Hotel už 5* nemá, celkově v rozkladu, chybí údržbář, který by tyto drobnosti řešil. Na přespání OK

Po výměně pokoje se nám líbil i pokoj !!!!! Po příjezdu na hotel ve 12:00 jsme šli na bazén a oběd a padlo i pár drinků, jídlo naprosto vynikající Club sandwich a Ceasar salát, aperol a prosecco .. značka ideal :) Check-in - dostali jsme pokoj 255 vyjeli nahoru a za 5 minut jsem byl zpět na recepci ! pokoj vytopen, prasklé sklo, prostě hrůza, fotografie v příloze, do 15 ti minut jsme jako omluvu dostali Apartmán 240, který byl až na drobnosti v pořádku. Pro uživatele Booking z Czech má být pokoj asi dostačující když ho nabízejí. Wifi - opravdu funguje, rychlá až mě to překvapilo.

- Pokoj 255 v dezolátním stavu !!! ( původní speciální pokoj pro Booking a hosty z Czech ) - Pokoj 240 -- Štětka na záchodě v drahém apartmánu je našikmo jako věž v Pise :D -- Tlačítko od splachování na toaletě nedrží. -- upadlý držák hadice ve sprše -- v koupelně uvolněné zásuvky -- vyháklé závěsy -- nedovírají se dveře, je tam sice samozavírač ale nefunguje !! -- na dveřích na terasu je obráceně namontovaná klika -- pokoj po malování je všude upatlaný od barvy - Hotel - Rozbitý název hotelu - Do bazénu se chodí tak, že jdete recepcí ven a obcházíte hotel, je to škoda protože cesta přes jídelnu je asi 10 metrů, ale je během dne zavřená - Všude popraskaná okenní skla !!! - Po celém hotelu rozmístěné kyblíky na vodu z tekoucích klimatizací - Hotel celkově by chtělo vymalovat a dát dohromady, na SDK stropech vidět značné opravy a fleky - Při snídani jeden kávovar na všechny ubytované, a ještě hlásí chybu a po každé kávě se musí vysunout a zasunout zásobník - Talířky na snídani jsou jenom na jedné straně, takže když chcete něco z druhé strany tak běžíte ke kávovaru, kde se protlačíte přes frontu na kafe a potom běžíte zase zpět pro to na co máte chuť. - vyháklé závěsy v jídelně

Sorpresa piacevole, ritornerò!

Ho prenotato questo albergo a 5 stelle, che non conoscevo, visto che dovendo prendere spesso il traghetto da Livorno potrebbe essere per me una buona e comoda soluzione essendo a pochi minuti da Livorno e l'imbarco. Questa volta, per provare, ho scelto questa struttura perché ho trovato una tariffa promozionale molto interessante. Mi è anche piaciuto il fatto che dall'albergo s'intravedono già, e a poca distanza, la torre pendente di Pisa con accanto la cupola della cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta meglio nota come Duomo di Pisa. Location is ok. 20 minutes walking to Pisa Tower

the rooms need renovation, especially the doors at the entrance to the rooms. I booked 2 rooms and both doors had problems closing and the handles were torn off Poor breakfast and a single coffee espresso machine in a very large breakfast room. You had to wait at least 15 minutes to be able to make a coffee

Disappointing, facilities poor though great location.

Breakfast selection was good. The room (we had to swap twice) was good. The location is fantastic.

The pool was closed, despite the website saying it was open. The original room we had had a faulty lock which meant we ended up staying in a much cheaper non family room, so had to share a king bed with my daughter as well as my wife. There was no Aircon in the room and it was very stuffy. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency from Booking.com. The staff however were helpful. This is the worst 5 star property I have ever stayed in.

Very poor

It is in a great location, nice bar area outside, that’s about it.

The first look was clean but looking close everything was dirty and old. Basically not taken care of. We had a water leak in the ceiling in the first room, the reception was annoyed at us for mentioning it, and could not even say sorry. Would not recommend this hotel. Not worth 5 stars at all. Have been in more clean and much more friendlier 2 star hotels.

Not recommend, it was just the last option because of late booking.

The bed was comfortable and had a good spacious room. But it's not that clean. And the coffee machine is broken. The reason I booked for this hotel was for the outdoor swimming pool, but the pool is not clean. You are not able to see anything under the water, and I wonder when and how often they clean it. Air conditioning was the best thing I could pick for this hotel.

Extra charge for parking, they charged €19 for 1 day parking even though they said €15 on the pre booking chats. The receptionist was quite rude even though she knew we don't speak Italian, just talking in italian. We had no idea but felt racist towards us. Breakfast €20 per person is too much, so I didn't go for it.

Nice hotel, good location, not 5 stars.

Nice location, walking distance to Pisa (20 mins max). Really nice roof top balcony looking over Pisa - shame the furniture there was old and unclean

A fabulous place to stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great room with a huge deck and views of the leaning tower of Pisa and the church. We stayed three nights and loved it. Pool was great too.

Can’t complain about anything.

Disappointing and overpriced

...

Drastically overpriced, building is in need of maintenance. There were some issues with the room, not least that we were initially given the key of a room that was already occupied. Breakfast is not great.

Did the job for the price but room for improvement.

The room we stayed in was a great size. The window view from the room was nice. The staff were helpful and spoke good english. Organised taxis to airport for us at unsociable hours.

The "rooftop bar" advertised was like a deserted ghost town. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was broken we were told and the hotel didn't have an iron available to supply us with during our stay.

If you don't want to get infected, don't come

View on the building from outside. Really only one thing. Please be careful.

The most terrible experience. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a no star hotel. 1) Nobody cleans, but only creates the appearance that there was a cleaning. When we checked in, the room was dirty. No, it's not just dust on the table and dirt on the floor. There were drops of urine on the toilet seat (although the toilet had a "was cleaned" label attached to it). Drops of urine were clearly visible, so that for cleaning ladies it was possible to notice it. In addition, bathroom amenities (shampoo, shower gel, soap) were already used, opened. There was no protective film on them. The towels were dirty and didn't even smell of washing powder. Also, there were holes in the towel. The sheets on the bed was dirty, there were black drops and drops of blood on it. Also next to the bed were empty bottles left by previous guests. Seeing this, we asked the receptionist to clean and then went for a walk around the city. When we arrived, it was already around 22.00, we saw that no one did the cleaning at all. Everything remained in its place. We complained to the administrator again. He said the cleaner told him she was cleaning. When I showed him that everything remained as it was, including drops of urine on the toilet seat, he came in and washed it himself. The administrator cleaned the toilet himself. Let me remind you, the hotel calls itself "5 check-in". We were tired and couldn't take a shower or do anything. Then he brought us a new bed sheets, but we had to make it ourselves. Why did I, having paid for the room and my comfort, have to endure such a good experience? 2) The next day, when cleaning ladies kind of cleaned our room (not at all, actually) they did not put tea, coffee, or water, which was included in the room price. I had to take a translator every day and ask the cleaners for coffee and water (they don't speak English). They looked at me like I owed them something. This is the worst service and hotel ever.

just they did not have iron , as I had meeting I asked them they says just we had one and no more finally I could not find any more from them , I booked 5 stars hotel to have enough facilities I hope next time they buy more iron to have enough to use it

This hotel was clean.

This hotel should not be rated as a 5 star booked as a treat for my partners birthday. Half the hotel is shut down, the pool has no water and is under construcion. One window in the room could open, the others were broken, thus hotel needs major tlc to make it 5 star. Breakfast very poor, coffee from a pump flask, breakfast staff struggle to remember room number came back to us two mornings out of 3 to say room nunber incorrect certainly not expected for a 5 star. Location in the middle of no where 15 mins walk through a grubby tunnel. Way over priced for what we got, would not stay here again..

Prior to my arrival I used the app to message the hotel and they came back with prompt answers.

The welcoming nature of the staff and their willingness to help. Marcello was the perfect host in the restaurant on our first night and continued to be a joy to talk to throughout our stay. His female colleague who was working at the bar on Tuesday afternoon was one of the most delightful people you could meet whilst on vacation.

The gym wasn't open. The wifi didn't work in the room, also the air conditioning in the room was switched off.

Disappointing and staff didn’t care

The decor was lovely but v few staff it was almost missing staff very diff to get a coffee even and they seemed very confused at reception when we arrived and were quite abrupt - no aircon aptly not the season it wasn’t turned on ?? Even tho rooms were v v warm not helpful at all also you advertised free airport transfer they don’t offer this ???

This is not a 5 star hotel more like a 2.

The pool had no water in it… (the season had not started yet was the resin given) but there is no mention of this on there website. The air conditioning wasn’t working in any of the hotel rooms and the reason was because the air conditioning was as turned off for the winter and had not been turn back on yet… “it want hot enough yet” . the beds were so uncomfortable.. the and the showers were not working properly.

i had a bad experience first with the internet! I couldn’t connect in my room ! It took almost one hour to solve the problem! they gave me another room ! During that waste of time , the receptionist never expressed apology for the inconvenience caused

Everything was going well, and we were satisfied with the room until our last day when they charged us for food services we didn't do/use. They refused to resolve the payment/incident at the time of check out (useless, I still don't understand why) and asked us to send an email to resolve it. After 3 weeks we are still waiting for this to be resolved - and I don't think they will.
