the location was good for us. central to eating out, rail station quite close, sightseeing good. there were 8 of us and only 5 towels but 3 extra were sent to us very quickly.
a broken plastic lamp with sharp edges which should have been replaced. wi-fi was intermittent. only 1 key allocated for entering the building and accessing the accommodation. the door handle to the living area fell off. a small maintenance check would probably be best. we separated into 3 groups and only having 1 key for the property was a hindrance. we never did find the laundry but that wasn't a problem unless we had been staying longer..

Location to restaurants and train station and tourist sites, easy walking and beautiful city. Older building with beautiful ceilings comfortable seating and dining area.
Kitchen lacked cooking utensils and very little toiletries and toilet paper. Front door lock difficult to unlock.

Gorgeous old building with beautifully painted ceilings. Such a lot of history! Nicely decorated, huge rooms to choose from, very romantic. Great location near to the station and the tower.
Rather warm inside but there were some decent fans available. Living room a little sparse but not a problem for us as we just stayed one night.

Located on 2. floor of the building with plenty of room. 2 bathrooms in excellent condition. Plenty of beds to accommodate a party of 7+ people. Grocery stores very close. Main shopping street is just a few minutes away on foot. Quiet neighborhood.
The apartment lacks simple utensils for eating. Its many beds may accommodate plenty of guests, but it lack seating for such a crowd. Low on plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. Kitchen was in dire need of a thorough renovation!
The cleanliness of the apartment was sub-par. Surely, the floors were clean on first glimpse, but on closer look they were not. For example, I had to move the small freezer (with a thick layer of ice in it with various substances frozen into it) to be able to open the door fully for the kitchen. This revealed a quite sticky and disgusting floor below. Also I found a handful of fragments of a broken bottle by the aid of my bare foot (ouch!). In general, I had the feeling of whatever you'd move you'd reveal yet another uncleaned spot.
The apartment was constantly damp independent on the air's humidity outside. This is probably because of the location near the river combined with the building being quite old.
Upon arrival to the apartment we had not received any info from the owner for retrieval of the keys etc., hence I thought he'd be in the apartment to greet us welcome. He was not. The information provided before arrival was so poor that we didn't even know which floor the apartment was located on. We simply had to guess. After running up and down the stairs we came to the conclusion that it likely was the apartment on 2. floor. The correctness of our guess was supported by a discovery of a key underneath the door mat.
We did not find the the apartment cozy. It has a vibe of being a rental being kept on lowest budget for the owner. Choices of furniture and lighting (which could not light up the place properly) did absolutely not match the paintings on the ceilings, that seemed to be main selling point in regard to the pictures uploaded from the owner.

Charming and beautiful historical apartment, well located in a nice area.
The furniture in the living room and the kitchen was dirty. Also the table ware in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and smelly at arrival. The noise and smell from the garbage bins outside on the square.

The WiFi booster gave up halfway and didn’t work thereafter. Small issue given a great stay!

Great location, 2mins walk from the river, 15 mins to the train station, 15mins to the Leaning Tower. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Train links very easy and efficient to other places of interest, e.g. Florence, Lucca, Livorno.

The position is perfect, near to Center of the city. Distance to the tower is around 1000 m, It is possible to see every famous place by walk. Apartment is arranged in old stile, with old furniture, but with 2 new bathrooms, with new lights, and with good new beds. You will feel good if you want to feel the spirit of the old town of Pisa
The only problem is to park the car, If somebody is coming by car, the parking fees are around 25 EUR/day, near to the apartment. Anyway, around 700 m from the apartment is possibility to park for 6 eur/day, we have use it.

Absolutely stunning restored 15th century internal decor. The location was perfect for exploring both sides of the river by foot!
It was difficult to sleep with the heat but we did choose August to travel so that’s kinda our bad!!

Location was the only plus at this B & B
B&B extremely hot inside during summer and no air conditioning. Furniture old, dark and falling to pieces. Floor tiles move underfoot when walking on them. Dark and dingy interior. Bedding smells of old mould. Not worth money they ask for it. Photos definitely do not match this B&B. Extremely edited photos. Very angry about this 😡
