Highly recommend Hibiscus 208!

Hibiscus 208 was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The fit was modern and appeared recently renovated compared to an apartment my family were in the same building downstairs. Kitchen was super well equipped coffee machine microwave and dishwasher were great.

Literally only 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person. Expensive but that’s all across the Island.

HI is beautiful & everyone is friendly, had a great time there but prob wouldn't stay in the same ap

The place was grimy & the bathroom shower has a lot of black mould. The bath towels were very thin & the pillows all need replacing. The outside cushions on the chairs are stained with food & so was the cushions on the outside lounges. After staying in the Frangipani apartments this was a bit of a let down.

Expect a cheap and cheerful beach apartment with a huge price tag.

The vallet service from the airport was amazing. I had read that you might be left at the airport for a long time with all your luggage and no use of a golf buggie (the only for of transport) but this didn't happen to us.

The apartment was very expensive and that is just because of the location. Our apartment was dirty the sofas must have been sat on by families in wet swimmers because there were wet stains and a damp smell. The curtains had a smell of urine or damp and this was so intrusive when sleeping that we had to ask for these to be washed. It was not expected because if the price paid. I didn't realise these were privately-owned but managed by the island. I think this makes a difference. It's just a poorly kept investment for some one.

Our stay was relaxing, in a great location that was very romantic feel for our 30th wedding annivers

The apartment was very well equiped, very spacious and comfortable.The shower pressure wasn't amazing. The iron needed replacing. The view was exceptional

I didn't really appreciated the change over of 3 times with the golf cart. I would recommend the golf cart that belongs to the apartment to have covers for when weather changes

Amazing location and experience……sadly fell short for us

This is a difficult review to do, while the place was amazing and beautiful view and fantastic facilities,our experience was let down by maintenance work being done on the buildings which meant that the view was blocked and balcony was not useable for part of our stay. we raised this issue on multiple occasions but was unable to resolve. Again outstanding location.

As mentioned above disruptive maintenance and no coffee pods

Great location, Well equipped kitchen, Apartment has its own golf buggy to use.

Throw cushions in Lounge and Main Bedroom where dirty & stained, Doona on Main Bed badly stained and in need of a good wash I have stayed in other Self Contained Apartment Accommodation before and they have at least been serviced once during our stay but not this one. For the price we paid for our stay I would have thought at least the bed sheets in both bedrooms could have been changed and the floors mopped at a minimum as tiles get quite dirty.

Superb

Fully equipped apartment made for a stress free holiday. Complimentary golf buggy a bonus we enjoyed, and we were grateful for.

The apartment's lighting was less than desirable. Some worked, some didn't . Then those that didn't, did..! The lock / door handle on the front door was very temperamental. Ants ruled the kitchen and the main bedroom !

Fantastic apartment has everything you need.😃

The location was superb, amazing views, apartment had plenty of room for 2 couples with their own bathrooms. Kitchen was great. Large lounge room with a comfortable lounge. Large balcony with a BBQ, table and 2 sun lounges out the front of the main bedroom with glass sliding doors and amazing views from your bedroom. 😍 The BBQ was great as a lot of the eateries were closed and others fully booked out. Hint for you, get the Hamilton Island app and you can book 90 days in advance for restaurants. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. The golf buggy that came with the apartment was a great bonus. Chromecast on the TV's, one in the main bedroom and the lounge room. Some foxtel channels. Pick up and drop off to and from the airport was included. Loved our stay here. What more could you want or need.

There were a few lights not working in the kitchen and the outside balcony light. It was not really an issue , just needs bulbs replaced and the WiFi was not the best but didn't bother us.

A very comfortable property with amazing views!!

The property is spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. Comes with amazing views and relaxed atmosphere. The buggy was a great addition! Would definitely go back there again!

Adventure plus! Do all the things possible!!!!

It was great that the buggy came with the booking so we could move about the island easily

Only got told the afternoon before departure about how to check out. Didn’t have access to buggy after 10am despite flight home being late afternoon. Had to work out own way to the airport as could only be dropped off to one location at 10am with all of our bags. More notice of this would have been very much appreciated. Created stress at the end of an otherwise perfect holiday.

The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. two bathrooms were great. Buggy was well used.

first holiday at Hamilton, paid a nice price for that time of the year but expected, though at the price prefer to abov

the buggy, a lot of space in the unit , very clean outside the property, the coffee machine

the stove , not one tea towel, utensils need to be upgraded, need new pillows on the beds , perhaps a bit more TLC on the cleanliness of the unit

Location, cleanliness, staff service

The property was excellent but the buggy would not reverse several times a day and i called the required number, left a clear message yet never received a return call. I checked with staff that i had the correct phone number. My sons had to push the buggy while I steered it into parks several times.

Superb

Brilliant location, the apartment was ideally set out for both of us to have our own privacy at separate ends. The view from the balcony was awesome.

The front door could be difficult to lock.
