Fantastica posizione e fantastica accoglienza

Mimosa e la sua famiglia sono persone davvero carine e accoglienti. La casa era molto pulita e la posizione era perfetta..a due passi dal centro di ksamil, dai market e ristoranti ma allo stesso tempo defilata dalla confusione. Spazio esterno per mangiare o rilassarsi. Ci sono diverse spiagge raggiungibili a piedi dalla casa ma sono le più caotiche..spostandosi a soli 6 minuti di macchina ci sono lidi meno caotici e anche più economici (15 lek/eur 2 lettini e ombrellone). Grazie per l'accoglienza !!!!!!!

Pochi utensili nella cucina,magari con qualche posata in più sarebbe meglio. La doccia è attaccata al wc e non ha tenda, quindi si bagna tutto, ma ho visto che in altri posti dell'Albania è la stessa cosa, bisogna adattarsi.

Convenient location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. secure parking. the flat had what we needed but we found it

Good air conditioning and WiFi and excellent location

Shower was small and no shower curtain which caused water on the floor. No lift facilities so an issue in the heat. Very limited kitchen utensils (no teaspoons or butter knives)

Een iets te dure accomodatie op een rustige locatie met uitzicht en vriendelijke hosts.

Het gebouw lag centraal en het was er heerlijk rustig, ondanks het feit, dat het midden tussen restaurants en barretjes zat. We zaten in kamer 4 op de derde (? na zes trappen) verdieping. Twee balkons met fantastisch uitzicht op bergen (het grote) en zee (het wat kleinere). Eigenaars wonen in hetzelfde pand en zijn heel vriendelijk. In de naaste omgeving goede lunchplekken (o.a. de lunchbar van Koko) en restaurants (o.a. Basil)

Het fornuis stond op het balkon en deed niets. We kregen een tweepits electrisch plaatje, wat uitstekend voldeed. We hebben hem toch maar binnen gezet, want op het grote balkon staat tijdens kooktijd de zon. Er was geen wasmachine in het appartement (dat stond wel op bookings). Er was geen lift - dat was bekend - maar het telkens zes trappen lopen waren er eigenlijk twee teveel (zal aan mijn conditie liggen). Het ontbreken van kookgelegenheid en de wasmachine vielen tegen. Het stond op bookings en we hadden erop gerekend. Je betaalt er tenslotte ook voor. De prijs vonden wij erg hoog voor wat geboden wordt (in vergelijking met de andere accomodaties in Albanië waar we verbleven). Het strand in Ksamil zelf vonden we niets: er was een klein half publiek strand, waar je wat zand vond om je handdoek neer te leggen. Overal is het volgebouwd met bedden. We maakten in de ochtenden vaak gebruik van het grote strand in Sarande; in de avond gingen we weliswaar toch naar het strand in Ksamil, maar verwacht er vooral niets van.

Bize verilen daire bahceli ve kendine ait masalari olan daireydi. Gayet temizdi ve calisanlar her konuda cok yardimci oldular. Ucretsiz camasirlarimiza kadar yikamamiza yardim ettiler. Bahcemize de astik zaten daha sonra. Tum plajlara yurume mesafesinde maksimum 3 dakika. Kosese muazzam bir krepci var nutellali cesit cesit krep yapiyorlar 300 lek fiyatina. Konum ve konaklama olarak ben cok memnun kaldim. Seneye tekrardan gidecegim. Klmasi temiz filtrelerin bakimlari ve bahce bakimlari yapiliyor. Balkonlarda sineklik mevcut, balkon kapilarinda da. Kendi mutfaginiz dolabini var, hostumu turk kahvesi cezvesine ve fincanina kadar koymustu cekmecelere. Bicagindan, kettle a tabak her sey mevcut. Apartmanin girisinde bora bora market var diledigini gibi alisverisi yapin fiyatlari da cok uygun.

Tek bir sey belirtecegim, dus alirken banyo ufak oldugu icin lavabo klozet her yer su oluyor mecburen. Ama bu benim icin bir eksi degil. Ben konakladigim her yerde zaten kendim klozetini vs surekli yikiyorum.

Séjour idyllique dans une région magnifique

L accueil et la proximité de la plage

Notre appartement était déjà loué car nous sommes arrivés tard. Nous n avons pas où prévenir car le numéro du contact ne fonctionnait pas. Le souci c est qu on a payé un 40 M2 sans cuisine au prix du 80 M2 avec cuisine ! Dommage et pas à la hauteur de notre expérience locale. Nous avons été reçu partout ailleurs avec chaleur et professionalisme.

L' Albania che non esiste....

La natura nei rari posti in cui è stata conservata

L' aggressione e la deturpazione del territorio a ksamil per forzare un' economia che per questo non trarrà a lungo vantaggi economici. La signora che ci ha ospitato ha fatto il suo possibile per rendere piacevole il soggiorno, mentre a Booking.com spetta il compito di valutare l' offerta verificando sul campo la corrispondenza tra la descrizione delle facility,cosa che qui è clamorosamente mancata con seguente nostro danno economico e globale insoddisfazione del soggiorno. Evito dettagli e l' invio di foto significative a supporto di quanto scrivo,perché non ricada la colpa sulla famiglia ospitante,ma Booking.com riveda la sua attività di sponsorizzazione!!! Ovviamente verificherò con attenzione la pubblicazione della recensione che prontamente mi avete sollecitato !

We will definitely came back to this place .

The property was 2 min away from the beach. Every 3 days we had our room cleaned and sheets changed and towels, place to dry our clotes and beach towels. There os also availability for washing machine. Amazing people taking care of their guests.

Lovely family run hotel in an amazing location.

Lovely family run hotel in an amazing location. I did not meet the owner as she was away, but the owner's mother was an absolutely lovely person. Only 3 min walk to the beaches, but set back in a quiet spot. Good sized room!

Lovely clean and comfy place

Lovely hosts, that made sure we were happy. Communication was friendly and easy. Clean, comfortable and quiet place, super close to beaches, food places and supermarkets. We stayed 9 nights working remotely at the place. Wifi worked well, aircon worked a charm, was great to have two separate bedrooms and living room. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was booked out - so recommendable for sure!

Everything was perfect for all our needs.

Alinani Apartment is a quiet, clean, spacious, and calming place. It is very near Ksamil beach and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars in the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at home and at ease. The family who owns and manages the apartments was very nice and very friendly when they welcomed us. We loved our stay here and would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Ksamil!

Disappointing

We liked the Location, parking and there were two bedrooms.

-The staff was helpful and welcoming when we arrived but very rude just the last night! The owner wanted us too leave by 7:00 AM, he wanted the room empty but was ok to leave the things in the car. It was like”we don’t care about you anymore but we care for the new guests only”. -The were no lift so prepare for a lot of exercise “not recommended for families with small children”. - One day or hours the was no lights (no AC, no water etc)

Tihe host are ok. Parking is ok. Wifi is great.

uncomfortable. The bathroom does not have any protection over the shower so a large pool in the bathroom is created during the shower. The balcony was not usable, did not have a table and chairs or an awning, so during the day it was not possible to stay on it. The toilet paper in the toilet we were buying was missing. Almost every night in the late hours, some guests were arguing and banging on doors, and the owner did not warn them about making noise.
