The property itself is alright, the location is nice in the country side. You do need a car though, it’s not possible to reach by public transport.
The service was definitely not 4-star worthy. We stayed at this hotel to attend a nearby wedding and made a simple request to reception: we needed an iron and board.
I called reception and the girl said “ohh I’m not sure if we have one, I’ll call back”. She didn’t call back. So I called again. She said she asked housekeeping but they weren’t sure where the ONE iron they own had gone. I then went to reception to see if maybe she could offer another solution but she pretty much told me there is no iron and there was no other solution. One of my friends asked the same question and was told it wasn’t her problem.
Frankly I’m stunned that a so-called 4-star hotel has only 1 iron and they don’t keep a log of where it goes, but I’m more appalled by the lack of service to resolve it. They could’ve gone out to purchase an iron (I don’t think that having 2 irons in a hotel is a luxury), or call one of the many other Fletcher hotels in the area to borrow one, but no it wasn’t their problem and that was it..
Eventually another friend brought his iron from home so my partner could iron his shirt on the bed.
When I brought it up at check out all that was said was “yes we only have one iron, I don’t know where it is either” an apology was made and the receptionist couldn’t wait to get rid of us.
This is not the level of service you should be able to expect from a 4-star hotel. It’s safe to say that I won’t be back, and I’ll try my best not to stay at Fletcher again in the future.

Great location. Perfect for relaxing and a bike ride in the nature. The staff was polite.
The room was not clean. Decor a bit dated. Dinner was too expensive for what was offered.

Location. Nice large rooms
Place not well managed Poor service in restaurant and at reception. Room not ready at 3 pm, food in the corridors not collected for hours, tables not cleaned, one coffee machine for 40 people at breakfast, staff disengaged and not interested. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, max 2-3 stars

Elegant, modern hotel with its style and soul.
They could serve bottle water in the room and preferably have a mini fridge in the room.

- Great location if you want to be close to the forest. Within 5 minutes of walking you are surrounded by trees.
- spacious rooms with a great view
- bed was very comfortable
- very nice bath
- throughout our 2 day stay we found almost all personel we've encountered incredibly inexperienced. We had to wait an hour extra before we could check in and didn't even get an apology, while another person from staff was showing his colleagues photos of a room that was in a bad state which he discussed so loud all guests in the vicinity could hear. Overall we've had some similar experiences where the staff didn't know how to handle the situation properly and also didn't really care about making guests feel comfortable or apologizing for the situation. When paying good money for a room I also expect at least a little effort and hospitality and trust me we're not difficult guests to have..
- even in the more luxurious rooms the soaps were contained in dispensers on the wall and paper cups were provided, which altogether made the experience a bit cheap. Combined with my previous point it did kind of add to the feeling it wasn't on the top of the list to provide a nice hospitable experience for guests, rather to fetch money with as little expense as possible.

There was clearly a staff shortage. The staff present did their very best to get everything done, but there’s only so much you can do of course. Big kudos for all the staff who were working this weekend!

The size and interior of the room were a surprise and I had an extremely pleasant stay. Opening the curtains in the morning revealed a great view at nature around which was another pleasant surprise.

The location was very nice, just a few km from the Spa we visited. We loved the nice view from our room. The room was spacious, clean and modern, and the bed was very good.
Breakfast was too busy for the staff (only 1 person for total guests). Breakfast was too basic for the price: little choices of bread, only fake butter, only one coffee machine for all breakfast guests what led to long wait times.
