The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is not close to the center, but the price was rather fair. The breakfast was great.
I didn't like the fact that the restaurant of the hotel was open only for one day. Also, the choices were limited.
8.0

Perfect hotel with nice rooms and very nice, polite and relaxed staff. Just next to main road but rooms are perfectly insulated so local traffic won't disturb you.
Thank you very much!

Everything was perfect! Will be back for sure!

Location, comfort, cleanness.
Very good breakfast.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing to dislike
9.0
Poor breakfast, with few options. The location of the hotel about 5 km from the center compensates with the underground parking and the pleasant area where the hotel is located.
The breakfast should be improved.

The only good thing was the Receptionist young lady who was running all around the hotel even making the beds as there were no maids around. She was super friendly and helpful which I can't say about the rest of them.
At night I asked the reception for water as they forgot to put water in our room. The water came warm, (summer time and weather is 35 degree) I asked for a cold one and then he said ; warm water is free but if I want the cold water I have to pay around 3 euros. I've never seen such a stupid hotel rule.
The A/C was not working properly either.
Don't go !

Clean, newly renovated and with friendly staff.
We arrived on the 13th of July. The temperature that day was 38⁰C and the menagment of the hotel decided that the AC should be off. When I contacted the reception I got a reply "it's that way in the whole hotel" which lowered the temperature in the room as much as you reading this review. We cooked on steady 27.5⁰C through the night and didn't get much rest. I would never recommend this hotel or ever go back. Shame because it looked nice and it was clean.

The coffee machine in the room was the best during my stay.
First there were some problems with my check in. There was total misunderstanding with my reservation from Booking and the the conditions the room met. It takes time to correct it.
Second it wasn’t possible to sleep during the night. There was so noisy like I was in a night club. I felt the music in my room. I have to use my AirPods on noises canceling mode to be able to sleep an hour.
Absolutely totally disaster.
The reaction from the staff was just nothing.
Breakfast was very poor and absolutely not enough.

The room was clean
- Staff extremely rude and unwelcoming;
- The room temperature is set to 21 degrees celsius and you can NOT change it. This is a very cold room temperature for December in Bulgaria. I only stayed two nights and the first night it was so cold in the room and I could not sleep. The second night I had to ask for a second blanket and by the third evening there I had to checkout and go to a different hotel at 9p.m as the cold was unbearable;
- The hotel receptionist kept shrugging his shoulders saying “I cant do anything, I just came here for my shift.” Then he called a colleague and was talking ti her in the phone and laughing, trying to ridicule me as a customer. He then brought the tiniest heater to my room, which definitely made no difference.
- when I said I will just check out and asked for a refund he refused to give it. “Contact booking.com the money is not with us I cant give you anything”;
- Upon checkout he just took my hotel room key. I asked for checkout papers and he said he couldnt give them to me. I was gobsmacked. NEVER have I experienced such horrendous, rude treatment for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel! He kept refusing to give me check out papers and a receipt that I paid for my stay. I asked him “what do you usually give customers when they checkout” and he said “nothing”. So he was even blatantly lying which is really unacceptable. After A LOT of back and forth and snide, unhelpful comments, all this whilst the taxi is waiting for me outside with the meter running, he finally gave me the checkout papers.
- A 4 star hotel and the receptionist wasnt even wearing his uniform. First he was in a tshirt then he threw on a shirt and a blazer on top of his tracksuit pants and runners.
- it just shows that the employees are there to do the bare minimum and they really couldnt care less about customer service.
- the mattress is extremely hard, thin blanket, cover feels like its made out of baking paper.
