It could have been very pleasant

The location is excellent , apart from the fact that we couldn't even play in the shallow waves without getting sick, because of the E.Coli. Close to all amenities and I could watch whales play in the sea from the balcony

I was very disappointed to learn that the property is only serviced every 4 days , which obviously means that for a midweek stay it is only cleaned after our departure. I think this is the first time in South Africa that I stayed at a place that wasn't serviced. Even if it was mentioned in the fine print , it should have been stressed in Red Capital letters! At the price of R758 per person per night for only a bed I was not impressed. It was also upsetting that we had not been informed that the beach was not safe to even play in the shallow waves , because of E.Coli.

The smells from the restaurants were overpowering and the patio furniture a let down. the pic advertising the place avoids the real view below.

Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. We enjoyed the sea view. This place is highly recommended.

The stairs was a problem ex specially if you have health problems.I suggest you mention this on the advertisement as well

Convenience on your doorstep - you can walk everywhere which was great !

The security was excellent so was the managing agent. The location is superb as you can just walk anywhere ie to the shops and the restaurants and beach.

The complex is looking a bit old.

The pillows were TERRIBLE They were so old, that all of the stuffing had FORMED WIERD balls so they didn’t support your head at all. In fact you felt like your head would fall between the manky balls of old worn stuffing. The bunk bed made so much noise if you moved slightly which woke us both up continuously. The ceiling in the bathroom was mouldy, the shower didn’t feel very clean as the grout looked dirty... and there were dirty marks on the walls where people had marked the walls on either side of the bed as well as on the walls of the doorway. Very expensive rate for the low quality of the accommodation!

The extractor fan for the centre makes a hell of a noise - not happy with that in the beginning but it was switched off after the first day.

Perfect location but a disappointment - what was advertised was not what was provided

No breakfast provided

The photos that were displayed were not as per what the views we saw from our balcony. We saw only the car park! So it was misleading! The door to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close
