Great backpacker hostel

The owner is helpful and kind, the rooftop is super cool to hang out and meet other people, the food is delicious and of high quality. Overall I would recommend it, specially for budget travellers.

The bathroom is really small so it is a little uncomfortable.

Una opción económica

Muy buena ubicación, céntrica pero fuera de la zona súper turística. Camas cómodas. Tienen una terraza muy agradable arriba y te dejan dejar las maletas después del check-out y usar la terraza todo el día si te marchas por la noche. El personal es agradable. Una opción económica, muy sencilla.

El alojamiento en sí es justito, instalaciones bastante viejas, aunque sí estaba limpio.

De tudo: a equipa é super prestável, simpática e sempre atenta às nossas necessidades! Arranjaram sempre soluções vantajosas às nossas necessidades (ex: excursões) A alimentação: deliciosa e em abundância! Sentimo-nos em casa, fomos muito felizes no Happy Land!

Buena locación para conocer Egipto.

La amabilidad del personal. La gente del hostal fue realmente muy amable y tenían muchas ganas de ayudar.

El barrio, aunque eso no depende 100% del alojamiento. Se ve un poco chungo por la noche.

クレカ払いできると言いながら、着いたらアメリカドル現金のみの支払いと言われ、ないと言うと公定レートの倍額でクレカ払いさせられる、とんでもないぼったくりホテル。エアコンもなく冬場は寒い。ここでアレンジしたツアーもガイドやドライバーが執拗にチップを要求するタチの悪さ。旅行サイトの価格に騙されて選んではならないホテル。

Otelin konumu çok iyi merkezde, fiyat performans oteli, çalışanlar ilgiliydi bize uygun fiyatlı tur ayarladılar. Paramızı kolayca bozdurduk. Kahvaltıları çok iyiydi lezzetliydi. Luxora tekrar gelirsem kalmak istediğim tek yer

Good stay, wonderful staff

The staff was super friendly and helped us during our stay. The breakfast was super good! We even had to go back to Luxor and decided to stay with them again. They picked us up for free both times at the station and helped us get a taxi for the departure.

The rooms and beds. Beds and pillows were not confortable. The rooms had this white light that didn’t make you feel comfortable. The shower/bath in both of the rooms we stayed in didn’t have a curtain so when you shower you get all the floor and toilet wet. No natural light, only a really small interior window.

Amigable para el turista

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, desde ahí puedes ir caminando al templo de Luxor, tiene tiendas cerca, también es limpio y la comida egipcia tradicional que es buenísima, puedes comer ahí por un precio bastante cómodo a cualquier hora, si lo requieres ellos te ayudan a conseguir taxis, tours a buenos precios, por ejemplo el tour Del Valle de los Reyes o Hot air balloon a un precio mucho mejor de los que vimos en otros lugares, tomamos el tour de valle de los reyes ahí y el guía Aladdin, fue excelente!

La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo necesario, la presión de agua podría mejorar.

宿泊日の早朝６時に到着したところ、快く荷物を預かってくれた。早朝に出発した際には、6時に朝食を用意してくれた。

浴室にシャンプーはおろか石鹸もなかった。

Good

The boss is very enthusiastic. It only costs 30 dollars per person to order a hot air balloon in his place. Usually, I read on the Internet that it costs 35 or 40 dollars per person. One day I didn't want to eat the Egyptian way of breakfast, a gentleman made fried eggs for me, even if I didn't ask for it, very helpful, very kind and enthusiastic staff

Good staff, Taha and Mahmoud are very nice people, as well as all the working people in that place, they will make you feel comfortable, make you a very good breakfast, propose fair priced tours, and finly, you'll make great meetings on that rooftop.

Exceptional

It was highs and lows for me in Egypt up to this point. This was the only place I went where there were no surprises and the prices were decent. I did almost all the activities proposed, had an amazing time, and met some awesome people.

Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable but nothing crazy.

Mehmoud and Hamet and all of the staffs here is really kind, helpful, i feel comfortable amazing here. You may be tired of the Egyptians but happy land is different, it's a good service spirit and i hope that they can develop their career and make dreams come true 🥰

We arrived earlier in morning and the staff allowed us to have free breakfast and check in at 10. The rooftop is nice and very cozy. The staff is very kind. Walking distance to the markets, Luxor temple, bus station and restaurants. excellent quality/price

Great Place in Luxor!

Very good place! Hot water, comfortable bed, AC, a nice breakfast and nice sitting area on the top floor made this place very nice for me. And the hosts are very helpful with any request. Very much recommend Happy Land.

Only thing I can think of is I wish I had a chair to sit on in my room.

Lovely hotel in the center of Luxor

The hotel is centrally located, nice and very welcoming. Wifi works very good at the first floor and the staff is really friendly. The terrace is just amazing and the typical Egyptian breakfast is a real plus!

My room was a little bit too dark, and sometimes a little noisy at night being located near the reception. But the positive sides of this place greatly offset the few negative!

the room was good, value of money was good. provide basics. very quite place. the top roof is nice. the staff was friendly. offered me a very delicious watermelon. the wifi covers everywhere. I did not try their breakfast as I used to wake up late lol

I loved the real hostel vibes from the very beginning, when i was invited for evening gatherings on the last floor. it w

- people - owner Mahmoud is very hospitable person - price affordable for everyone - good location, 10 min walk from train station - hostel offer tours for very good price, much better that what you can find online

You shouldn’t expect Europe quality of hostels where everything is modern and “make sense” (*especially considering the fact that in Europe in would cost x4-5 times more) 😄 this is Egypt habibi! a little bit outdated, a little bit old, a little bit incomprehensible - but so unique!
