Great location, great host, would go back!

The location was great, easy to get around Lisbon without difficulty (google maps helped tons). The tram is right outside the apartment to go into Belém and downtown Lisbon. Yes the trams were packed but that was expected. Everything we needed was available in stores close by. Beds were comfortable and pillows were decent. Nice to have a dryer in the unit, even though it wasn’t listed.

The windows didn’t really keep the street noise out very well. My husband and I thought the windows were open but they were closed..and they were nice new ones. I would suggest once every few cleanings that the lint and water tray be emptied regularly. I cleaned them out and they were very full. A full lint tray could cause a fire. We didn’t know why the dryer kept stopping while we were drying clothes, had to look through a non English manual that didn’t even belong to that model dryer. Maybe leave the appropriate language manual out just in case the client needs it.

Good value for money

Easy to check-in, and check-out. The host was very friendly and welcoming, great communication. The apartment was very clean, comfortable shower. Two separate rooms with beds, exactly what we needed. Location was not far from the center, many buses and trams right outside.

The house is quite old, so it comes with related noises and level of comfort (some stairs to climb). It was very noisy during day and night because of the cars right outside the window. Also not all the photos on booking are from the same apartment.

Great place for a visit to Lisbon

Check-in was easy. The host was amiable and welcoming -- I missed the key handover because my luggage took ages at the airport, so the host put the key in a lockbox for my convenience. Communication was always great. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is great, near LXFactory, Docas, and other amazing landmarks (e.g. Belém). I loved hearing the little birds from the 2nd floor :)

Given the proximity to one of Alcântara's main squares, it can be quite noisy during the day and the night. It is all part of living in a big city, however. The apartment is also quite old, so you may hear some noises from people going up the stairs or entering the apartment next door.

Foram 6 dias maravilhosos em Lisboa.

Excelente localização!!! Farmácia, supermercado e vários auto carros na frente do apto que dão acesso a Lisboa inteira. Lurdes que nos recepcionou foi muito atenciosa.

As cortinas dos quartos são transparentes e o sol e a claridade não nos permitiu dormir até mais tarde (tivemos que improvisar colocando mantas presas na janela o que foi bem desconfortável). Sentimos falta de ganchos nas casas de banho para pendurar roupas e toalhas.

I would return there with no hesitation

Very kind and helpfull contacts. The appartment was clean and comfortable. Great internet connexion, complete set of equipments. You dont need to bring anything. Location is not central but really good transportations from there. Close to the museums and congress center (took me only 5-10 minutes each day to go to my conference).

A little noisy. Not very high standing but the price is pretty decent, so it's more than I expected. One or two coffe capsule would be appreciated for the first morning.

Great location and comfortable, friendly stay. Would return!

Great location and very convenient to travel to Belem and the city as the bus/tram stop is right outside the apartment. The owners were friendly and welcomed us in person and showed the place on arrival. The place was very well equipped and we had a good stay. We got locked out the first night and they were helpful and got it sorted for us. We are very grateful.

The air conditioning was only in the living room and not in the bed room. So cooling takes a while to get to the bed room but we got used to the weather after a day. The door lock could be a better system to avoid getting locked out by mistake and instead have a key lock system.

Enjoyed our stay very much

Apartment had all the facilities required to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Bus stops to take you to all the main attraction and subway within 40m from apartment. Two major super markets for all your cooking needs within 5mins walk. Large bathroom and shower. Host very pleasant and made us very welcomed.

Small recommendation is that all windows should have curtain netting to let sunshine in and stop people from other building looking into apartment (existing curtains to thick and makes apartment dark)

Good value for money.

We liked the location. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the town proper. And it's only 15min away with 2 different bus stops and a tram station close by.

One of the showers had a clogged drain. It wasn't comfortable to shower during our stay. And both of the toilets had an awful sewerage smell during our first couple of days.

The Location is good and well connected to the city center.

The owner ask for extra 20 euro just because she send me by WhatsApp, in advance, same info about the city transport, restaurants, info that I did t ask for! Also, because we arrived after 22.00, she charge extra 10 euro.

Location is ok.

One bed was not ready for sleep when we arrived. There was no soap in one bathroom, the water in the tub was not leaking. It smelled horribly from the bathroom. We reported everything to the owner, but he didn't bother to fix it.

Centrel and spacious

Location is very central, spacious with a lot of light. Near all kind of public transportation

A bit noisy because near a transport crossroad. Rules were not clear so sometimes might get a feeling of non professional. Would advise to make customer exchange more professional, creating the house rules book and keeping record of the exchange with customers. Be less emotional and more prefessional.

very very wonderful experience

I went to Lisboa to attent an academic meeting. The place was very near to the congress center. And it was very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and some famous landscapes. It was very convenient for me. I really enjoyed this journey. And this apartment war really wonderful. The host was very very nice. I would slect this place again if i have next chance to travel to Lisboa.
