Micul dejun a fost bun, variat, camera mare, curățenie.

Când am ajuns la cazare ni s-a dat o camera mica, fără balcon, deși în descriere era trecut ca are balcon. Chiar le-am lăsat un mesaj în care le-am specificat ca vreau cu balcon. Pentru ca am Genius nivel 3, am primit un upgrade la camera, insa cei de la receptie nu au ținut cont de asta inițial. Pana la urma, la insistentele mele, și după ce le am explicat de mai multe ori ca trebuie sa tina cont de ceea ce am luat prin Booking.com, ne-au dat o camera cu balcon. După acest incident, totul a fost in regula.

The fact the air conditioning in the room was not working and nothing was done in a way of compensation.

seems that the hotel is focused on events only... the rest of the guests seem un-important

i liked the room

i had a booking confirmation that i will have a room with balcony and i didn't; the only bar / restaurant was underground and it was difficult to get your drinks outside on the terrasse; we waited long for any drink... staff was not effective and even look disturbed that they had to bring us the drinks outside.... on sunday afternoon the restaurant was closed so we had no drinks at all.

Comfortable hotel with some minor inconvieniences

Desk, full office chair and even printer (that's a first for me) in the room Cable (ethernet) internet available, 600 Mbps down Large room Too many towels to count Nice walk-in shower Really large parking with some security

Literally the only hotel I've ever stayed at that that you had to put the room entry card to have electricity - in every other nothing is required or you can just put whatever card you want in the reader. This is plainly stupid, I do want to have stuff charging when I'm not in my room Loud exhaust fan noise from outside (first room), some muted music sounds (second room) AC not working, probably disabled (beginning of May but I still hate it, I'm staying in hotels for a reason, I want my 16-18C in the night and be able to close window when is loud outside (like the fan)), other hotels had AC available at similar dates

Good enough

Clean and comfortable room, good facilities, didn't use the pool, good food, good location, but mostly ok, will come back if travelling again to Craiova

No breakfast included for the price, the mattress a little stiff, elevator broken, restaurant not cheap but ok

One of the best 3* hotel we have visited

Very clean and confortable room. The heating system and hot water worked perfect, the room was already heated when we arrived. The amenities and the design of the room are not for a 3* hotel, but 4*. Congrats Craiovita Hotel!

Even we stayed on the 2nd floor, we heard very well the music from the weeding in the restaurant

Only if you are desperate for a place to stay.

Redecorated interior, looks modern. The reception girls were very nice and tried their best. Was clean.

1. Very loud music from the party events on ground floor. 2. The only way to stop the aircondition is to tell the receptionist to do it feom the computer. This solution is very inconvenient because the system is not functioning proper. 3. My room did not had any toiletries. 4. The room had issue with the electricity, the card did not worked proper and i had to change the room. 5. I tried to call the reception from my room and when i picked up the phone, the cable just fell out. 6. Breakfast was not included in the room price. 7. No iron table and no iron. 8. No kettle and coffee in the room.

Very nice and clean room

Very noisy, probably a band was practicing in the evening; after 11 another couple came into their room making a hell of a noise. If you have a business trip and need to work in the room, there is no table to work on.

Some of the staff very rude, the heating system not available to be used by the guest for turning it on when needed so the room was very cold. Uncomfortable beds.

They offered a coffee when we left, iniaitally not included. All services are correct, clean.

A strange mouldy smell. Is not new, but it was recently renovated

I will rate it good just because of the staff

The size of the bed was alright and i did liked the small balcony where you can smoke. The only bad part for the balcony was the big window behind you where everyone can see you. Imagine getting up in the morning and smoking a cigarette in your underwear.. can t do that there

The bathtub wasn t working properly.

Excelent!

Spotless clean. The photos reflect the reality. Plenty of wall sockets. Complimentary water and tea/coffee set. Staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived around midnight and in 3 minutes I was in my room. Ordinary breakfast with quality products.

I stayed in room 306. I would have liked more natural light but since I was just passing through Craiova it was an excelent choice.
