the location was goos, in the center of the town and next to the railway station. the staff was really friendly and complied to our requests. the rooms where in a good state, and the breakfast was really good and in all the vibe inside the hotel was good.

Bathroom wasn't good. No hair shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo had a bad smell. Ventilation was poor. There was no refrigerator. No cups, tea bags/coffee or water boiler,

Overall nice hotel, but some rooms must be avoided

Central location, mostly up to date decorated.

The hotel has several windowless rooms, difficult to understand why this is being promoted at all.

Wonderful in every way, lovely staff, nice room and very nice balcony.

The breakfast was well laid out, very good. The location was great.

The dinner was tasteless and there was little choice on the dinner menu.

Nice hotel at a good location.

Ar first we were given a room without windows. But the receptionist easily changed that to a very nice room. Spacious, high ceilings, located at the back of the hotel. Comfortable beds. The hotel is located right in the centre of Södertälje. Good parking facilities too.

Our son changed rooms due to sports teams staying at the hotel. The receptionist easily facilitated a change of rooms. I was surprised however that the teams were spread out over all of the floors. They were all over. Did not cause any further problems after our complaints. Breakfast was all right.

nice staff horrible sleep

nice and clean, friendly staff

there was an outside fan/ventilation part that turned on and off during the night. the sound was like someone drilling in a concrete wall. happened about 5 times. very, very disturbing and disrupted our sleep profoundly!
