There is a large unfinished basement where the washer/dryer is with a secure separate entrance that gives you extra space to keep your beach stuff, bikes if you bring them, etc. There are also beach chairs and some other beach items provided.
The place is comfortable for a family of 4 but would be tight beyond that. It is a cottage in the traditional sense — not a luxury home — but is great for a beach holiday. I would happily return.
