Estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, el bar 24 horas muy agradable para pasar el rato y el área de deportes excelente con mucha variedad de actividades.
1. Tuve inconvenientes con el jacuzzi, al encender los jets hizo corto circuito y se fue la luz de toda la habitación. Nos reestablecieon el servicio rápido pero no pudimos usarlo más durante toda la estadía.
2. No me colocaron minibar el primer día, pese a que lo solicite por teléfono hasta fui al front desk, pero me lo enviaron el segundo día a las 12:00 PM.
3. Tenían un inconveniente con las llaves de acceso a las habitaciones por lo que cada vez que salía y quería volver a acceder debía buscar un maletero. La llave me fue entregada a las 9 pm desde las 3 qué llegue.

Its the venue of the wedding I attended Its not like I have other choice. But the property is huge and safe.
The lady assigned to my room takes care of making sure im comfotable and my room is clean. I only accepted once for room service as im alone and didnt make mess but then I realized allowing her to clean my room daily could also make her comfortable also it was hot and humid the only airconditioned area is your room and the public restrooms!
Service- they are doing their best to make your vacation relaxing. I feel for all workers its very hot and humid the lobby and the restaurants are not even airconditioned. I see their sweats and hardwork. I wish owners will put aircondition in general public area. Anyway sometimes hard to relax when you see yourself comfortable while others are not. They wear smiles despite of hardship I bet they love their job.
My room was located quite far from lobby and whenever I need something I have to walk because the reception is not answering the phone. The safe is not working. Its the little annoyance that gives little disappointment as you want to secure passport, wallet etc.
Booking - When im making my booking it was mentioned having $600 credit but the reception has denied it from me so I should have chosen other hotel its network of 4 hotel anyway.
Food - lots of choices but quality is so so or maybe its cultural if your traveler it wont impress you so better just take free breakfast or just pay your meal rather than choosing all inclussive.
Pool - flat and boring. No slides but I love that there are aquazumba instructors that make the swimming better.
Beach - i didnt try because too hot but I did went and stay by the beach and sit on one of the beach chairs only to be approach that they charge $60 per hour sitting there. Lols.
Live shows- love the love shows specially the circus its something not to miss! Also each hotel lobby has live singer at night.
Wedding- the audio is so weak so guest are not able to hear what was going on at the gazebo.
My room- excellent huge im solo but my room can fit 1 family. I have bath tub, shower and toilet. I have terrace and sofa. All the food in fridge are inclussive unlike in other resort that they charge you for what you take.

El tamaño del hotel es impresionante. Tenés todo lo que necesitás ahi adentro, no hace falta hacer más nada que disfrutar. Todo es grande, todo es lindo, todo es bueno.
Es una zona de playa bastante angosta. La habitacion era enorme, muy linda, pero bastante viejita. Hace falta mejor mantenimiento. Los empleados no todos son buena onda, algunos dejaron bastante que desear. Gritan mucho y no ayudan a relajar muchas veces. El servicio de bebidas en el buffet es super lento, deberian dejar que se lo sirva uno directamente.
Podrian ofrecer toallas en la playa directamente.

la piscina para mi estuvo excelente, la habitación super cómoda con la hidromasaje de manera oportuna, la cena en el mejor restaurante argentino fue excelente y mas con el servicio del camarero Rafael cuanto gozamos esa noche con el ofrézcame
que en la disco si no tienes dinero en mano rosita no te facilita ni una sola cerveza y te mira, atiende a todo el que ella entienda que le presente el dolar en mano que eso la motiva hasta para facilitarte un trago premium que según ella se cobra aparte, espero que cuando vuelva ya este inconveniente no este

I have stayed at many resorts and this by far is the WORST. I booked a rooftop suite with a jacuzzi and a king size bed. The room was mediocre at best. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary (which was information i shared ahead of my stay). When we arrived we were given a room with 2 full size double beds. When I asked why I was told that's all that was available and maybe I could switch on another day if one became available. I was invited to a "special" breakfast and then badgering about joining their "travel club". Just so you're aware if you don't join their "club" you're pretty much treated as invisible. To make matters worse the first night I wanted to use my rooftop jacuzzi there was no running water at all. I called the front desk repeatedly but got no answer.
When I asked the next day if the water gets shut off after a certain time I was told it does not and if I didn't have water I should've called!
I wish it ended there but then to make a bad situation worse when I attempted to use the "suite's" rooftop jacuzzi again the water came out a trickle at a time. I spoke with a supervisor who told me she would send maintenance to "check" it or at least confirm there was an issue with it. Surprise...no one ever came. When I inquired about getting a refund of the difference between a regular room and the jacuzzi suite since the jacuzzi didn't work I was told since I booked through a 3rd party I would have to take it up with them, despite the fact that the hotel itself charged my card. I'm surprised by the positive reviews I did see because as I said I've stayed at plenty of resorts but this by far really was the worse. NEVER AGAIN!

The facilities look and feel outdated. Inside the room, some parts are very old , and even breaking down.
In the suites, the bathroom has no privacy.
The food quality is low. Most of the dishes are tasteless (kills the whole buffet experience) Only the breakfast food is tasty because, well, sugar and fats.

We are customers of Palladium in Punta Cana for a long time .
I never post négative comments on specialized sites because it is not my style.
But ..
We arrived on 4 November,the flight was alright,your welcome was friendly,the room was beautifful .
All was fine as usually in Punta Cana Palladium.
The problem began on 7th of November:after a long shiny dat we needed to have a shower but there were no towels in the room .
We phoned everywhere(réception,customer service ),everybodybsaid yes but in fact we could not have any towels …they finally arrived at 7pm(!!)
So disappointed by the service 😥
The day after,the sun was shining,the sky was blue,everything was fine …but when we arrived in our bedroom, the room was not cleaned,the bathroom was not cleaned and one more time :no towels.
Same calls,same replies ,same conséquences :room not cleaned and no towels
We were so disappointed by the service of Punta Cana Palladium 😥
It was not the hotel we have always known!
The same evening we have to go downstairs in the complete dark (just with the light of our smartphone):it was very dangerous!
And when we arrived at the restaurant (only one restaurant was opened,the Cathedral was closed !) we had to wait 25mn before sitting .
And the last day when we called for the luggage ,the answer was « yes in five minutes « ,we called another time before 30 mn waiting ,another before anoter 30 mn waiting and finally we had to get our luggage down ourselves from the 1st floor
So disappointed by Punta Cana service 😥
But perhaps our room 1098 was it cursed ??

NOTHING since the safe box in our room was stolen on the 5th Day of our vacation week, by using the master code which is supposed to be only in hotel staff hands.
BEWARE!!. At the Gran Palladium Bávaro Suits Punta Cana, 2 cell phones, Cash, a watch, 6 Credit cards and documents were stolen from the safe in our room by using the hotel's Master key. This was recorded in safe memory. However, Rooms Division Manager of the Palladium Hotel Group discouraged us from the possibility of recovering the value of objects and goods stolen. She told us that even if we managed to eprove the robbery, as we did by videocameras and records, then the Hotel has to inform their insurance company who almost never believe what the victim (the customer) has declared to the police as stolen objects.
MY RECOMMENDATIONS are two: 1. DO NOT BOOK at the Gran Palladium Punta Cana. 2. IF YOU DO IT ANYWAY, because you enjoy risk and love cancelling Credit cards, then please, declare on arrival what you are going to save in the room box. Or better yet, let your belongings to be kept in the hotel safe where they récord what you delivwr to be safe there.
Finally, what shoul be expect from 5 stars Hotel is fair play. If they are not going to response for stolen values safe at rom box, they shoud warn the customer from shuch eventos check in. I hope to recover the values. The time spent and vacation lost, they can not compensate us.

- The staff at the front desk was awfull.
- The room had broken sockets and lights didnt work,
dirty bathroom,
the remote didnt work and
the A/C also was broken.
I called the staff and they did not bother.

The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. I'm from DR and the hotel is in DR but the room has all the European connectors and it turns out that the hotel doesn't care if you stay all our stay offlined from your family and work. And the worst thing is that you are to blame. They make you buy 2 connectors in the store. One that is worth $5.00 and another of $1.00 for each device you connect, even if you want to use their coffee maker. And the worst thing is that you only use the US$1.00. After wasting my first day trying to find a solution and getting me relax that they were going to solve, almost at midnight they sent me to another room totally opposite to where my group was and with the same problem. Incredible treatment of the staff, including the manager, was ironic. As if they were doing us a favor. I don't come back and I don't recommend it.
