We liked that the owner Paul met us at the property . He showed us on the map all the places to visit in the area . Plus there was a beautiful welcoming basket with a lot of goodies in there the wheat bread was amazing . The cottage itself had everything you needed .
There was nothing not to like at all .

Beautiful clean cottage with plenty space for a family of four. Got a lovely hamper on arrival from Eleanor which was really thoughtful & kind. Never had wheaten bread before but it was amazing! Lots of information provided in the property about the surrounding area/food/things to do.

Eleanor is a fantastic host, the cottage is in a great location, very comfortable and a lovely garden. And the starter basket with Eleanor’s homemade goodies was a lovely addition.

Cottage was comfortable, cosy and clean. We arrived on a wet and windy evening to find the log burner already lit and the welcome pack containing everything we needed to get settled, the wheaten bread was delicious! Eleanor went through everything we needed to know and recommended a few places to eat in the area that we hadn't tried before. We had a lovely few days and hope to return for a longer stay very soon.

We had a great experience with this property. Hosts where friendly and helpful. As soon as you entered the cottage on arrival it had a lovely homely feeling. It was very clean, comfortable and had all the facilities you needed for a very enjoyable stay. Beds where very comfortable. The hosts had left a welcome basket, with cereal, marmalade, milk, biscuits, lovely homemade wheaten bread and packets of sweets for our 2 children. Very thoughtful! There is a private garden to the rear of the property with a patio area with garden furniture, great for relaxing. We feel that the cottage was great value for money comparing it to other holiday rentals in the North Coast. The location of the property was perfect for us, as it is very central to most of the sites and activities that the north Antrim coast has to offer. Minutes drive to the beautiful harbour and beach of Ballintoy (our family favourite). Also minutes of a drive to Whitepark beach, Carrick a rede rope bridge, Gaints Causeway, Bushmills village, Portballintrae etc. We really appreciated the hard work and thoughtfulness that the hosts have put into this accommodation which contributed to help make our family holiday great and for us to create more brilliant memories with our children. We certainly hope to come back to Maggies cottage in the future and highly recommend this property!!!

Lovely little cottage ideally situated for exploring the North Coast.
Ballycastle, Portrush, Bushmills, Giants Causeway and our personal favourite Dunseverick Castle are all just a short car ride away.
