Estancia agradable

Buena ubicación, a 10-15 min del centro a pie, cama muy cómoda y habitación bien aislada de los ruidos, limpio y aparcamiento con plazas amplias pero acceso bastante estrecho

Water siempre lleno de agua, por lo tanto no higiénico.

Probablemente un gran hotel en su tiempo venido a menos, que pide a gritos una reforma.

Hay varias cosas que no me gustaron en absoluto. El Hotel pide a gritos una reforma, la habitación tiene un pase, pero el baño está viejo, viejo.. imposible cuadrar el agua a temperatura debido a unos grifos obsoletos (con la consiguiente pérdida de agua), lavabo al cual no se le podía quitar el tapón que se quedaba encasquillado, water antiguo de los que se llenan de agua y luego se vacían, con el "tiburón" dando vueltas que parece que se va a salir del wc. Ascensores con una programación muy antigua que tardan mucho en subir hasta la planta (hasta 15 minutos estuve esperando con las maletas, siempre aparecía el ascensor de la izquierda lleno). Aparcamiento sin cargador para vehículos eléctricos. En fin... de los peores hoteles que he estado en los últimos años. Y encima pregunto en recepción para tomar un café y nos mandan al peor bar que había en Zaragoza, cuando a escasos metros más allá hay un sitio con solera en el que se desayuna espectacular, la Tolosana.

Hôtel très bien placé on apprécie aussi le parking ( payant) sous l'hôtel. Personnels très aimables ,hôtel confortable et très propre petit déjeuner très bien.

Could have been much better

Not much to be honest. It was only when I asked to be moved from room 420 to 402, things started to improve (see below). Only issue with room 402 is that it is too close to the lifts and gets very noisy when people use it - sometimes very late at night and also early in the morning.

Air-conditioning stopped working in room 420. I asked for this to be looked into amongst several things (have clean towels replaced, bath plug was not a chain & could not pull it - this was done, however a chain needs to be attached). As a result of the air-conditioning not working, the room was unbearable. Opening the windows did not help as then you heard the noise from the main street. I was informed the gym opens from 10am to 10pm. Like a lot of people, using the gym is best first thing in the morning as you then have the rest of your day ahead of you to do other things, I eventually negotiated with the hotel manager (Laura) who was very accommodating and let me use the gym before 10am A few issues with the gym is that a lot of the equipment does not work. How can a 4 star hotel warrant this as it's unacceptable. Please have this looked into as a matter of urgency.

La ubicacion, las paradas de autobus en frente y a la vuelta de la esquina. Mucha oferta de cafeterías cercana. Zona tranquila. El personal de recepción muy atento, facilitaron información y planos de la ciudad.

El restaurante, comida mala, pedí un plato de albóndigas del menú y todas las albóndigas tenían cartílagos y durezas, después de tres albondigas incomibles devolví el plato con el borde llego de cartílagos, le expliqué al camarero lo que pasaba y aun si lo cobraron.

Recomendable pero mejorable

A distancia caminable del centro. Habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Almohadas algo bajas. Cafeterías cerca para desayunar (su buffet eran 13€)

La pared de la bañera tenía pelos. Preguntamos por aparacamiento gratuito y nos dieron la información del parking del hotel, habiendo aparcamiento en la calle gratis a dos manzanas

Бронювали номер з одним двохспальним ліжком та двома одномісними , але було одне ліжко ,пішли на рецепшен попросити кипʼяток щоб зробити дитині суміш нам сказали що немає 😔 А саме страшне що мене покусали клопи 😡

La surface de la chambre et la vue

Trop loin du centre, petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne. Les chambres et les salles de bains ont besoin d'être rénovées. La moitié des chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure. Les salles de bains n'ont pas de mitigeur. C'est un hôtel pour les groupes....

Will definitely be staying here again.

A very comfortable hotel situated in a great location with easy access to the old town. The rooms are larger than average and the beds are very comfortable. Always very clean. Staff are very helpful and polite.

There was no nighttime restaurant during our stay. The breakfast was however fine.

Liked it and booked a room for our return journey

The room and bathroom were great, plenty of space. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and all was fresh. We used the restaurant for the first night as we were tired but the choice was limited.

More pillows in the room, more choice in the restaurant. Info brochure in the room about services instead of scanning!

Great stay, central location, modern well equipped hotel with secure parking. Breakfast very good, would stay again.

One way system near to hotel, this made finding the underground car park difficult.

Great stay but the hotel needs to sort out the welcome at the restaurant

Restaurant didn’t open until 8:00 pm so asked to see the menu to check if it was worth waiting. Told by a person behind the bar that we couldn’t see the menu even though there was a pile of them on the bar in front of him. We explained that we only wanted to look but he insisted we had to wait until 8:00. Obviously we didn’t stay.

Great hotel in the city

Expansive suite with comfortable settee in the heart of the city. Great parking under the hotel. Gluten free breakfast served with care, really appreciated that. Check in and out fast and easy.

Would so love a kettle and tea provided in the room. A little maintenance needed in the bathroom, stiff taps and twisted shower attachment need attention.

Very spacious and clean, also quiet and the bathrooms are the best. I was traveling alone but for a couple that would had been a fantastic hotel.

We had a good stay at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Our room was lovely and clean,

we were nice and near the town and the Cathedral was worth a visit. The evening meal in the resturant was lovely.

the pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable and could have done with extra and the lights are not very bright in the room.

Very pleasant hotel with good facilities if a little tired and dated

Location and on site parking were fabulous

Someone was smoking in the next door room. Reported this to reception . It did impact on our stay - wasn’t pleasant to be subjected to secondary smoking

A great hotel a short walk from the city centre and the main attractions of Zaragoza. I would definitely stay here again

The room was very spacious; it was lovely having a living room! It was also only a 20 minute walk from the centre so very easy to get to the main sights of Zaragoza. Breakfast was terrific too!
