Struttura accogliente e colorata.

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location; Roland Garros within walking distance (about 25 minutes), Metro station very close.
The room was comfortable, with a toilet and good shower, but it was a little dark looking out onto an inner courtyard.

The family room was nice, not very big, but comfortable. Very good breakfast. The hotel is very close the the subway which makes visting Paris very easy.
No parking available, you need to park on the street where spaces are diffcult to find.

La localisation de l'hotel, la propreté, pas bruyant
la salle de bain est un peu étroite

Very spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Nice, relaxed reception area also. The location was good in that it was a nice area, plenty of local bakeries and bars close by and very close to a metro station.
Some of the staff were a little abrupt and lacked basic social social skills that you would expect from leisure industry staff (such as saying good morning, smiling, being courteous).
It was quite expensive for what it was; standard room, little bit dated and not overly central to the main sights of Paris (taking approx 45 mins by Metro to get anywhere of interest).

very Thin walls. So lots of noise from everywhere

Very close to metro which was convenient and easy to use. Great to have had a basic breakfast included for ease of feeding the kids in the morning! Staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of eat out places close by
Very small rooms and possibly not suitable for larger families. Aircon was noisy and street noise. But it worked for us being there just 2 nights

Everything was perfect. Just they need to upgrade the elevator

The area of the hotel, very closed to metro. Many restaurants and shops around. Good value of money.
The small lift (elevator) and no refrigerator in the room. But OK I could stay again.

Everything was good!

It is a very small room with comfy bed and tv. I do not need anything else for short stay. Close to the metro, nice neighbourhood (Parc des Princes, Roland Garros and Bois de Boulogne).
A bit loud as the room might have the view on street, it depends which one you get. The bathroom had poor ventilation.

The breakfast is good enough for business trip. And the kicken room is free to be used for small party.
It would be better if the elevater can be work and the towel keep clean everyday.

Hereby we would like leave a complaint regarding the Greetz Hotel.
We were with 20 people for 10 rooms.
Staying for a sports tournament and this was our second year in a row at Greetz Hotel.
we arrived early at 10:00 am onFriday morning (28/04/2023) House keeping was still cleaning the rooms. Luckily we could store are luggage and sports bag in the reception.
When we came back at the evening. Where we continued our check in.
The employee at the moment was booking all the costs on 1 room including Tourist Taxes. The amount was €1561,27 in total. We first tried with cardless debit card this was declined and tried a second time and the employee said declined again.
So to complete the payment we used a credit card. This was successful on the first attempt.
Afterwards we checked on the mobile bank account from the debit account and we could see that the money was transferred. So we payed double the amount. We called the emergency bank number, just to verify that the debit payment was payed. This was the case.
Furthermore we called booking.com, and also the card card company. All the initiative and calling we did on our behalf. We were expecting some support and understanding on behalf of the employee/hotel side.
So we wanted a solution but the employee said to wait. The way his handle this was unacceptable. Especially the way, no hospitality manners. He was not a permanent employee so he could not check the payment system (world line) He was clearly missing empathy and understanding towards us as guests.
Discussing and arguging that the debit payment was nog accepted.
We demanded that we called the General Manager who was on Holiday.
She called as back in a few minutes and couldn’t offer us a solution.
The employee said:
Just be patient, Monday everything will sort out. Willing knowing we were travelling back Monday morning 1-5-2023 to Holland at 07:00AM.
Tuesday the bank transfer the amount back to the debit account. No apology or any form of communication from the hotel.
We were very disappointed, and won’t be coming back here next year.

Good location
There was a death bug on the window.

The property is located near the metro station and some good cafes plus the location is good and safe.
Rooms were too small. I was traveling solo, so it was ok for me but if you are with your family then it’s not comfortable enough and a bit congested. hope they have other slightly big rooms for a family stay.
