Perfect location, luxury suite with access to a giant pool

Great host, very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful apartment, nostalgic warm atmosphere combined with the luxury amenities such as a huge pool. Parking was extremely easy! Safely behind a gate, and no skills needed to park in this huge place :) Location is just perfectly located both to go to Palermo city or to the airport. Very much recommended!

Excellent and beautiful place!

Beautiful property, host is very attentive and helpful and he cooks so finger licking good. They serve breakfast at extra cost, and offer water, tea or coffee any time. The swimming pool is the highlight of the place - it’s clean and the water is a pleasant temperature. And best of all there is no time restrictions as in some hotels. The view from our terrace was magnificent.

It was a very welcoming and relaxing experience.

The location was perfect for my morning commute to the airport, it was located in a convenient spot and the parking was good. Sergio was a very hospitable host and made the whole experience feel very welcoming, almost as though we were staying with a familiar relative or friend. The dinner was fantastic too.

Only for a night or two by car and expect a not very pleasant location right by the autostrada

The pool is OK the rooms are very different quality and varied. This is a B&B with no hotel service facilities or facilities nearby.

The property should only be recommended to car owners. The access from the town is via a walk along a dangerous Motorway access ramp -people stopped us to ask if we needed help! The bus which stops by the lane to the property does not go to central Palermo, which is 7-8 km away - an expensive taxi ride.

Beautiful, quite, cozy

We loved our stay. Sergio is super nice! Our kids said he is like a grandpa to them. We all loved the pool, the service and the view is spectacular from the property. The airline lost our luggage before we got there, but Sergio was really helpful to ease our situation. Stayed up late to wait for us with check in, to find the closest mall to buy more clothes etc. The kids didn’t want to leave and keep saying let’s go back please. :) We will come back for sure and recommend everyone! Thank you for everything Sergio!

Property difficult to locate without a good goggle map app.

Pictures of the property were accurate.

Property location - industrial area and next to the traffic noise of the busy motorway. Additional payments for all facilities, eg. parking on the property, breakfast and evening meal.

We had booked at about 9pm when we missed a travel connection and paid for the night. When we arrived at Small Paradise (11km driving) at around 9.45pm the hosts told us that he had cancelled the booking. Apparently he said he had sent a message but we had not received this. Late that night we had to find another room for the night.

The overall stay is quite nice.

The place has a nice garden view and provides some simple breakfast at cost. There is not much public transportation around the location but is fine if you have a car.

The swimming pool was not as clean as the picture has shown, it could be maintained better. We stayed for a total of 10 nights but they only cleaned our room 1 time, they didn't clean it the second time as they said the room had a lot of stuff. In the end, we had to remove the trash or clean the room ourselves. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes around the accommodation, remember to bring your own spray if you are sensitive to them. Also, a bit surprised that they charge the breakfast for my baby who is under 2 years old and did not eat much at all.

Wonderfull place

The place is wonderfull. One can even stay whole day at the pool without worrying what to eat or drink, owner Sergio has taken care of menu and everything else. There is beautiful view, both sides you can see a mountain. The house is by the street, accessable very good with a car.

Beware of the location if without a car.

The pool and quietness.

The location is poor. Without a car you will need to walk on a slipway to the train station. It takes quite a while to get to the beach. The bed was too soft for my liking and the room was a little antiquated.

Dark, stuffy and VERY DATED rooms wirh no wifi! You've been warned!

Room was VERY VERY DATED. Dark and stuffy don't be fooled by the pics! Wifi didn't work only by the pool area which is pointless and didn't state that on the description. Didn't bother staying here as room wasn't up to standard. Told the host we will check in elsewhere, when I canx booking online host said he will refund 40euros for breakfast, still waiting for this. If you don't mind dusty, stuffy rooms and location is fairly out from the city, then book, if not book elsewhere! Looking at reviews, host might be good but there is a standard for rooms which this unfortunately didn't live up to.

Rooms need updating massively. Wifi in room not working.

The area was untidy, with work tools everywhere. The pool was without water and there was no seating around -there was a feeling that no one was waiting for the guests yet. Wi-Fi only worked on the terrace or in the stairwell. So we had to go on stairwell, owner did not like it, he wanted us to go on terrace to catch wi-fi, but it was cold and not enough chairs on terrace to sit for everyone. The blanket on bed was very thin for this season. Had to pay additional money for parking in accomondation territory (after that we drove all over Sicily and we did not have to pay extra for parking in the accommodation area, -we stayed in 6 more places).

Don’t watch the movie ( The godfather)! Come to Palermo and you will live it in reality at this home

I have no words to describe this amazing magical place! This experience is unforgettable! Papa Sergio is more than a host! He treats you like a member of his own family. I will definitely come back to Palermo just to live this experience again.
