At the heart of the home is a private open-air pool, surrounded by shared spaces designed for relaxation and connection. The expansive upper lanai offers breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and yacht club, making it an ideal place to unwind. The home also features an in-garage washer/dryer and ample street parking for convenience. Each private unit has its bathroom, and utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet) are included in the monthly rate of $150 per person.
Double Bay View Oasis. This spacious 600 sq. ft. suite offers two private, air-conditioned rooms, each with a keypad entry for added security. Both rooms boast queen-size beds, TVs, and sitting chairs. The upper room features a dresser and end tables, while the lower room offers end tables and open shelving. Relax by the pool and enjoy the stunning bay views from your private patio. The lower room is conveniently located next to the billiards room. A shared closet is included. Rent is $3,900 per month.
Alert: All guests are kindly requested to take note of the home's multi-level layout, which includes several levels of stairs, and ensure they are comfortable with it during their stay.
The Property Manager lives on the lower level and has a separate entrance.
Please note that the home's furnishings may change from time to time, so the pictures may not reflect the exact furniture that is in the home at the time of your stay.
Also, note that security cameras are in the garage and around the property's exterior for your safety and security. These cameras may record audio and/or video.
