Our 2nd time at Ty Coch. There will be a 3rf

Booked for a specific event in the local area. Perfectly placed in the heart of Llanberis. House was large, airy and clean.

A brilliant week.

Location was good for walking in the mountains. Local for slate museum and lakeside railway.

overall it was a great house to stay in. we all thoroughly enjoyed our week and we would definitely book it again.

it was nice and spacious and accommodated all 10 of us comfortably

the main bathroom shower was a bit temperamental and the pressure was low.

Absolute amazing house and location we couldn't have asked for anything more. The house is three floors and even better than the pics.

We loved it all.

Exceptional

We were in Llanberis to do a triathlon. We had lots of stuff but that was ok as house had loads of space inside and out which was really calming. The hosts were so welcoming providing all we needed for a weekend stay. House is immaculate and so well equipped. .

There was nothing not to like. Be aware there's only two bathrooms and one of these ensuite so may not suit all types of large groups.

Enjoyable stay,

Lovely kitchen and dining area with everything you would need. Communication from.ownwr was excellent they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Property location is excellent with enough parking for 4 cars.

The property could do with an extra bathroom to service all rooms.

The property was perfect for our stay, the rooms were clean and very spacious, we especially loved the large kitchen/dining area! It was in the perfect location, with shops and restaurants close by, also within walking distance to the Llanberis trail to climb snowdon. The hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful pre Christmas stay with Family and friends.

Absolutely stunning house, loved the communal kitchen and dining area.

Stairs a little bit creaky when upstairs guests coming down to use toilet! Did not spoil our stay though.

The location was beautiful, fresh air, peaceful. The house was very and spacious. Loved the fact that has private parking enough for 3 cars. Very close to the lake, waterfall and train. Absolutely gorgeous.

The location was great and the house was beautiful. Was very well equipped too, great off street parking too.

Perfect North Wales base

Modern, comfortable property. Good layout. Central to Llanberis and perfect for whole of North Wales and Snowdonia. Very well furnished and kitted out. Don’t think we were missing anything!

In an ideal world the property would benefit from an extra shower-room. However, one room has an en-suite and there is a separate toilet.
