Sejurul a fost peste asteptari!

Hotel situat in imediata apropiere a centrului vechi. O proprietate eleganta care pastreaza aerul epocii in care a fost construita, frumos renovata. Micul dejun diversificat, pentru toate gusturile. Personal amabil si gata sa raspunda cererilor noastre.

Nu o sa mai revin niciodata in acest hotel.

Nimic, numai revin!

Am rezervat o camera cu vedere la strada cu balcon, dar cand sa ma cazez am aflat ca camera pentru care esre rezervarea, este ocupata, si am primit alta camera cu vedere la gradina, supararea mea este ca am rezervat o cu o saptamana inainte, sa platit dar cred ca nu sant singurul in aceasta postura, trebuia sa fiu anuntat ca nu e disponibila si sa mi se returneze banii. Am mers la receptie sa intreb de ce am primit alta camera, ( binenteles ca acea camera rezervata avea pret mai mare decat cea in care ma cazat) sa primesc diferenta de bani). Pe langa faptul ca in camera era un miros foarte greu( canalizare, habar nu am) Poza pe care scriu recenzia este camera care trebuia sa fiu cazat.

Hotel care merita 5 stele.

Camera, personalul,curatenia,micul dejun, restaurantul. Dorada si caprioara testate sunt de exceptie,felicitari bucatarului.

Ceaiurile de la micul dejun nu se ridica la nivelul hotelului si a serviciilor. Compenseaza servirea lui ( ceainic,ceasca ...).

Super experiența - a doua!

Suntem la a doua cazare in acest hotel și, in mod cert, nu va fi ultima! Totul a fost la superlativ de fiecare data! De la rezervarea prin care am rugat check in mai devreme cu 3 ore, cerință ce ne a fost rezolvată cu promptitudine, amabilitatea oamenilor care lucrează acolo, curățenia desăvârșită, până la micul dejun extrem de bogat și cu preparate foarte gustoase.

Nu a existat nimic sa nu ne placa.

Camera mare, spațioasă, foarte frumoasă, confortabilă, curată. Hotelul și holul de la intrare superb. Foarte liniștit. Mâncare foarte bună la restaurant. Mic dejun bogat și gustos. Parcare privată.

Singurul - a fost ca am găsit camera rece, erau 20 de grade. Am setat temperatura mai sus, dar sistemul de climatizare a tot băgat aer rece cel puțin vreo ora-2, după care a inceput sa bage caldura.

Sedere scurta si placuta

Hotel boutique, foarte chic si elegant, in centrul Craiovei. Personal amabil, camere generoase si confortabile, mic dejun delicios

Desi se mentioneaza ca sunt locuri de parcare, acestea sunt de fapt foarte putine si a trebuit sa parcam pe strada.

When we return to Craiova, we will definitely stay again at Hotel 5 Continents

- staff, very kind and helpful - the hotel is in a late 19th century villa, somewhat elegant and relatively well renovated - excellent breakfast - room and bathroom quite big, clean - great location, close to the old town - parking in the yard (if you are lucky to find a place)

- some stairs to go up and down, including in the rooms (our room was on the first floor); but it's not a big problem if you have reasonable mobility

Klasik tarzda eski şato dekorasyonu olan konumu güzel bir otel.

Kahvaltısı çoğu Avrupa şehrinde göremeyeceğimiz kadar çeşitli ve güzeldi. Kahvaltı Mükemmel

Üç arkadaş üç oda kiraladık. Odalar üst katta idi. Bir arkadaşımızın odasında perde olmasına rağmen arkasında cam yoktu. Üst kat eğimli tavanlar ve küçük camları problem edinenler için uygun olmayabilir. Otel Boş olmasına rağmen oda değiştirmek isteyen arkadaşımızdan (daha büyük oda gösterilmiş) fark istenmesi hoş değildi.

Superb

The friendly staff and kitchen services are excellent. The fact having regular staff, helps them to remember some of travellers preferences in case of regular guest, which i appreciate very much.

Great experience overall

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Large, extremely tall room with beautiful, high-quality furniture and spotless clean. Comfortable beds and solid soundproofing as well. The hotel is located on a very silent street anyway. The staff was extremely polite and well trained, the food was varied and tasty for breakfast, and overall a really, really pleasant experience.

nice staff person at the desk ( hello Marius ) . renovated hotel. shower perfact. bfast- rich. vary. tasteful . parking area.

1. stairs.stairs.stairs all over all the time. a lot of stairs. to the room.to bfast area . constantly upstairs downstairs. not just annoying -it is definitely not suite for everyone. be aware. 2. recieved a room for single (we are a couple) . the bed is a bit small. 1 sleeper shoes. 1 towel. needed to ask for another one.

Amazing royal experience

The architecture, decorations, cleanliness, food, staff, and service were perfect to make our stay memorable. This hidden gem made us feel like royals. Great location, free parking, delicious breakfast, we loved everything about it and would highly recommend it.

Enjoyable stay and very nice to see the staff at the reception being so helpful and polite.

Exelent location. Nice and polite staf. The hotel is wondeful combination with old style and modern comfort. Free parking in the hotel is big advantage when we travel with a car. I recomend to everyone.
