Sin limpieza ni personal. Una habitación y punto

La ubicación e instalaciones

No hacen la limpieza ningún día durante la estancia. No hay recepción ni personas con las que contactar en el hotel. Han cambiado de propietario y las cosas que daban por cortesía en el anterior ya no las dan, pero no han avisado a nadie. Más que un hotel es una habitación con cama y nada más

Prima kamer, waardeloze service. Geschikt voor maximaal 1 of 2 nachten

De kamer is prima, moderne inrichting. Voor een nachtje is het ok.

Er is geen personeel. Contact loopt via een chatbot. Er wordt niet schoongemaakt, geen handdoeken vervangen, servies blijft vies staan etc. Er werden kosten gerekend voor ontbijt terwijl er helemaal geen ontbijt werd aangeboden. Dit bleef op de rekening staan, ook na dat we dit gemeld hadden. Daar moeten we nu nogmaals zelf achteraan.

Die Lage ist super. Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal via WhatsApp war sehr gut.

Ho dovuto prenotare last minute, avevo paura che il servizio tardasse per darmi le informazioni relative al check-in, invece sono stati super professionali e velocissimi! Customer care gestito benissimo, sempre presenti per ogni domanda o perplessità. La struttura nuovissima, si sentiva ancora odore di ristrutturazione. Pulitissima e dotata di kit di benvenuto: due cartoncini d'acqua, macchinetta del caffè, cialde e tanto altro 😊 un'altra cosa che ho apprezzato tanto era la disponibilità di due cuscini diversi a persona, in modo tale da poter scegliere quello più adatto alle proprie esigenze. Il letto era comodissimo🫠consiglio vivamente!

Purtroppo le cialde del caffè non erano utilizzabili, non erano della misura giusta per la macchinetta del caffè. Inoltre la doccia si chiudeva male.

Great location

The location was excellent, the room was small but clean and comfortable

There was no staff, no human at all. Everything was done online - check in and check out and a pin code was used to enter the building and the room. There was no room service or room cleaning unless requested (online). This will probably suit lots of people but on a holiday I would like people to be there to assist anyway that is needed

Schönes sauberes Hotel in guter Lage

Zur Anreise besteht die Möglichkeit, direkt in das Parkhaus in der Nürnberger Str. zu fahren, um von dort aus durch das Haus zum Fahrstuhl zu gelangen . So muss man nicht bei Wind und Wetter mit dem Gepäck durch die Straße ziehen. Das Frühstück war reichlich. Es wurde stets geschaut, ob noch alles vorhanden ist und ggf. nachgelegt. Auch wurde auf Sauberkeit am Buffet geachtet. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Matratze war bereits etwas durchgelegen.

Clean, relaxed, contemporary vibe. Felt safe as a single mum. Excellent breakfast buffet. Helpful, welcoming staff. Great aircon in room.

A small fridge in room would have been very useful for water/snacks/Reisling ;)

Great location, and very quiet despite being in the center. Exceptional! Clean, and well organized furniture, lot of space for packing even in the smallest room. Nothing to complain for! The only issue was that my husband has back injury and the beds are quite soft. Just be aware if you have the same problem. For me the soft bed was a plus :) Also, you have the access to the gym, huge benefit for us!!!! And the gym is 0-24.

Superb

Upgraded to deluxe room with balcony, but room we were given was without. Staff eventually changed the room but not without having to insist. I was even accused of wanting a balcony to smoke and that this is prohibited. I don't smoke and wanted a balcony because I'd paid for one.

An excellent location for first time visitors to Berlin. Well located for tourist activities and links to the public transport.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms and exceptional location. You have every possible way of Berlin public transport in minutes walk from hotel. Also Berlin Zoo is just around the corner.

Good location, not so good breakfast

Very good location. Although center located one could rest in silence. Very comfortable bed.

In the room no minibar, just a teemaker (no coffe). Breakfast not so rich and tasty, the boiled eggs were not fresh, poor selection of cheese and ham, no orange juice, other juices not tasty, poor fruit salat. Good coffee though.

Would book again, excellent cost/benefit.

It was a good experience in general. The location was great, the subway and train are close to the hotel. Everything was easy to handle. And breakfast was very good for the price.

It was impossible to control the AC, and the room got too warm. Also, since the room was very close to the main corridor/elevator sometimes there was a bit of noise, with the doors closing.
