Allt trevligt å bra förutom säng å kuddarna

Mycket bra frukost

Sängen ock kuddarna va katastrof tyvärr. Väldigt små kuddar samtidigt väldigt mjuk säng sov mycket dåligt både jag å min son tyvärr. Kommer gärna tillbaka men bättre säng kudde tack

Bekväma sängar. Väldigt bra frukost. Gratis parkering.

Parkeringen på framsidan var väldigt trång. Hotellet ligger på en höjd vilket innebär att man bör vara någorlunda pigg i benen om man vill gå upp och ner från centrum.

Utlovas kingsize säng i juniorsviten vilket inte stämmer. Tycker inte heller de kan kalla de för spa. Fanns ingen personal, var kolsvart i omklädningsrummen, ett bubbelbad avstängt och även ingen bastu igång.

Födelsedags natt

Läget är bra, frukosten ok

Bodde här då det drevs av Scandic. Bokade just detta hotell för att det finns spa med ångbastu, bastu o bubbelpool. Stannade här 1 natt i samband med min födelsedag 1 april. Inchecket gick smidigt men väl uppe vid spa så fungerade inte rumskortet på dörren. Vilket gjorde att jag fick vänta utanför tills gäster inifrån kom ut. Väl inne så fanns ej badrockar som va utlovade från receptionen vid incheck (fanns ej på rummet heller). Bastun va trasig, fanns noll värme. Ångbastun gav ingen ånga (säkert problem med vattentaken). Och fräscht vatten och tex annanas och frukt (som scandic hade fanns ej).Saknade oxå nån form av bakgrunds musik. Så hela spa upplevelsen blev kass. På natten va jag nere o frågade efter is men det fanns ej (vilket är första hotellet jag bor på som ej har is). Typ en ismaskin är ofta alltid standard eller att man får via baren. Frukosten va standard. Noting more nothing less. Hade förväntat mig nått mer då man firar sin födelsedag på hotell. Om du vill åt spa så är detta inget alternativ sålänge hälften är trasigt där.

Newly opened with future potential

Nice clean hotel with staff who wanted our stay to be a good one

This was the first night open for this hotel. The staff were wonderful but none of the facilities such as jacuzzi etc were open yet which was not brought to our attention when booking on booking.com. Perhaps a fault of booking.com rather than the hotel? The hotel certainly has potential when fully open and operational. Attention needs to be given to the ramp up to the parking area. It is imperative that it be maintained ice and snow free as the driveway and ramp are somewhat narrow and do not allow for any sliding out which could and almost did result in a collision with parked cars due to slippery conditions. We were allowed to park on the ground floor.

No luxuries but excellent food value for a kid friendly spa hotel

Kids review: The spa facility was the best , the pool, the jacuzzis and the sauna, perfect after a long day at Tomtits. The pizzas were yummy!

Superb

I would like to thanks Denise for her exceptionell customer service. She helped us a lot during pur stay. The breakfast was delicious, so was the saturday dinner buffet. Love the kids activities

The bathroom was quite smelly (sewer smell) and we bumped our feet several times on our way to the bathroom.

Okay experience for hostel, but definitely not 4-star hotel

Compared to the awful rooms, the breakfast was okay.

Dirty rooms with fatty and/or sticky stains on the furniture, curtains, and walls. Rooms are extremely small, with no air conditioner, no slippers and robe (c'mon, 4-star hotel, really?), no refrigerator, and no one-time use kits such as body lotion or hair conditioner (btw, the shampoo they provide is extremely bad, and I believe it's the same hand soap). The corridors stink of chlorine from the spa centre they have, with very poor air circulation in the entire building.
