahu!
It is not a completely private getaway or a gleaming, modern space. It is more like a traditional Bed & Breakfast... without the Breakfast. You are staying across the pool from the owners' house, and you will interact with them a little. Gail was there to greet us and during our stay was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, electrical tape to fix our rental car keychain, and most things we requested. Her daughter (who manages the bookings/communication) stopped by a few times during our 9-night stay and asked if we could think of anything that was missing that she could look into getting. Very friendly and helpful folks.
Some things to note:
- There isn't a place to turn around in the parking area, at least not very easily. You need to be comfortable backing out the car through the gate, and it's not a straight-shot.
- As mentioned in the listing, there is no A/C. I was a bit worried. But there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and by opening all the windows we got a good breeze to be comfortable overnight.
- The downstairs bathroom (shower & toilet) is between the bedroom and the stairs/kitchen, closed off by pocket doors on both sides. It is small, but does the trick. There is a small counter & sink in the bedroom.
- The dining area is outside under cover, and sheltered by movable glass walls/doors overlooking the bay.

A very unique set up that is in a gorgeous setting. The family hosting us was incredibly hospitable and eager to answer any questions and offer anything needed. This was the perfect set up for our small family get together. The pool and lounging space was just right for games, visiting, swimming, and central to any locations we wanted to visit. Loved our stay!

From the outset communication was wonderful. Upon arrival the host was a pleasure to enage with and the space was perfect for us! With the combination of indoor and outdoor space, it was much larger than expected and extremly comfortable for our group. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking accomodation in the area and thoroughly enjoyed the views every day. Wonderful stay and wonderful hosts! Thank you Malia & Gail!

This is a casita across the pool and patio area from the owners. It is sparkling clean with fun and eclectic art and decor as well as lots of books and games. The view across Kaneohe Bay is a million dollar view, and we could sit and look at it all day and evening. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We were disappointed that the pool was unusable because it was cold (though beautiful and sparkling clean) and that the kitchen was a kitchenette (I didn’t read the description closely enough). Dishes used have to be hand washed.

We stayed for two weeks.
When we arrived we were told that the “heated” pool was no longer heated because the solar panels were broken and we thought about changing properties.
We are SOOOO happy that we stayed!
What a lovely family. They did everything they could to make up for the pool situation including providing me with neoprene swimwear so I could do laps in the morning!!!
The Morris’s were so kind - true Aloha spirit - we visited and chatted a bit during our stay and they felt like family to us. They celebrated my husband’s birthday with us!
They provided us with a lantern when the electricity went out for a brief period one night during a storm.
They did everything and anything to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
I have never stayed at a property with the owners on premises but this was ideal.
I would highly recommend this property to others who do not want to be near Waikiki.
H 1, 2 and 3 were super accessible to get everywhere and anywhere.
Great food in the area as well!

Great house for a Swedish family on our first Hawaii vacation. We will return to Hawaii in the future 😃
Lots of space, and a great pool to enjoy for a family of 5.
Barbecue on the grill and a fantastic lounge area. I would really recommend this house to all my friends and family.

Your quarters are half the house -- it's basically divided by a swimming pool. There are some very nice balconies to hang out with views of the water and a breeze. The house is at the end of a street (quiet, in other words). And for those who are more of the restaurant mindset than cooking in the kitchen, there are several good, local places around.

I traveled to Oahu with my husband and six-year-old twins. It was our first time in Hawaii, and Malia, Gayle, and their family made us feel right at home. They were helpful, courteous, friendly, and responsive, gave great advice on places to go and eat, and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I was nervous about having my young kids in a shared space, given they can be overly energetic, but they were so kind and gracious and made us feel like part of the family. The home is lovely and in a fantastic location, and it was perfect for us. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire Morris family for a truly memorable stay.

Had a great and much needed respite for both of us. We found their home fabulous, views were incredible. Appreciated all the amenities, and enjoyed Red and Gail hospitality and getting to know them and so many great stories of their life on the island. We would love to go back!

What a unique and wonderful location on the edge of Kaneohe Bay with beautiful views and lovely breezes. There are patios to see the sunrise and sunset if you are gone all day. Or, sit and chat or swim if you stay at the house. The beds are comfortable. There are hundreds of books and movies. The patio has "signs" of Hawaiian history. The pool is beautiful! The hosts are wonderful, know the area and are so friendly!
Vrbo itself was disappointing because there was no notice of the location or how to check in. The host said Vrbo wanted us to wait for their notice. A friend, who lives in Hawaii, used google maps to find the house. I felt unsure of Vrbo because of their unwillingness to disclose where we would be staying. Vrbo never did disclose where we would be staying. My friend worked it out with the host, but Vrbo never made their "automatic" notification.

Peaceful and beautiful property overlooking the water. Hosts live on the property and are very interactive with you.

The property is located by a marina in a residential neighborhood. We used it as a home base to explore north shore and Kailua. The layout of the property is a bit funky but it was spacious. The kitchenette is old and needs updating and a coat of paint. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and unintrusive.

We rented this property to attend a memorial service. The property is very unique and in a good location with amazing views. The owners were friendly and met us at check in to tour the property. They live on the property but were not intrusive at all.
The main issue with the rental is that it was not cleaned before our stay. The bathroom was dirty and used washcloths were in the shower. The trash was full. The beds were made but the linens did not appear to be changed. One guest left early because he was getting bitten by bugs in the night in the downstairs bedroom - he woke up with over 30 bites on his body
I discussed this with the owner’s daughter who manages the property and she said she did not check the work of their new house cleaner and offered a discount for our next stay.
The views from the property were great but I would ensure that it has been cleaned and checked for bedbugs before renting this property

This spot is pure magic. It is out of the busy areas but close to great food, shops and easy access to the rest of the island.
The hosts are amazing people who made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to be away from the crowds and are looking to for more of a local vibe. Thank you Gail, Red and Malia. You made our trip amazing.

Lovely Experience!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The views are absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are very welcoming/lovely. The even brought us fresh donuts one morning! My girls really enjoyed the pool. This is definitely more of an b&b experience as you do share a lot of common areas with the hosts, which we didn't mind at all as they were so sweet and my girls enjoyed their company. We hope to return one day :)

Peaceful and Private
A lovely spacious property with room to spread out and relax. Beautiful water side lounging areas with views to Kaneohe Bay activity and Marine base.
Totally gated for security. A short drive to Kailua, Waikiki, and Kaneohe. Owners Gail and Red have a home to share in Paradise.

Beautiful bnb right on the bay
We stayed for 2 nights, and loved it. The pool is beautiful and you can open all the doors to get that outdoor feel or close them to block the wind. It's in a great area, close enough to waikiki that you can do the touristy things, but far enough that its quiet and peaceful at night. Gail the host was amazing with great recommendations.

... and you are an aviation enthusiast? You just found your dream home! The view overlooking Kaneohe Bay is breathtaking. From the outside dining area you can watch all sorts of helicopters and airplanes take off and land. Gail and Red are wonderful hosts. They even made sure we had perfect weather ;-) Welcome to paradise! Aloha and Mahalo! Marion

Beautiful home setting on Kaneohe Bay
This home is just what we were looking for.
Located between Waikiki and the North Shore helped cut down drive times and took us out of the tourist scene so we could unwind and relax.
The beautiful bay and the mountains were perfectly visible from the multiple decks. Big and roomy to give our group privacy as well as great shared areas.
Very nice lanai for breakfast and coffee. It would have also worked for other meals, but we chose to taste the local cuisine. All the features of home while traveling.
The owners were so nice and helpful giving us as much or little guidance as we wanted. Truly warm and welcoming people.
I would highly recommend this property.

We spent a week in Kaneohe house. The location is perfect as it’s 30mn drive away from any touristic spots such as Waikiki or the north shore.Gail was really welcoming and provided us with many informations and advices for visits. As it is a quiet place we have been able to enjoy the pool in the day and the terrace in the night time. Indeed the view on the bay is mesmerizing.Rooms are nice, but without air conditioning which is actually not necessary thanks to the breeze of the ocean. We also enjoyed the decorations : antics and nice paintings done by the owner herself. However the kitchen is small, nevertheless, we were able to find everything needed for our breakfast and evening snacks. Further more we really enjoyed the fact that the annex was equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. In terms of improvement: having sunbathing chairs close to the pool and a better household could have made this stay spot on.Therefore we really thank Gail and Red for welcoming us in their annex, being a guest of this 30 year old B&B and sharing their Hawaiian lifestyle with us.
