This house is equipped well to handle a large group. We had plenty of room to be together and spaces for alone time. With double refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee pots just to name a few, this kitchen allows cooking for a crowd to be a pleasure. I highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our stay at the Lodge at Snowy Point was absolutely amazing! Our family, a group of 17 made this our home for the week and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Naming the rental the “Lodge” at Snowy Point is so fitting. It truly has a lodge feel, where all family members had their own sleeping areas and bathrooms, and then we used the common areas and kitchen to spend time together. The house itself was extremely clean, the kitchen was huge and stocked with many cooking essentials including crockpots, coffee makers and many pots and pans. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need (dishes, pans, baking pans, 3 refrigerators, ice machine, towels, hairdryers, grills, propane, board games, box fans, WiFi, washer, dryer…I could go on. The location of the house is beyond perfect! The house is only minutes from downtown Breckenridge which you can easily travel to by car, foot, or free bus transportation. Beyond Breckenridge you are close to some amazing hiking trails, fishing ponds, lakes and streams, and Mountain View’s that are spectacular. The property managers are so easy to communicate with, and are always available. We had a little incident where a steamy shower set off the house alarm smoke detectors. I was able to instantly get in contact with property management, and he talked me through how to disarm the fire alarm as if he was standing right next to me. We will absolutely rent this property again when we come back to Breck.

This house was so perfect for our intimate elopement with our close friends. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The hot tub was a perfect addition and in great functioning order. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to host my friends. Thank you again!

Our family that included our 3 adult children with 2 of their spouses as well as our dearest family friends with their 2 teenage children had an amazing time in Breckenridge. The house was gorgeous with plenty of space. Loved shooting pool and playing card games at night. The hot tub was so nice as well. Loved the home very much!

Beautiful home close to slopes. Exact locations and sizes of beds coupd be more clearly described. Wonderful kitchen with 2 dishwashers/2 refrigerators, 3 ovens/giant viking cooktop and 2 outdoor gas grills. Great theater room, rec room with pool table.

7 en-suite bedrooms makes it easy to accommodate our 14 member family. Kitchen terrific for large meal prep.; open concept great for family gatherings. Instantaneous response from property manager & maintenance. We spent the ‘winter storm of 2024’ there but daily road & driveway snow removal & daily manual snow removal from walkways & hot tub deck ensured our safety/ability to move about. Would definitely recommend this house. Not close enough to a shuttle stop; ski out but ski in required a hike thru knee deep snow (skis off). No main floor bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and fit our family needs with all the suites and the one kids room. The theater and pool room was great at night. It’s not really ski in/out. Adults could handle the walk down a d up to the the 4 o’clock run but not good for kids. We had to drive them. We found for adults taking the 4 o’clock run to the end and hoping on bus was easier than the snowflake lift. It’s a slow lift svd you have to cross the street. We needed humidifiers and manager brought same day. Appreciate it! Great family trip of 14(11 adults, 3 kids) all had a blast!

Group of 16 adults and 7 kids- all fit perfectly and enjoyed the house a lot. You can ski practically from the garage to the mountain, and it’s a 5-10 min walk up the street to the house. Propriety manager was very accomodating and responded to our request immediately even on the weekend.
5.0
My only comments would be the door knobs were kind of hard to open/close, it would have been nice to have a smart tv in the bedrooms to be able to watch Netflix. The living room fireplace didn’t work, and the main stove in the kitchen turned on but would burn food in 2 minutes, and the walk to the slope with a little longer then I thought. But! Those are only recommendations everything was clean, easy check in,
And house was perfect! Would def recommend this house again!

We stayed at this house for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of room for all of us. We loved our stay!

This property was very well suited for our family reunion. The home easily accommodated our 15 family members and the floorplan allowed for larges group activities as well as privacy when needed. Check-in was easy and JT was even able to get us access to the house a couple of hours ahead of schedule. Just a couple of issues...many of the windows in the house did not operate/open properly and a shower head was not attached to the shower pipe in one bathroom. JT was quick to have a repair person come out, but most of the windows were not working when he left. That was a bit disappointing due to the fact that two of the bedrooms were a bit stuffy with no ventilation. A plumber was able to make a temporary fix on the shower situation even though the proper parts were unavailable at the time. The kitchen was very nice, but the utensils need a second look. We ended up buying a nice pair of kitchen scissors which we donated to the house since there were none to be found when we arrived. It would be nice to have a dedicated set of grilling utensils since the home has two very nice grills on the deck. We love to do big BBQ meals and the grills were great to work on when we had rib night! Overall, we would recommend this home to everyone and would not hesitate to stay here again. It's a lovely home in a great location. Thanks to the owners and management folks for sharing it!

The home was exactly as advertised. It was extremely well equipped, and comfortably accommodated a family consisting of four generations. The location was very convenient with only a short drive to Peak 8, and the kids ski school. The trail to Four O’clock which led to the Snowflake lift was a manageable walk for those who wished to ski from and return to the house. The pool table and theatre provided entertainment for all. Without hesitation, we would book this house gain.

Had a great time. House was beautiful. A little bit of a walk for ski in ski out. We are used to putting on our ski’s and going but not too bad. Lots of repair people there found that pretty annoying since everyone seemed to have the code to get in. Had looked forward to cooking in that big kitchen but had problems with ovens. Almost seems like cook and broil are reversed? Called to report and was told to shut doors all the way. Lol why didn’t I think of that? Of course that didn’t work so used the wall oven the whole time which was hard with a big group and one oven

Lovely private quarters for grandparents. Great accommodations for 3 married couples, And plenty of space for 14 grand children. All the amenities were excellent, well stocked kitchen, laundry room, game room, and outdoor living space with hot tub. Location was outstanding. Easy access to town, hiking, and gondolas. It was such a lovely home that even our “down time” seemed special. My only issue with accuracy of online listing, and I may need to re-check this, was the bed in the Eagles nest was a double and I believe it was advertised as a queen. However, there was a pull out couch which allowed us more sleeping space. I consider that a very small criticism but it was one I didn’t correct until the second night of our stay. Overall it was an experience that exceeded our expectations.

The house was great. Very well appointed with all the amenities that you would need. We’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes and this is the best one we’ve ever used. They have thought of everything. My only drawback was the walk to the ski area. For a House on the mountain it took quite an effort to get to the lift.

This place met an exceeded every expectation we had while we were booking. We booked this house and started planning our wedding in Breckenridge before Covid hit. Luckily, when September came around, we were still able to make it to Breckenridge and take advantage of this beautiful location and town!
