The bed was good
The picture doesn’t represent what you get
Swimming pool was dirty when we arrived and it’s very small, pictures look like it’s bigger
Bathroom was not clean there where droplets around the toilet
Depending on what they charge it’s not worth it

The staff were nice but they weren't around very much
It's close to town
The shower was terrible, poor pressure and also no warm water just cold.
The room with shower had two showers one inside and one outside with an open roof, this was not appealing because the bugs and noise came in.
People were standing outside the open shower so it wasn't private.
There were no facilities here
No hairdryer or anything
Worst of all it's on a very very noisy road and there's lots of construction going off all around which starts really early.
There isn't even a sheet on the bed just some crotchet item that's useless
We moved to a different area after two nights here which was ok the beach and quiet and comfortable for the same money so really not good value at all
I would never stay here again

Decor was nice
Friendly staff
Only a 5 minute walk into town
Air conditioning was quiet
Had a water fountain to refill your bottles
No hot shower. Low water pressure
No fridge in room
On a busy main road but not sound proofed. Found it very difficult to sleep on a night because of this also a lot of construction work happening around at the minute which was very loud but this isn’t the hotels fault

The hotel room was okay and wifi was working very good. It was also in okay distance to walk to the center of El Nido and to bus terminal. The room had a balcony and they had a refill water station available for guests.
- The room wasn’t the cleanest and you could see on sheets and towels that there were some spots. They also didn’t clean the room in our 4 day stay once, so it was a mess as we come back from boat trip pretty sandy.
- As popular in the whole country, the water is heated by sun, so we didn’t really have much hot water and showered more in semi-cold one.
- The hotel is next to a very busy street and we could hear the street constantly, as the room is not isolated. Additionally, someone was constantly singing, which was a bit annoying.

Place is good and clean. Location is good. Staff will do anything to help however, I’m a little fussy, i found it very noisy and smelly. But perfect for a short stay.

We had a delightful stay at Talisay Boutique for 4 nights. At first we were a little nervous as it appeared to be on the main road, but quickly discovered it is perfectly positioned for everything you need, so no need for taxis or transport to the centre and away from the busyness of the main strip of restaurants.
The girls on reception were super accommodating, even giving us a hairdryer for our stay. Every day we were given fresh towels and drinking water replenished which after a long day on a tour was very welcomed!
The room itself was small but perfectly adequate - the bathroom is partially outdoors therefore technically the room doesn’t have a fully enclosed wall from the elements, but this was not an issue to us. There were windows with no curtains up high on the walls, which meant would be light in the morning but again (and surprisingly for a light sleeper like myself), this didn’t effect us.
Like other reviews, it is rather noisy on the road, but we heard absolutely nothing from any of the other rooms (there are only 5 so very small!), and did not find that it disturbed our sleep.
Tea and coffee facilities available at all hours at reception, as well as a 24 hour receptionist/ security.
If you’re looking for somewhere convenient with great service for a very reasonable price, Talisay is the place to go.
If you’re a light sleeper and bothered by traffic noise, I’d suggest bringing ear plugs - but surprisingly even as a light sleeper it didn’t actually bother me, but a warning!
