Просто перфектно

Локацията е страхотна, чиста и удобна стая, персонала е на топ ниво, на рецепция има българка, която много ни съдейства, също и другата част от персонала бяха страхотни. Хубава и свежа закуска.

My stay was short, very short, 1/2 an hour.

Nothing, left the hotel cancelled right after I went inside my room. It was ver depressing, ugly and smelly

The bed, the view, the "scent". It was awful.

Great Boutique Hotel in one of the best parts of Madrid.

Location, right off Santa Anna Sq. Just steps to Prado Mus, Tyssen Mus, Sol. And very walkable to the Palace, Plz Mayor, and San Miguel Mrkt. Fam of 3, 2 adults and a 15 YO. The 3 person room is a spacious interior (away from S Anna Sq night noise).

Everything was great, nothing to complain about. Found out upon checking out the TV didn't work, lol...

Never again orrible experience

Impossible to sleep! The wall Is so tine that you can listen persons speacking like are they speack in your room... All my 3 night there was no silence. Orrible experience in this hotel Price like at 4* but is a 3 without basic confort of sleeping time, no hall, no space, no fridge and safety box, no a clean room

Everything was fantastic - thank you! Best place to be in for strolling around Madrid!

The hotel is located in a beautiful historical building in the very center of Madrid next to all the historical venues, it was very easy and convenient to get everywhere: museums, historical sites, all the bars and tavernas. Me and my best friend had a twin room - it was very spacious and with a great view. The hotel is very clean, wifi was excellent and the breakfast was very good - great coffee and lots of choice! But most of all I want to thank the staff of the hotel - they were wonderful and very helpful, when my friend got sick they helped with everything - everyone's been amazing. Definitely staying here again when I am in Madrid next time! Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

Great location, great breakfast however noisy and not good nights sleep

good location and breakfast was good selection and had enough to get you going for the day

our room was not at all sound proof to the point you could hear anyone in the building showering, walking and also talking. we could also here everything of the street and the bar down stairs. woken up many times by the noise meaning not a great nights sleep. it was not worth the money at that point

Great location

Great location that can walk to hub subway. Friendly staff and good breakfast as well. Overall it's good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We could hear the concert from the plaza on our last night even with double glass window, luckily it ended at 10pm.

There is no slippers inside rooms, and normaly its mandatory in all hotels rooms like towels, and its preferable also if they put a weight mesure luggage at reception for guests like other hotels.

Great place to stay

The staff were so excellent. The breakfast was superb. The hotel was accessible to most attractions and parking was close.

No coffee making in room. Parking fee was a bit high.

It was fine.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on a very popular, lively plaza with restaurants, bars, theatre and even a flamenco dancing locale so it's always busy, meaning there can be noise at night. This can be excluded by shutting both sets of windows, but emptying the plaza's rubbish bins at two in the morning is difficult to exclude. Central Madrid (e.g. Plaza Major) is conveniently just 10 minutes' walk away and getting a taxi for the plaza is very easy.

One night - up until one or so when it closed - the bar below was dragging tables and chairs around which made sleep very difficult. I therefore requested and was given a room on the second (rather than first) floor. In case this didn't happen, I visited nearby hotels as a back-up and found that Miau was actually quite expensive.

When I return to Madrid I will likely find a different similarly priced hotel.

Good: The staff is amazing. Helpful, attentive, friendly … simply superb. The location of the hotel is amazing as well. The AC worked well and the balconies were quaint.

The rest: My room in the 2nd floor was surprisingly large, which was surprising for Madrid Central. However, it needs fresh paint as there was many marks and stains on the wall. The bed was not the most comfortable and quite small. The shower was TINY, and if you are not a smaller-than-average human you will struggle to fit. The caulk around the shower also was quite gross. The common areas are dimly lit, and drab. The door did not securely latch and had to be slammed to catch. Breakfast was just ok, and located in another building. The second morning I opted to skip it.

Amazing staff

Staff were amazing. It's a budget hotel, no real frills but I was mugged in Madrid and the staff were so nice. I didn't need anything from them, they were just nice people.
