About this apartment rental

You get a great view from the 22nd floor which allows you to observe all three of the main Waikiki sights at once: the ocean, Diamond Head and the Ala Wai Canal!
All year round you can enjoy the cooling breezes from the canal and the ocean.
Located next to the Ala Wai Canal you are just a few minutes walk from the Waikiki Hilton Village beach where all the sun bathers go.
On your way to the beach, walk through DeRussy Park and enjoy smelling and seeing many varieties of tropical flowers and plants along with listening to the calls and singing of various birds. You could also go through the gardens of the Hilton Hawaiian Village where you will enjoy viewing wonderful landscaped grounds filled with incredible plants, tropical flowers, and amazing birds. It is pleasant to watch the colorful fish and turtles in multiple ponds. There are even flamingos!
The condo is in the Waikiki area, but away from the noise of downtown. It gets full sun in the morning and is shaded by noon allowing for a nice nap or just to enjoy the view without the heat of the sun beaming in. This place definitely feels like “home away from home”.
Studio can accommodate maximum - two adults and one child.
Living Area:
Room with a wood floor has free Wi-Fi , Cable TV, 32 inch LED TV, Air Conditioner, Ceiling fan, Standing closet, Dresser, Night stand, a table and two chairs perfect for morning coffee.
Two comfortable full size beds include comforters, pillows, blankets, bed sheets and linens.
Kitchen Area:
You will find everything you need to make a home meal:
The Kitchenette comes with a Sink, Refrigerator, Kitchen Cart (stocked with various eating utensils and dinnerware), 2-burner cooking range; Microwave, a Rice cooker, a Toaster, a Coffee maker, and even a Blender.
Bathroom:
It is equipped with a Full bath (a shower and a tub), sink with a mirror, a toilet, and towels.
Studio can accommodate maximum - three adults.
The building is fully secured and features a Large Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi on the 6th floor. Your room key provides access to the recreation deck. The area includes: a large pool deck with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs. There are two Gas BBQ Grills on the pool deck. Pool hours are 8:00am-9pm.
The Fitness open 24 hours for our guest or only one time initiation fee of $5.00.

Check in went smoothly minus parking. To park in the building it’s a 45$ cash only charge fyi. But other than that this place was great. We only stayed a night but it would be perfect for a couple more. Right near tons of food locations and the beach as well as a great view.

My teen son and I went to visit his older brother in Waikiki. It was our first time to Hawaii and we were not disappointed! What a wonderful experience! The room was tidy and comfortable, and the host was prompt in responding to our needs. We would definitely go again and stay there. The location was ideal and views were fantastic!

The property was within walking distance to Waikiki, a grocery store and restaurants. There is a gym and a pool and hot tubs in the buidling. The building is an older one but secure, and we always felt safe. The room faces east so we got the morning sun but it is a very small room with a tiny bathroom and compact kitchen area. The host is always accessible and responds promptly to innquiries.

Three of us, two adults and 11 year old stayed for 10 days. Great location, easy walk to Ala Moana shopping Mall and waikiki Beach. 7-11 next door, food trucks across the street. Great pool and adequate gym for a short stay. Close to Bus stop to Pearl Harbour, Car rental on ground floor with a good variety of cars, cost $147 per day for a Chrysler 300. Room had a microwave, big fridge freezer, hotplate and small oven, plenty of utensils. The room is a bit outdated but not bad. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Communications with the owner were quick and easy.

The property was nice because the area was close to almost e erything. Like grocery store and food shop etc. What i don't like was we didn't have a good experienced when we're checking In. We are very tired etc. Then it seems that theie lying to us that they said tbey emailed the code 3days prior etc. They only emailed us the address and some instructions about the house rules 3days before the date we arrived and tbey will s3nd the code 24hours before we check in but they didn't email it to me. I haven't recieve any email until that night that we waited 3hours when we arrived. If i did not complained from online on expedia app we're still outside. Another thing was the bed. The bed was sinking and we're not be able to sleep well.

This property has just the right balance of affordability, cleanliness, and proximity to all of the main attractions in Waikiki. Everything is within a 20 minute walk, the room has a great view of the city and you can even see the ocean. 10/10 would stay again.

Firstly, it was spotless - which is a huge thing in this day and age. Unit is as depicted but it's hard to comprehend just how tight the bathroom is - after a couple of knocked elbows you learn! Unfortunately the bathroom towels were tiny and wouldn't cover a size 8 body - such an easy thing to rectify. There's zero building security - anyone can access your floor and they do, which is concerning with 2 women travelling together. Hotel reception wants nothing to do with you and has a sign to this effect! We averaged 9km per day walking to the action in Waikiki - or a bus was at the end of the road. We were well aware of location before we booked and it suited us perfectly.

This studio has wonderful view, though the whole building is outdated. It's reasonable price. I love the location and quiteness, and you have everything you need from kitchen to bath. Very cozy

We had stayed in the building before it was converted from a hotel. We chose it for convenience to Conference Center and because we were familiar with the accommodations. Two beds in the room as a little tight but overall very satisfactory.

The price was right and the location was perfect for our 2-3 day visit to Oahu. Walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and shopping. Great view of the river canal from our window. Although it is a studio, it had everything we needed and was very clean too. The owners sent a couple of emails to us detailing everything we needed to know before we arrived. The whole process was so easy. There is a pool and jacuzzi on the property that we were not able to use unfortunately because we were only there a few days. The property itself is a little aged so expect that when you see it for the first time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal.

Walking distance to Waikiki. Sufficient if you plan to be out and about a lot. If you're staying in the city, you don't need a car. If you get a car it's $35 a day to park. They do have smart car and scooter rentals right there. It's basically a hotel room with a tiny sink area and fridge. Only lanai is in public area where pool and BBQ grills are. Didn't cook but nice to reheat leftovers in microwave and toaster oven.

We stayed for about 10 days at this great 2 bed studio. It was just enough space for my daughter and myself. We were out all day and into the evening so when we came back we just took a shower went to sleep. The location is great, it’s at the beginning of Waikiki. You can get in and out so quick. The view is amazing. You can watch the sunrise and see the beautiful sky. Are we will be back to see our family again soon. Mahalo

I wish I have picked a different apartment

I really wanted to like this apartment. I liked the location of it, the restaurants that were already in the building, and the most- how kind the owners were and how quickly responding. With that being said, I was disappointed with the content of the apartment itself- I was unable to clean the floor off of the sand since there was no vacuum or usable broom with a dustpan in there. There was also no extra trash can liners anywhere around. And the problem is that I let the manager know of those issues- he was supposed to have those things dropped off, but thay never happened. So I basically spent entire week in a dirty apartment. Also, I found a life cockroack wondering around. The manager was supposed to come over to put the trap, but never did, since 7-8am were too early for him to work! That was the only time I was able to offer to be at the apartment- after all, it's my vacation time, and I'm not gonna sacrifice my entire day because he doesn't want to come over ar such a reasonable time. I guess cockroaches in the room are not important enough for him. I really wish I have spent extra $20 a day and gotten myself a room without a hassle like that.

The property needs some up dating. The elevators were are constant concern. The best part was the roof top pool area. Enjoyable to have an outside experience where there is no balcony to be outside. I want to mention the property owner was totally awesome. We had a concern, that we addressed with her and she was amazing. I have to say I so appreciated her attention to a matter that really made our stay enjoyable.;; ; /.

We liked being next to the canal and having the amazing view from the window. The room met our needs and the price was reasonable. The beach equipment included 1 chair, 2 mats, and 1 umbrella. It is helpful to know that in the downstairs lobby you can rent a Smart car, scooter, motorcycle, and a 3 wheeled vehicle that looks like a batmobile. Also, to clear up the pillow sham/pillow case situation: there are 2 pillow cases in the cupboard that you can use but they are a little small for the pillows and there are only 2. These are important things to me. The condo location is very good if you are using the bus system. We did not have a car while in Waikiki. The condo is not fancy or recently updated which is most likely reflected in the price. We had a good stay.

GOOD: The place it self was amazing! It was very clean and nice. It was within walking distance of a lot of amazing things!!! BAD: The parking attended was horrible! She was an older lady that was mean and nasty! She looked like she hated her job and people! She should not be dealing with other people especially people on vacation and/or people of other nationalities!!! Bring CASH or you want be able to enter the parking garage.
