The cottage was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped with several coffee machines, knives, and utensils.
This a short walk to some of our favorite eating places like Beachfire Grill. It’s also a quick 15 minute walk to Footbridge beach. There’s also a trolley stop right. At the entrance to the cottage complex that we didn’t use.
The other guests in the complex were friendly and mostly families.
Parking is a bit tight but we managed even with a truck.
Communication was stellar with the owner.
Would definitely recommend and return.

The property was easy to find. It's a sweet little community and very quiet in the fall. We wanted a cottage with 2 bathrooms and that's what we got. The showers were tight but we made it work. Very clean too. We had some questions for the owner and she answered in a timely manner.

The cottage worked out great for three adults. We appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom and the clean, comfortable living room. We ate all our meals out and didn’t need the laundry, but everything in these areas looked well stocked. We liked being able to walk to Footbridge Beach, and to the nearby breakfast place. It was a close drive to Perkins Cove, where we had a nice day, including a cruise, restaurants, shopping, and a walk on Marginal Way. It was our first stay in Ogunquit and the cottage helped make it a great experience. Recommend both!

Maureen keeps a clean cottage with everything we could need. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 plus grandparents. She communicated quickly with us about check-in with a thorough set of instructions and “how-to’s” for amenities, and made herself available should we need anything. The property is very close to Footbridge Beach in Ogunquit and the Trolley stop is conveniently located at the entrance to the property. The surrounding cottages were also quiet and well maintained.
We would love to stay here again for our next Ogunquit trip.

We were pleased with how accessible this property was to the beach, as well as downtown. Maureen was thorough in informing us about check-in and check-out procedures. We were only here for a weekend to attend a wedding, but we would love to come back again for a longer period of time. Thank you for a great experience!

This darling cottage was a perfect place for 2 friends to stay. We each had our own room with our own bathroom! The common area is inviting and comfortable to have a meal & plan our next day’s excursions. The location is wonderful to explore Ogunquit and take day trips to southern Maine. I’d love to return next fall!

Loved Ogunquit! The cottage was perfectly located for all our needs. Only issue was the cold. We were unfamiliar with using propane, so decided not to attempt it to heat the cottage during the night. No matter, tho. We added an extra layer or two and turned on the oven in the morning just to take off the chill.

The cottage was the perfect size for my two sisters and I. Having it be a single story and two bathrooms were high on our must haves. The location was great for going into Ogunquit or going north for other beaches or shopping in Freeport. There were so many places to eat it was hard to decide! The locals were very friendly and happy to answer questions.

A Little Cottage
Very nice. Clean and welcoming. A little cottage, exactly as described. Close enough to walk (or drive) to the less frenzied footbridge beach access—and very close to town. We stayed on a beautiful, busy weekend and it was very nice to have our own little retreat.
