Cosy one-night stay with beautiful gardens

Beautiful grounds and garden. The balcony was lovely and I really enjoyed sitting out there and hearing the birds in the morning. Also thanks to Rugare for being a great host.

The air conditioner was making a bit of a strange noise.

Вкусные завтраки, приятный внутренний двор с бассейном, садом и зоной барбекю. Красивый сад, поют птички, нет шума улицы.

Мы жили не в том номере, который бронировали. Мы бронировали люкс с балконом на 2 этаже с видом на бассейн и сад. А когда приехали оказалось что этот номер занят (якобы предыдущие жильцы решили его продлить). Но нас об этом не предупреждали, а просто заселили в другой номер на 1 этаже , без балкона , без вида на сад и бассейн , без вида вообще ( окна - матовое непрозрачное стекло) . Мы сами заметили подмену и задали вопрос персоналу - почему так вышло. На что они сказали: «давайте завтра разберемся», а мы бронировали всего на 1 сутки. При этом нам сказали что разницы в цене между люксом и 1 этажом нет. И мы заплатили столько же, но нам сделали завтрак бесплатно.

Overall satisfied

The house is beautiful and comfortable in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I loved the simplicity of being given your own key as a gues that opens your room, main door and gate remote so you don't bother the host each time you'd need to step in/out. Rugare was an amazing and super helpful host. She really made my stay comfortable and friendly. During loadshedding they have multiple magneto lamps that they provide which give sufficient lighting in the room. It's really not as bad as sitting in the dark and the water remains hot in the shower. The host also gave me a scale to weigh my luggage as I was preparing for travel the next day.

When booking, just be careful to double check that the booking isn't for 1 person if you intend on booking for two. I made that mistake and found out upon arrival. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you need to be a bit out of the busy streets of sandton.

TV wasn’t connected to DSTV, only when we ask for the connection was it connected but it was only connected till 12pm so they’ve didn’t work in the morning.

Our New Favorite Spot in Sandton

The property is pet friendly which isn't that common for us in Botswana. The room we stay in has a private courtyard that we can let our dogs into. My wife likes the separate bathroon and shower area.

It feels churlish to complain about a property that I liked so much but the system seems to reward such verboseness. During our stay, the room safe did not work. I tried following the instructions to set a code, but they did not work.

The rooms are beautiful and well appointed with en-suite facilities. The rooms are also quiet. The garden and patio are beautiful to sit and enjoy.

There are no loadshedding back up generators or invertors.

A very nice place to stay, especially for business meetings. Very close to Sandton CBD.

The place is really clean, bed and bed linen comfortable. Room, bathroom and closet specious. Although the road seems a bit univiting the property is really nice.

Toilet seat unusually high, and I’m tall😄 And the stairs, a bit uncomfortable.

The number one thing we loved about this property was the private courtyard we had access to when we booked the king room. It was perfect for us and our two small dogs. Great location. Room was good size. Nice breakfast service.

I know this will sound like "dealer's pitch", but I honestly can't think of a single thing. This property ticks all the boxes if you are traveling with pets in the Sandton, Gauteng area, Neighborhood is very quiet,

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

For a beautiful guest house that is ho market it does not have any backup to load shedding .. they need a generator. I had a cold shower . This just spoilt the 5 star rating I would have provided the facility.

The wifi in my room did not work when there was load shedding. There is no hot water during load shedding. I showered with very cold water on two occasions.

The Garden was amazing. The bedroom and bathroom where clean.

There was no hot water on our final day. But overall it was a wonderful stay.

Great place lovely people!

The location is a nice large house very quiet and peaceful area there is detail to personal need and the host takes it personal to ensure you are satisfied. My bag did not arrive, but they assisted in making sure I would get it
