Beautiful setting near sea with two swimming pools. Fun buffet dinner w entertainment. Lively family atmosphere.
It is not walking distance to town.

The stay and accommodation was extremely pleasant. The food was delicious. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The property itself was beautiful and very well kept! Many activities for all aged to join in on.
It was unfortunate there wasn't a beach. However, having a reservation at a beach nearby was nice. Pricey, so we only went once, which was a downfall during our visit. We never get to go to the sea so this was a disappointment.

The location being on a beachside with a private beach was great. They had two pools that were very large and properly set up.
The staff at the bar were very helpful in sorting out the fact that we arrived late and couldn't find anything to eat.
The property should be rated at a maximum of 2.5 stars. this is not a 4* by any means.
The breakfast was mediocre, no room service, not even a kettle that we had to insist on and luckily it was provided on our last night.
The property does not by any means give you value for money as it is too expensive for what it is.
Rating, services, prices and breakfast should be reconsidered as they are for sure not up to par with even a 3* hotel.

Beachfront igloo-type villas close to 2 swimming pools; kind porter and cleaning personnel; comfortable room but quite small; bedding 5/5; good coffee.
Incompetent front desk staff (>30 minutes for a simple check-in or staff not knowing how to do basic tasks); room card not working; the hotel card system as the only one accepted at the bar; mediocre breakfast

Incredible setting. Need to hire a car if you’re staying here. Breakfast was delicious with heaps of variety
The only bad thing was the bad weather when we were there haha, the place was amazing
9.0
Lovely grounds, large rooms, parking and restaurant (we were in cold weather so the pool and beach were closed)
Dinner and snacks in the restaurant and bar are not available late at night, we were left hungry. also note that there are no snacks in the minibar

Friendly staff, good choice of food at breakfast. Plenty of secure parking
Rather long wait for check in and to top up credit on the room card. There were more staff on for checkout so that was much faster. Room was very basic, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Could hear absolutely everything in the adjoining rooms.

An excellent hotel in a quiet situation which although "out of a main town" was very convenient for visiting all the major sites around the area by car. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the management were also very visible and obviously cared how the hotel was run and did everything to make the stay a very pleasant one. The food at both breakfast and dinner was good with a fairly large selection. Overall I would recommend this hotel
There weren't any negative as far as we were concerned although I imagine the fact that the sea shore was totally rocky might not suit some people. However, the pool areas more than compensated.

Not what we expected from photos.
We spent most of the time out of Hotel grounds..visiting places and enjoying Italian food and drinks.
There is a lot of potential to improve what this hotel has to offer, but the time we visit..it just wasnt there..

The food was excellent. The resort itself is just beautiful, and highly recommended for families with car:)
It was cold in the rooms in the beginning of April. The ACs did not provided enough warmth.

the location was fabulous, breakfast was incredible and the staff was top rate
a touch further from town than I realized

View, outside pools, dinner
Breakfast could be improved with more vegetables and more diverse options

The facilities are fantastic. The pools, the rocky beach and the location.
The management is just putting out fires everyone all the time. Lots of arguing with staff members. And this resulted in bad experiences for guests, not only us. Wrong rooms were assigned, lots of confusion with lunch. Dinner here is not recommended. The night we ate here, they only had mushrooms... for every course. The hustling for food and the room lowered our experience.
I would really suggest good training with staff to make better use of these amazing facilities.

There had a great variety of food for everyone and lots of fresh fruits.

Decent 4-star hotel on the coast of Lamandia. 3 men traveled on a short wine tour in Puglia. We only booked that morning and since the weather was bad, we thought it would be better to book together with dinner. The dinner was decent, but I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The same can be said about breakfast. The room is fine.
A huge, impersonal hotel complex. In summer, there are probably thousands of children screaming on the banks of the pools. Breakfast and dinner are okay, but completely uninteresting.
Since we were on a wine tour in Puglia, we bought a couple of nice Primitivo wines, which we wanted to enjoy on the terrace of our room. There was no way they wanted to give us a glass. It was almost a scandal.

The breakfast offerings were fine.
Would enjoy more a La carte food options on the property, and coffee or tea options in the room.
The pools were quite chilly.

If you're looking for a relaxing time without putting any effort in, this is not the place. This hotel is a lot of work. Had to wait until 5pm to check in. If you want to buy anything in the premises, you have to first queue up at the reception to load money onto your key card. At breakfast every item is served by someone which means you stand in line for coffee, then cheese, then bread. Rooms are very basic, definitely not luxury.
Finally, really didn't appreciate the 20€ /night additional hidden cost called 'service card'.
All in all, just too much work to stay in this place.

NOTHING. Would not recommend this property.
We arrived 12nn hoping that we could check in earlier and was advised by reception to come back at 3pm since usual check in was 5pm. We decided to explore Fasano to maximize our stay.
We returned to the hotel around 5:15pm expecting that our room was finally ready. Was told room was not. No explanations and apologies given. Key card was given to us around 6:15pm and we were told that room was finally ready. Walked and arrived in our room around 6:20pm and housekeeping was still cleaning it! Floors wet with bleach/detergent and cushions on the floor. We went back to the reception and complained. Reception was being dismissive and said there was a “confusion.” Was told to wait another 5-10 minutes in the reception area. Room was still reeking with bleach! Accidentally sat on the sofa and it was still wet!
Decided to leave room and have dinner because of the strong smell of bleach. We returned around 10pm hoping room smelled better. IT DID NOT. We had to sleep the night with the smell of bleach!
WORST CHECK IN EXPERIENCE EVER.

We had immediate, delicious coffee with room service. The pools are beautiful ,(but we couldn't use them,), the grounds were nice.
Only the front desk staff was nice. Dining room staff not at all. They only paid attention to those who speak Italian (not us). Whatever you do, DO NOT get your meals here. The dinner was horrid and we couldn't stomach any of the breakfast that had been sitting around for hours, either. They have an obscenely late check-in time (5pm) followed by an abnormally early church out (10am). Everywhere you look it becomes totally obvious: their goal is to make MONEY, and make things easy on the workers (NOT THE GUEST). After paying such "exclusive resort" prices, it's fairly pathetic that they charge for a sunbed on the beach (!!), and don't even have a hot pot or any glasses for the room. We were extremely disappointed
:-(

open space, different pools, being next to the water
Noisy rooms. Could hear couple next door talking, using the toilet

Very nice hotel, good location for excursions by car, two wonderful pools, not crowded even in high season. Effortful entertainment, extremely nice staff in all areas.
Breakfast unimaginative- fruit to cut yourself, little choice, worst cornettos, terrace very basic. Biggest disappointment: the rocky beach, therefore mostly not usable.
7.0
The beach and the salt water pool, the activities team
Breakfast, I don't like to stand in a line in the morning for my cup of coffee.... We thought there was a shuttle from the hotel to Monopoly which wasn't.... So we spend too many money for taxis. And there seems no taxis after midnight in Monopoly so we were left in the middle of the night...
