Pésimo

Lo único bueno la ubicación.

El precio del alojamiento es demasiado elevado para lo que ofrece. La piscina estaba sucia y el mobiliario exterior roto. Los códigos de las puertas no funcionaban y estuvimos 1 hora esperando hasta que conseguimos contactar con un responsable por teléfono para solucionarlo. El papel del descuento para el parking dicen que se encuentra en la habitación y allí no había nada. No había ventilación en nuestra habitación, básicamente es un local comercial convertido en habitación a pie de calle que se escuchaba todo, tanto de la calle como de las habitaciones próximas. Un bote de gel y de champú enanos para 3 días 2 perdonas. En definitiva, hay mejores alternativas en Porto y por lo que me hemos pagado es un robo.

La camera a piano strada senza finestre. Una ragnatela pendeva dal soffitto.

Beautiful apartment hotel. Great location

Great value for the money. Beautiful renovated old building. Comfortable, clean apartment with all what you need. Very nice friendly staff. Bonus: pool

During the night, when is quiet, you here all the steps of the upstairs neighbors.

Praktische Unterkunft mit Küche & Pool in zentraler Lage.

Top Lage nahe dem Market Balhão, einer Einkaufssstrasse mit dem berühmten Café Majestic und nur 15min Gehminuten zum sclerosis Tower oder dem Bahnhof São Bento. Zimmer mit Pantryküche und Zugang zum Pool - sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm vernehmbar.

- Wände in Wohnung beschmiert bzw. abgekratzt - Bett wurde umgestellt, so dass nur noch 1 Seite eine Nachttischlampe & Steckdose hat - Türgriff der Dusche von innen lose - an Fensterläden fehlen die Griffe innen, wenn man diese schließt, sind sie nur schwer wieder zu öffnen

Nessun cartello che chiedesse a chi entra e esce di fare silenzio Nella stanza a piano terra vicino all’ingresso può diventare difficile non svegliarsi all’improvviso la notte per il rientro notturno degli ospiti, specie se in gruppo e rumorosi

Bon rapport qualité prix , pas un premier choix mais à été un bon dépannage car devions prolonger à Porto

Bien situé au centre ville, près d’un stationnement,

Pas d’ascenseur, chambre au 3e étage , il faut voyager léger! Salle de bain désuète, porte de douche ne pouvant être ouverte. Peu de commodité

Porto for a few days

The place is lovely. Perfect location. Spacious. Easy to reach. Just in the city centre and close to the metro. They send you a code for the main entrance and for the room. So, there is no stuff. But if you need, there is a WhatsApp number so you can reach them.

I found long black hair in the chest drawer. ...disgusting. and the floor was not so clean. I walked in barefoot, and a few minutes later, my feet were black ...

The apartment looked a bit aged and didn't look particularly clean.

The pool was great. The rooms were nice. The staff was great. Very good communication.

The AC stopped working. Actually it started to work the opposite way, which means it started getting warmer.

Nice place and pool but needed cleaning better and fan to work

location was good, pool was great to cool down, good value for the four of us.

Left over chicken dinners and open can of open iced tea in fridge, so it hadn’t been cleaned. Couldn’t get the upstairs fan to work so found it hot and couldn’t get to sleep. Shuttle to airport was 23 minutes late so left us standing out on street at 4.15am.

It was a good stay overall and I would stay again.

This is a beautiful, clean property situated about 15 minute walk from the River. We got the loft across from the pool with a bed and kitchen downstairs with a bedroom and shower upstairs. It was great for our 1 day stay.

I believe it promised a garden but I didn’t see one. There’s a tall hedge outside the apartment that we stayed.

This place is a great location to get around by foot everywhere in town.

the location was perfect. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had wonderful accommodations for us when we arrived prior to check in.

there was dirty underwear and socks in a kitchen cabinet. We weren’t told that our card didn’t go through for payment until an hour prior and it almost got cancelled.

Any other room and it would have been good, tried to change, nothing else available.

Room was clean, a good size, nice shower, comfortable bed. Great location.

Our room was on the very busy, noisy street. Huge window that couldn't be opened. Everyone coming and going right outside our door with no soundproofing.

would absolutely reccomend for someone doing a city break to Porto

the property was very spacious and so central!

Although the pool was cleaned each morning, it had dust and residue on the top.

Good location, and we liked our room. Nice to have a pool and outside space!

Location was good, our apartment was just what we wanted, and quieter than we thought.

We only had 3 hangers. What is it with hotel;s and hangers? The communication wasn't easy with staff, there were not enough lockers for stored bags.

OK but the issues we had weren’t resolved.

Bed was comfortable, good size room (studio), good choice of English speaking channels

Problems with bathroom sink - water was scorching hot. asked cleaner to look at it and when we came back to the room it had stopped working completely so had to use kitchen sink for next 3 days. No hangers or iron. Floor grubby. No one to speak to as messages not responded to.

we had to cut our trip short due to a bereavement in the family but very centrally located

ground floor which suited my husband who was in a boot after breaking his leg

shutter doors needed to be opened for light the lighting in the apartment was poor

Good stay, fab location

The apartment had everything we needed. Great bed and shower. Very clean. Fabulous location, 5 minutes walk to the shops, 15 to the river front. Excellent communication with MyStay. Always answered very promptly and extremely helpful.

We had an apartment on the first floor, roadside. I am a light sleeper so this was a slight problem for me as the traffic is quite noisy. If this is you ask for one at the back of the block. The noise of people talking in the public area does carry around the building.

It was very noisy because of a party going on above us and the floor is made from wood so it was a bit impossible to get sleep.

Amazing stay!

the facility was really great. staying in the low season we found a good price for this structure and for what it offers it was really good. We stayed in the studio flat In front of the pool and really had nothing negative.

Good location

Paid 140 euros for one night new years eve. O would say it is not worth this kind of money. But if you pay normal price 60-70 euro it is good value. Pictures of hotel is a probably 5 years old so the pool and garden is not a place you would want to spend time.
