Easy checkin with a doorbell that calls the host who lets you in through the front door. After that, you pick up the keys inside the lockbox that's next to the apartment. :)

Very clean and modern. Walking distance from Liege center area.
I stayed 6 nights and was provided 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Not a big deal, but would have preferred a few more of all 3.

Not far from city center and provides parking place. The bigger room we booked is well equipped and spacious. Elevator is available.
There is no air conditioner and fan in the bigger room. We had to open the window because of the hot weather, unfortunately, the night was so noisy (people chatting in front of the apartment till 2AM, followed with roaring of motorcycles) that I could not fall asleep at all.

The room itself is great. Beautifully furnished and great bathroom. The location is great.
- The reason why we chose the room was that booking.com said there was parking available. But the parking spaces were not available. It should be noted that they are only optional and that you should ask for them beforehand.
- There was an induction hob in the kitchen, but not the right pots. But we got them within half an hour.
- While we were there, a fire test had to be done in our room.
- You really shouldn't be sensitive to noise. The room is in a residential building and a very, very loud family lives directly above it. Of course, it's not the landlords' fault, but you should know that.
All in all, no really bad points, but just a bit many, considering that you only wanted to stay for two nights and have a parking space.

the coziness of the property is definitely undeniable

The room is very comfortable, clean, and exactly like the picture. Location is great. Facility (parking, air conditioner for heating, internet tv) is all great. Bathroom is nice too. I didn't use the kitchen but it seems to be working fine as well.

the room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed. The room is supplied with coffee and warm heater. Onstructions in room were mostly in the local language and English. very thoughtful, however check in info (how to get there and the keys, etc) was only given in local language. It was relevently easy for us after we drop all instructions in google translation so not a big deal.
the hotel is located within an appartment building. there is a very hidden button to open the main gate of the building. we were slightly trapped behind that main gate when getting out.

Everything

easy to find and lots of infos to get in
you need to check in by 8 PM. And by chance the car park door was open, but if not you first need to go to your room and get the badge and then go down again and then get in your car and then park. And Boulevard De La Sauvenière is not a place where you can leave your car in double line in order to do so. Secondly, when you leave with your car, you need to do the same thing in reverse, and leave your car in the street and then go back to the apartment to leave the keys.

Noise from the street

I self-checked in without any problems. The apartment was quite big, with a lot of windows. The bed was really comfortable.
The street where the apartment is located was quite noisy at night. And there is a street lamp right next to one of the windows.

Everything.. The Location.. The cleanliness.. The facilities .. The view was wonderful. The hosts were so nice. I'm a bit obsessed with cleanliness but I give it a 10/10. The hosts were very helpful and always replied to my messages.. I really wish I could stay more. It's hard to find all of this with a price like that.
It's just a suggestion. Maybe they can add a sofa bed instead of the couch in case two people stayed in the room and wanted to sleep separately.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very central location. Lots of natural light in studio. I had everything I needed in the kitchenette.
The property suited me perfectly.

The place is new and in a very nice location. The property feels very safe. Most of the room was very clean including the carpet, the bed, the toilet and the shower.
- There is no door between the main room and the bathroom! I can't understand why there is no door, that is not a luxury, its a necessity and needs to be fixed.
- Someone was smoking in the room next-door and the smell easily made its way into our room.
- There is a street light just outside the window and only thin curtains, so sleeping was difficult.
- The pillows were way too thick.
- The sink in the bathroom was yellowing and with a few hairs left, otherwise room totally clean and nice looking.

Very good large room, great bathroom, very comfortable bed. Kettle and coffee machine
The room was not cleaned properly as it had a very strong smell of dope/cannabis. which meant we had to keep the window open overnight and so noisier. Also the curtains need to be much heavier, particularly at the bed end as there is a very bright street light level with the window at that end. So room was very bright overnight

Clean room, friendly and nice owners,
Good location, enough utilities,

All went well, exception of at the 3rd day start hitching a lot, every day worst and worst; Left yesterday and today here in ParisI went t a dermatologist to discover I have an insane amount of Bed Bugs/Punaises Lit.
Now I am in a chock treatment full of chemicals all over my body, Hair inclusive when all seems to be clean, for reasons unknow to me and I presume to owners the place is contaminated, I was supposed to pay my parking trough bank transfer it seems I will send them the doctors and treatments bill now.

The location was very central and is within a very short walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and cultural offerings. Communication with Rosalinda was fantastic. The apartment is very large and included most necessary amenities (e.g. iron and board, tea and coffee, oven). The shower is very powerful and there is a large bath in the bathroom.
Only small comments which didn't negatively impact my stay.
There is no toaster or clothes washing facilities. The location, due to being so central and the apartment facing the main street, is quite noisy and bright from the city lights at night. The insulation in the building isn't great, so you hear the people above and below the apartment. The heating wasn't very consistent. The couch in the living room is very hard and uncomfortable. The shower head sprays water all over the bathroom when showering as there is no shower curtain.
4.3
The room is very clean and nice. There is no noise from outside at all (except for the rain ;-) ) even though you're on a big street, so that's nice! Also, the room can be made quite dark, which we like. Check-in and check-out was very easy and the host was very flexible for our luggage.
Rien...

The apartment was close to center , and had a small shop nearby.

Nice bathroom and the location was great.
The key pickup was organized in a nice way without interacting with the host.
The bed was ok comfortable and there was tv.
The walls in our room were dirty. In general, the room looked like it needs some refreshing and there was a hole in the ceiling that should be closed.
There was a weird smell coming from some pipe that we felt while lying in bed..
We could hear everything from the corridor. In my opinion, the system to cover windows was not the best and it did not keep the light out properly.
4.3
It was quite clean and nicely furnished
It was a bit noisy and there was no bathroom door
