Heerlijk genieten in een gezellig en authentieke studio!

Top locatie, dicht bij het strand en het bruisend stadleven! Daarnaast heeft het appartement en super gezellige indeling en sfeer.

Er mocht wat meer kastruimte voorzien zijn.

An enjoyable and welcoming break.

Kitchenette area and air conditioning. Cool tranquil ambience about apartment, easy 10minute walk form the beach and easy reach of many delightful restaurants and cafes.

Little improvements to consider without too much cost: - soap / shampoo holder at a lower level in the shower, automatic change of towels after 3 days , some nice wine glasses the rest are great, kettle didn’t seem to automatically turn off?, switch to using key code instead of key on inner door. There are building works going on outside the property which wasn’t pleasant at times during the working days but accepted outside of proprietor’s control and didn’t affect the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Great little spot

Great location for the beach, cultural highlights in Alicante, close to the shops and restaurants. Facilities were great for me, especially when I didn't fancy going out one of the nights so ate in. Clean and modern. The apartment I had was great for me as a solo traveler.

Lovely apartment stay in Alicante

Location was amazing! A very short stroll and a couple of stairs and you were right at the beach. Everything was easy to get to as well including the old town where we'd go for dinner every night. Also very easy access to the Alicante Castle which is a might see

There si no place to really leave your luggage if you arrive prior to check in or want to leave after check out. Host mentioned we could leave them in the entryway but we were afraid to risk leaving them there as anyone staying in the apartment building could take them.

Brilliant location, close to everything you need beach, shops and restaurants! Inside the apartment was lovely so welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. loved it, will definitely be back!

Overall it’s great location and is exactly as it is advertised.

Great location. Exactly as it is in the photos. The door codes were great so you can’t lose any keys/keycards at the beach and those who want to leave early can do so with out worrying about who has the key.

There was a moldy, musty smell in the bathroom, but perhaps that’s normal being so close to the sea. The beding was sparse and there wasn’t a kitchen towel to dry the dishes had to use paper towels. The information about the laundry mat needs to be updated as there’s isn’t one at the at the address listed on the info sheet.

A beautiful little apparent in a lovely city

Location is perfect. Close to beach, restaurants and sights. The apartment is lovely inside and very cosy. I had two people stay but could have a family as well. Lots of extras provided such as tea, coffee and cleaning products etc.

The apartment is right next to a beautiful church but during the day the bells go off constantly and are quite loud. They are lovely unless you are having a sleep. Cleaning is extra and is required if stopping for longer than a weekend.

Very good

Location was perfect. Central to everything Alicante. Beautiful area to walk around. Plenty restaurants within a few mins walk. The beach is a few mins walk. Foodstore is a 1minute walk away. Fantastic place for a couple to spend a really relaxing weak. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful apartment.

The Basilica bells going off every hour can be annoying but in all honesty it was no problem as the area and accommodation is fantastic to be fair. The balcony is very small and my "ocean view" was non existent. If you are looking for a proper balcony with an ocean view I would advise to book top floor with terrace balcony. This is the room that I believed I had booked as a surprise for my partner but I was very disappointed to find out when I got there that it was booked, as that was what I paid for. I would prefer to have met the host at least once on arrival instead of communicating through email having not met them before.

Gorgeous sea view apartment, walking distance to beach

Such cute decor, spacious apartment for 2 people, amazing sea view, perfect location!! Would 100% return. The host was helpful and responsive when asked questions.

The bathroom/shower could perhaps do with a bit of an upgrade, the air con didn’t make a difference so could be improved & don’t think it’s fair to have to take the rubbish out at the end of stay after paying a cleaning fee.

Location good, but we would’t return at this apartment

Location was good. The bed was comfortable. AC. The kitchen was well equipped. And it was a welcome pack with tea, olive oil, coffee, sugar and water.

The table and the chairs were rusty and we stained our clothes. The windows were pretty much useless, because the sound from the outside was very loud. It was very very noisy not only during the day, but also the night. The light switches were positioned very badly (the light switches from the bed were in the middle of the room). We stayed 7 days and nobody came to clean the apartment. And there weren’t trash bags.

The proximity to town centre Apartment was very clean and staff very helpful

Pidgeons making a lot of noise in the morning. Would have been nice to have a balcony to sit out in.
