We stayed here and it was just perfect! The location is so convenient and around everything. Mercedes is such a wonderful host. She treated us like family and was super responsive. The condo was everything we needed and super roomy. We felt safe at all times and it was so quiet at night to rest for our long adventure filled days while in PR!

The apartment was great. Clean and had comfy beds. More than enough room for the 8 of us. Pools were a plus. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive and answered all questions right away.

We took our 16 and 18 year old boys to Puerto Rico for the their first time. This was a great place to stay on the east side for a culturally immersive experience! It is not a tourist resort, which may be a good or bad thing based on your preferences.
We aren't fond of resorts and loved the local resturants, bakerys, supermarkets, and pubs where we met new, local friends.
The apartment (and whole complex) is clean and very safe and secure! Mercedes was a wonderful host, and we all agreed the beds were even better than our own! Ha!
One word of caution to senior travelers: my 80 year old parents asked if I thought they would like it and I told them the apartment has easy access as it is on the main floor, but there are 3 flights of steps to the pool, and all the local beaches we went to require parking and walking a little ways.
Overall, we would stay here again!

The view was so amazing it was literally calming. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We loved the pools. You can smell the cleanliness when you walked in the apartment which was the most important thing to me.

The condo was nice and was a safe complex. We liked the pools, our 4 year old swam in them almost every day. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, was missing a few items but we made due. The location was really nice for beach hoping- you are not far from several great beaches- although you need a car to get there. Fun to watch the marina from the balcony.

Our stay at the condo was fantastic! It was clean and the views were awesome! There was a hammock on the balcony which was enjoyable when the breeze blew. You definitely need to be prepared to either rent a car or some other transportation to get around. Restaurants within walking distance. It’s a gated community and we felt secure. You get two parking spaces to the unit. I can’t say enough about Mercedes!! She was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had! Would highly recommend to anyone for a stay!

The property felt very safe and the entry gate was strictly monitored. The owner always responded right away to questions and even had her son assist us with the TVs! When we walked into the apartment, I immediately noticed how clean and comfortable it was, and it quickly felt like home.

Mercedes was communicative throughout the stay. The place was as-described and very clean. We spent a lot of time on the patio with everyone taking turns on the hammock. The place was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again.

We stayed in this condo for three nights on a recent trip to Fajardo. It accommodated our group of four perfectly. We were originally going to have six staying and it would have worked great with six also. The condo was clean and comfortable, the views were fantastic, and the complex felt safe and secure. There were not too many restaurants or activities within walking distance, but if you have a car, it is only a short drive to open up many great options. Mercedes, the host, was easy to communicate with and she would reply to any questions we had quickly. She also provided us with some restaurant and activity ideas. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if ever in the Fajardo area in the future.

For visitors, I'll note that a car is necessary (we almost didn't get one, which would have been as mistake) because really nothing is walking distance, but a lot of things (awesome Beaches, restaurants, etc) are 5-10 min drive

We had an awesome stay in Fajardo at this property. The location had an amazing view of the harbor and sunsets.
The multiple pools, close locations to marinas and restaurants was perfect for our family. But the main reason to choose this property is the owners. Mercedes was so accommodating, friendly and helpful - you feel like you are apart of her family. When we come back to Puerto Rico, we look forward to booking with Mercedes again.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. This was our last stop on a three week family vacation back home to the island and Fajardo. Mercedes is an awesome host and the apartment was perfect for us all. Really enjoyed that I could use the infinity pool and the kids had fun at the pool with a slide. My favorite part was just chilling on the balcony watching the boats go in and out of the marina. Wish I was there this morning with my cup of coffee.

We stays for 4 nights for part of our 10 night visit to PR and this condo was perfect for us! Plenty of room for 3 teens and parents. Plenty of hot water. Great balcony where we spent most evenings with a nice breeze. Security excellent. We did not visit the pools or gym but they looked very nice. Great ground floor entry for ease. We flew from Ceiba to Vieques one morning and it took less than 15 minutes to get there. Don't hesitate to book!

The property was very clean and met the needs of our family. The views from the balcony are fabulous and so refreshing. The fitness center and one of the pools with the jacuzzi is very close to the unit. Several excursions depart from the nearby harbor and there are many nice places to eat nearby. We travel to Puerto Rico at least once per year and will definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive when we reached out.

Beautiful and secure condo in gated community with parking, pool, jacuzzi, and weight room. Perfect for our family of 5! Mercedes was so kind—very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed.

The apartment, balcony and pool were all lovely for relaxing. But it was also a great location from which to see El Yunque, bioluminescent bay, and a day trip to Vieques. I would definitely return if we ever have the chance!

Very nice location. Wonderful view from the porch. Spent mornings with our coffee and evenings with our cocktails in the porch. Definitely need a car for grocery shopping and trips to outings. Taxis and Uber’s are available and very helpful also. We had everything we needed in the condo and our host was extremely helpful and responsive if we had a question or need.

The place was awesome, nice and clean, beautiful view to the marine, Fajardo is a very good place to stay. The condo has all you need, beach stuff, chairs towels, also beds and pillows was very comfortable, we definitely going to comeback.
Mercedes was very kind and she help us a lot with our trip, she give us a very good tips to make our trip more amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Mercedes is a wonderful host and the condo is spacious. We had our family of seven fit comfortably. It’s easy to access the beaches nearby or to take the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property also had a nice swimming pool and exercise room. We would love to stay here again.

This condo met our family's needs perfectly - two parents, two older teens. The bedrooms are spacious. All beds and seating were comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. Balcony has ample seating & a hammock. Kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed the big pool nearest to the condo, and it was never crowded. The host was very helpful and responsive during our trip/stay. Getting in and out of the gated condo complex worked fine for us. One time we arrived 'home' after 10pm and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the 'gatekeeper' to come. It's worth noting that you cannot walk out of the condo complex. We had to drive to go to the restaurant right across the street! Location was ideal for all of our planned activities. Great accommodations for the price.

My family of five stayed at the property for six days and had a great time. The unit was clean and the facility was very well maintained. Nice pools and weight room. Views of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony were great with our morning coffee. A little road noise and fireworks noise were heard from some holiday celebrations on two nights. Close by restaurants that are within walking distance, but not a well marked pedestrian exit from the gated entrance.
The unit had great beds, fresh new towels and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Be sure to bring your own detergent.
Location was close to a great beach, only about 40 minutes from El Yunique, and an hour from San Juan. Thank you Mercedes for being so attentive and helpful!

There's plenty of food choices nearby from local grocery shops, food trucks, and restaurants to any chain you'd find at home. There's a wonderful panoramic view of the Marina and the bay across the road from the balcony. And an inviting hammock here to relax and have a rum punch or cold drink while enjoying a restful time.
The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, ac was individually controlled in each room. The kitchen was well appointed with a roomy fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher and washer/ dryer. The water dispenser didn't work, so we had to buy ice and bottled water, but no biggie. There were plenty of dishes glasses and utinsels available and cookware too. Even though we didn't cook much, I'd recommend to Mercedes a toaster oven for reheating leftovers and a blender for mixing drinks, and a sauteed pan or two. The cable cable and streaming services could use a little more explanation on use, but we managed to get by and weren't on vacation to watch TV anyway. The security to the gated complex, and locked apartment building doors are well executed, and appreciated. Your person and cars are in good hands. The security guards are polite, and speak English as a second language. We had additional guests our last two nights, and they quickly contacted Mercedes and accepted their entry. There were only a couple of times when we returned to the property and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the guard to return to the gate to get in, and we chalked those up to a patrol, or a shift change. Overall the property was great, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Mercedes and her family took great care of us and responded to our most minor questions or concerns quickly and kindly. Looking forward to returning here again very soon.

We have used VRBO for over 10 years and Mercedes was the best host we have had! We arrived late and were tired from traveling for 14 hours and were happily surprised to find the unit on the same level as the parking so unloading was very easy, no steps. However, we forgot to stop and get food, my Spanish is not great and we were struggling trying to order a pizza from Marcos for delivery. We were exhausted and starving, we reached out to Mercedes and she facilitated us getting our pizza delivered, going way above and beyond what a host normally does. In addition to the condo being beautiful with a peaceful, gorgeous view of the marina, it was spotless and very spacious, with a great floor plan that made it feel like a home. The master has a very comfortable bed, comfortable living room furniture, a tv with all the streaming apps you could want, there is an ac unit in every room so it was very comfortable. Sitting out on the patio, watching the boats come in and out of the harbor with the breeze from the water was just what we needed to relax. I would like to also add that there happened to be a multi-day island wide power outage while we were staying in the condo, and the entire complex has a generator including power for every unit, so we were able to continue to enjoy our vacation uninterrupted. We had plenty of paper towels, bathroom items, towels etc. for our stay and the kitchen is very spacious with what we needed for the cooking we did. Thank you so much and we will be back!

Mercedes was by far the best host we've had on VRBO
We have used VRBO for over 10 years and Mercedes was the best host we have had! We arrived late and were tired from traveling for 14 hours and were happily surprised to find the unit on the same level as the parking so unloading was very easy, no steps. However, we forgot to stop and get food, my Spanish is not great and we were struggling trying to order a pizza from Marcos for delivery. We were exhausted and starving, we reached out to Mercedes and she facilitated us getting our pizza delivered, going way above and beyond what a host normally does. In addition to the condo being beautiful with a peaceful, gorgeous view of the marina, it was spotless and very spacious, with a great floor plan that made it feel like a home. The master has a very comfortable bed, comfortable living room furniture, a tv with all the streaming apps you could want, there is an ac unit in every room so it was very comfortable. Sitting out on the patio, watching the boats come in and out of the harbor with the breeze from the water was just what we needed to relax. I would like to also add that there happened to be a multi-day island wide power outage while we were staying in the condo, and the entire complex has a generator including power for every unit, so we were able to continue to enjoy our vacation uninterrupted.
