Location stupenda hotel vista mare molto bello ed esclusivo personale disponibile e professionale. Consigliato a tutti coppie famiglie e bambini si ha tutto ciò che serve per fare una vacanza rilassante senza spostamenti allo stesso tempo centro di Santa Maria di Castellabbate a 150 metri a piedi. Complimenti! Un particolare plauso alla signora Angela e signor Massimiliano front office Giuseppe fuoriclasse al ristorante insieme a Edoardo Vita ed Amelia Andrea e tanti altri validi collaboratori di cui ora non ricordo il nome bravi!!

Wir waren nicht zum 1. Mal im Gran Hotel. Hofgestaltung gut geworden. Parksituation gut gelöst.

Im Prinzip alles o.k.

Die Sonne kommt erst sehr spät. Hätte gerne direkten Meerblick gehabt , oder zur anderen Seite raus. Restaurant zu teuer. Uns wurde Wein angeboten zum probieren 0,1 l. Den mussten wir dann mit 12,- € bezahlen. Frechheit. Das Glas Wein sollte transparent aufgeführt sein: Menge, Preis !!!

Consigliatissimo è meraviglioso

Praticamente tutto tranne un piccolo "neo" in merito alla colazione. Del resto un incanto, tutto meraviglioso, dal panorama che si può ammirare dal terrazzo delle camere, dal clima che si respira nel finissimo ristorante, dove lo staff è sempre cordiale e premuroso, al bar (in spiaggia) e soprattutto quest' anno gli ombrelloni erano posizionati con più spazio tra di loro mentre prima erano molto stretti e ti trovavi facilmente a passare sotto agli altri ombrelloni per andare in riva. Quest' anno per la prima volta ci siamo stati con la nostra bimba di 2 mesi e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Quindi consigliato anche a famiglie o coppie con bambini piccolissimi.

La colazione. Rispetto agli anni precedenti è molto povera. Siamo stati in quest'hotel diverse volte e negli ultimi anni la colazione è cambiata, molto povera rispetto a un 4/5 stelle e rispetto alla colazione che offriva qualche anno fa.

Localizaçao excelente, funcionários super simpaticos e prestaveis. Pequeno almoço de 4* com produtos seleccionados e de optima qualidade. Restaurantes com menus reduzidos mas excelente sabor. "O menos é mais"5 e por isso Parabéns!!

Typisches italienisches angenehmes Strandhotel.

Perfekte Lage am Meer, kurze Wege und funktionale Einrichtung. Gutes Frühstück mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Meer. Kurzer Weg in das Zentrum.

Das schlechteste Panino in Italien in meinem gesamten Leben! Mozzarella aus dem Supermarkt, der nichts mit der dortigen üblichen Qualität zu tun hatte. Strand liegen sehr dicht auf einander. Der Strand insgesamt eng und in der Gegend an anderen Stellen weitaus schöner.

Property is spotless , staff is great

The breakfast could use a little, imagination. Was there for 11 days and I could have found everything blindfolded. They serve exactly the same thing every day. But the coffee is freshly made and the staff is super helpful.

Everything was wonderful.. they even had a golf cart to run you into town .. very thoughtful

Did not like the fact the there was not an actual elevator to get you to the water/sea level Not very good for handicapped people who have a stair issue

Gorgeous place in all aspects, but has its price

In contrast to what many are talking here, the parking is free/included. When we arrived, they accompanied me quickly to the parking and took me back with the golf car. You can go out and in again for free if you like. The umbrella&seats at the private beach are included, although we did not use them, so they let us use them even after our checkout for a substantial time. It is quiet and the view from the upper floor was fantastic. The room is outstanding (I rarely give a 9!): The matrass is as perfect as it can be. The bathroom also super, with a fully functional "party" shower with different lights and programs; fun. Lots of other great features, let alone a very good breakfeast at the terrace.

Two things they have to really address from management: 1) The guy driving the golf car is friendly but he thought my indonsesian wife was Thai and he was telling me how he enjoyed staying 2 months in Thailand with all the Thai-Girls. No comment. The staff should approach customers with due respect and education. 2) While all people at the reception where *outstanding*, one woman had a somewhat arrogant attitude, less attentive - I can only make assumptions why (good connections to management?). At check-out I asked her to let her bring the luggage to the golf car (since we have stored it there as we were on the beach after check out) but it took too long. So I came in again (was waiting at the golf car) but since it was too hot at the reception I raised a bit my T-Shirt showing my belly. She harschly told me that this is not allowed insided. This is a lack of respect as if I had behaved like a low-class person. Any woman with a dress that is "belly-free" will be allowed to enter. So, this person should be reminded to be as respectfull as *all* her numerous colleagues.

amazing worth every peny

the Hotel and the beach were very clean , the Staff is really nice and the food at the hotel is also good. the sea was crystal clear and the location beside a very beautiful little town is also great. it was an amazing stay , and i ever visited Italy again , i would definitely go there again

This is an exceptional hotel in an exceptional location, in one of the prettiest seaside villages in Italy. The room was fantastic, the staff were fantastic, the beakfast was fantastic. I'm already planning my next stay

Location, view and great sunset! Breakfast selection and quality was very good.

Long walk into town. Would help to be provided with a simple town map and list of recommended local restaurants with price points and hours open.

A lovely large and very modern room. Efficient reception and golf buggy lift to parking nearby. Good location right on beach and nearby enough to town restaurants to walk to.

Perfect for an off season get away with a splendid breakfast spread.

Right on the beach and so many nice quiet places to sit and read or just enjoy sun and beautiful weather. Dinner was a selection of four courses (a la cart) with choices between fish, beef, and vegetarian. Something for everyone and the pastas are plentiful.

Great hotel in Santa Maria deCastellabate. We arrived in the middle of a rainstorm - the front desk staff were very helpful and had already upgraded us to a deluxe room on the top floor with a view of the ocean and the town! The hotel was not very full in October obviously. The room and balcony were beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The beach was lovely and restaurant food was great!

The only complaint we have is that there was a funny smell in the bathroom which they did try to deal with but it didn’t go away. There is a charge for parking 10 euros per day.

This was one of the best holidays we have ever had.

It is an amazing hotel. The facilities, the staff and the location make it the perfect place for a peaceful beach holiday.

It is difficult to suggest any area for improvement.

Great place, Great location, Great staff

Property is ocean front. All rooms and areas are spotless and cleaned constantly. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The was construction going on but you never really heard any of it.

Loved the whole 9 days . Booked in January thinking of somewhere quiet but properly Italian , and it did not disappoint

Fabulous location, on a lovely sandy beach and about 500 metres from Santa Maria town . Fabulous staff, they couldn’t do enough for you . Fabulous area , quiet in June , gentle and beautiful. (Can’t speak for July and August.)

There is a little weed in the sea sometimes, but it’s not of a type to have any impact on swimming in the sea.

Fabulous hotel, fabulous stay

The location and facilities were exceptional The staff were all very professional and helpful, especially the restaurant staff

The shower over the bath would flick up when turned on and spray over the rest of the bathroom, soaking the mirror, my toiletries and clothing in the vicinity. There was no hand soap in the bathroom until the third day, fortunately I had my own toiletries

Breakfast was fantasic, staff beyond all expectations, the location is second to none, We will be back at the soonest opportunity.

Restaurant menu was a little small and all dishes were fish based, For me thats fine but not for my wife. Just a few simple options would have had us dining there.
