Appropriate place when needing somewhere to sleep.

The owner of the hotel was waiting out the front for me when I arrived as I got in quite late. Very kind.

Things were a little broken down i.e. the toilet flusher cover kept falling off, the shower leaked water onto the tiles.

Exceptional

Reading all the reviews we were scared coming with a child into Luna Rossa hotel. However we were positively surprised. Room small, but clean. Neighbourhood is very typical for train station areas and even the city overall, but location is very convenient for transport. We were allowed to leave luggage after check-out and that is a big plus.

Soundproofing could be better.

Great stay for the adventure tourist

Rooms were spacious and bathrooms looked renovated. AC was great. We were only using the spot for sleeping. Very central to the airport and metro.

Location

No refrigerator, no place to sit for 2 persons. No balcon. The lift is very narow. No place we can meet with our freinds at the evening.

decent for its price but needs improvement

the building is in a nice old Italian style and positioned very close to the main station. the room was pleasant and good size with a tv and airco.

the building is in a very sketchy neighborhood in Napoli and I did not feel safe walking there. the shower did not have cold water so it was boiling hot and there was mold in it. only one of the outlets worked.

the location is near Piazza Garibaldi, which at night could raise some security concerns. there no possibilty to have breakfast.

The only thing that I like about this place was the location because it was very centric but nothing else was worth it

Good for money

Location is fine. I did not enter the breakfast. Room was ok, however there is no duvet, just a thin sheet

Awful, dangerous hotel, should be shut down

despite not speaking english the cleaner was very helpful

The room was beyond awful. Plugs extremely dangerous (hanging out of the walls), A/C not working, toilet not flushing , all the hand towels fell off the wall multiple times, the bed you sank within this falling down, the lift was very old and manual shutting doors which seemed dangerous so had to carry suitcase up staries

Room was clean and the location of the hotel is near to the central train station (5 minutes walk) and close to the historical center of Napoli (15-20 minutes walk). Depending on the purpose of the visit, public transportation might not be needed.

Due to the location and surroundings around the hotel, it is a bit noisy in the room even if the windows are closed. It could be better if there are mini-bar (fridge) in the room, especially in the summer.

Good location, very close to the Central Train Station. Late check-in.

Verry noisy room! You could hear absolutely every sound from outside - planes, cars, even the garbage truck. We stayed 2 nights and left very tired from this place. No shelf in the shower or bathroom to put your things on

Nobody speaks english and because of that there was a lot of misunderstandings. The price doesn’t include local tax and we had to pay extra at the hotel during checking out. There is no snack bar in the hotel as it says in the description.
