Sehr gut renovierter Altbau in perfekter Lage.

extremely comfortable and super clean

The hotel has a lot of character, while being in perfect condition. Breakfast was pretty nice, and the common area where we have it is great.
the room was bigger than I expected, thanks to a good space layout.
The little box of high quality chocolates in the room was a nice touch, as well as the original art on the walls
The fancy light switches take a while to figure out, to be honest. But I guess that’s minor.
The front door is phenomenally heavy and is a little stuck, likely a bit sagged so it scrapes on the ground.
My pregnant wife or my elderly mother would likely not have been able to get in without help. This definitely needs a look into, for the sake of the less mobile.

The location, staff helpfulness, and hospitality were all excellent, and as an architect and graphic designer couple, the overall design and attention to detail created a delightful and inspiring aesthetic product. We would recommend this hotel; to anyone visiting Liege.

There was nothing to dislike. Even the stairs - which at our age were a bit of a challenge, were worth the trade-off aesthetic appeal and the receptionist delightfully helped us with our luggage and recommended a superb restaurant for our evening meal.

location only!
staff underwhelming. room; carpets were dirty. smells from the kitchen started at 5:30 am with coffee. croissant at 7am and 9 meat. electric went out on our last morning for hours and we were in the dark for showers and no compensation no even a sorry.
fireplace!? maybe light it up on a raining day during checkin hours. only time we saw it light up was when staff were there with friends!!!
when power goes out maybe offer some free coffee from the bf room since we could not make any in the room.
FAIL.

The staff was so incredibly helpful! Really kind, prompt and attentive.

Breakfast was very poor, no warm food at all. There was a coffee provided but no offer of a top up.
There was a drunk guy hanging about shouting abuse, no staff on when I arrived and I had to let myself in, breakfast was very poor.

It’s very clean and quiet hotel. We liked the design of furnitures in this hotel. The front desk staffs were very friendly and polite.
There’s no lift and some part of the stairs is narrow if you bring a big suitcase you should let the hotel know so maybe they can help you to allocate the suitable room for you.
