It was close to town .
Difficult to carry our luggage.

Heated tiles in the bathroom was a lovely surprise
Arriving at the accomodation wasn’t as easy as you’d think with a lockbox and key system. The lock into the internal hall system was old and had us stuck outside for quite a while trying to get in. We also had some difficulties getting in contact with hosts as it was late at night. Happened multiple times during our stay.

Upon opening the door we were so impressed! The view was magnificent and the facilities were perfect!
This is a must stay location, easy and beautiful walk into town as parking is difficult.
Jacks Point golf club was great for a meal. Remember a walk around Queenstown golf course directly across was great too.

The hot water in the shower was not hot enough. It was hot for 2min then went like warm.

Obtaining the keys were convenient and location was very close to main city of Queenstown.
There was an issue with the door handle which kept us locked out of our room for approximately an hour, but was resolved after contacting the owner.

Loved the location - very close to the city central but far enough away to be able to get a good night's rest
Got the studio room rather than the Lakeview room which was smaller and less of a view. Was unsure of booking process whether could pick either or of them

We didn’t get breakfast included so not sure how the breakfast was. Location was really good, close to town.
The TV in our room didn’t work, it said ‘no signal,’ when we turned it on. The heatpump didn’t work, we tried to use the air conditioning, the remote was on but not the actual unit. There was no view from our room which we were under the impression it was a lake front view. The double bed was two single beds together, there was a noticeable crack down the middle which wasn’t comfortable.

The property was undergoing some renovations, but the notice came too late for us to cancel or change without incurring a penalty. Unfortunately, the builders were sawing and painting directly outside our bedroom windows and the blinds had gaps in between. So our sleep in the morning was uncomfortable and disruptive. The window blinds were also dusty and there was no utensils at the property.

I think the down lights could be a bit brighter. It was hard to see anything in the hallway which is where we stored our suitcases.
The dishcloths need to be changed regularly because the ones we had were old and dirty.
Also, there was only three tea bags.
Other than that, our stay was very good.

Beautiful view, easy check-in, comfortable and well-equipped living space.

No instructions for tv. Remotes need cleaning. Pots and pans need good scrub. Otherwise did not detract from an excellent stay with amazing views and comfy bed

Location is great and it has the very basics.
It is a small room that doesn’t have a lot of space other than to sleep. The picture for the room is not representative of the studio which is at the back and whilst it has windows you can’t open them for privacy reasons. Hence it is a bit airless and dark. I also found what I’m sure is mould behind the bathroom door.

We ran out of coffee and couldn't get any more so that was a little annoying but nothing major
