Best hotel in Calais

The room was massive, the beds were so comfy, everything we needed was there. Coffee, tea etc! Honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in! My little boy cried when we left.

Perfect for an

We were unable to book a room in the B & B *** next door for our return journey, as according to Booking.com, there were no rooms available - this was not correct! We booked a disabled room as this is all that was available. The room was very large with a kitchen area which included a microwave. As this hotel does not have a restaurant for evening meals, we ate in the B & B *** right next door. Breakfast was really good and the staff, very efficient and helpful. Like the other two B & B hotels, they are ideally situated for the Cite Europe and le Shuttle. Perfect for an overnight stay.

The shower curtain was about 18 inches from the floor, therefore water splashed everywhere.

Pleasant enough stay but expensive for what it is, the staff are great.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Excellent location for the Tunnel.

The rooms and building need refurbishment. Nothing much has changed since my last visit 10 years ago except the price which has trebled.

Ideally placed if taking the Channel Tunnel route.

Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable and very close to the Channel Tunnel. Friendly, helpful staff.

Could do with a bit of a refresh. This used to be a Novotel Suites and not much has changed but some of the fittings are a bit tired.

The whole building is a lot more run down than the last time we stayed (when it was Novotel). Items were broken (running machine, fridge in our room) and the general décoré is now quite dated.

perfect location, close to the Eurotunnel, for our onward journey. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We ate at the B&B Hotel 3 star and had great service and a good meal. The breakfast at our 4 star was fantastic, so much of it.

It’s Ok no more no less but handy for Tunnel

Good large secure parking shared with 2 other hotels and Police take up half the car park so if arriving late can be difficult to park. Food outlets 5 mins walk away

It is what it is!! But because can get 4 in a room tends to be even noisier then the 3 star (ex Ibis ) next door

Very nice hotel, fits the purpose when getting to the port is a top priority.

The hotel was situated close ( 15-20 mins by car ) to the ferry crossing port, the main reason we have chosen this hotel. The kids were impressed with everything, but for myself and my wife, the most important thing was VERY comfy beds. ( after 18 hours long drive, I would probably have fallen asleep on the floor as well, but ;) ...) Also, pillows and all bedding staff were of high quality.

Not much to say here...a bit pricey perhaps?

the windows had hand prints on, and some features needed fixing but overall a great room. loved the space projector in the room nice touch for the kids
