Insgesamt in Ordnung.

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und da das Zimmer zum Innenhof hin gelegen war, konnte ich nachts sehr ruhig schlafen.

Ich musste das Personal leider mehrfach fragen, ob ich eine ausgedruckte Rechnung bekommen könne. Selbst wenn es intern Probleme mit der Software gab, hätte man zumindest anbieten können, die Rechnung zu meiner Wohnadresse nachzusenden.

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Frühstück für 140 pro Nacht mit einer Auswahl die sehr klein ist. Matratze gab das Gefühl dass es durchhängt, was einen ruhigen Schlaf nicht fördert. Keine Klimaanlage Für 140 Euro die Nacht etwas Fragwürdig

It was everything i needed to make my WGT a succes.

I had a clean room with everything i needed. Bed, table, shower, toilet, sink, closet, a door that could be locked from the inside, a window that opened to a beautiful view. I was there for Wave Gotik Treffen. I was in my room for sleep (i didnt sleep alot), showering and changing outfits. The one thing that saved me was the hotels breakfast. That was the cornerstone of my meals. I barely ate lunch and didnt eat dinner due to going from venue to venue and not wanting to ruin my lipstick :)

Nettes Hotel in „besonderer“ Lage

Wenn man im Umfeld der Eisenbahnstrasse wohnen möchte/muss, ist das Hotel eine ordentliche Adresse. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet und es gibt kostenpflichtige Parkplätze im Innenhof, welche ich für höherwertige Autos aufgrund des Umfelds empfehlen würde. Auch gibt es ein angeschlossenes Restaurant. Dies kann ich jedoch nicht beurteilen, da ich es nicht genutzt habe. Selbes gilt auch für das Frühstück. Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Mich hat er nicht gestört, zumal es gepflegt aussah.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstrasse der Eisenbahnstrasse und man muss die Gegend mögen. Es kann besonders an Wochenenden und im Sommer sehr laut auf den Strassen werden, zumal dich direkt vor dem Hotel einige Lokale befinden. Kein Problem, solange die Fenster geschlossen sind. Wenn man diese jedoch bei höheren Temperaturen öffnen möchte, kann es laut werden.

The hotel is close to public transport and it is a lively neighborhood. Extremely clean rooms. Very friendly team. However the Internet connection was a disaster.

Nice to stay in a non chain hotel with original artwork on the walls throughout. A warm welcome when we arrived, a large room and a deep bath with plenty of hot water. The style is not modern, but that adds to the hotel's authenticity. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We were surprised to see so many in the dining room as our room was so well soundproofed we heard nothing from anyone else. Travel in to Leipzig centre on the tram was quick and easy.

The pillows were a bit thin. Not located in the best area but not a worry to us.

The location is really good, only 15 mins walk to city centre. The staff is really friendly and breakfast really good in German style.

No kettles in the room, no coffee machine. This could be good in the room.

I would come again!

The room was not big but it was super comfy - the bed very confortable, the room very well iluminated. The bathroom was big, with a big mirror and a bathtub. The hotel was 12min by bike from the center Leipzig which is very pratical. Once I came out of schedule for breakfast and the lady from the staff let me eat anyway and brought me options - super nice! The room was super quiet... Great for sleep!

I just passed by a staff member that probably was not in a good day... but it happens. I was amazingly suprised by the emergency plan of my room - it had nothing to do with the reality 😅

Pleasant older hotel in a rougher neighborhood

Close to the tram to the city center. Spacious shower. Breakfast was okay.

Lots of young and poor people hang out right outside the hotel smoking, even blocking the front doorway.

I loved the paintings that are strewn about, and the straight and nonsensical but friendly welcome by the staff.

The room I got was south-facing, so it got a lot of sun. It got too warm for me over the course of the day, and in particular during the night.

Recommend!

Impressed with hotel. Despite location one street up from very noisy area, things were quiet. And small local bar across corner quieted down very early as well. Room good, and larger than I expected (they all seem to get smaller these days!) Liked deco and furniture. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Parked on street, as garage was full, but not really a problem.

I wish we had discovered this hotel sooner - it's refreshingly authentic and still very comfortable.

A very comfortable hotel, full of Leipzig character and slightly old-fashioned charm. The walls are decorated with an impressive collection of paintings by notable local artists, which add to the sense of place. Our room was surprisingly spacious, with an airy bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is slightly out of the centre, which was ideal for our purposes, but a short and easy tram ride to the main attractions.

It would have been nice to have tea-making facilities in our room.

NO AIR CONDITIONING-ROOMS TOO HOT!!

A very high standard breakfast with the most amazing german rye bread. Also a very clean hotel inside and pretty from the outside. A post box right outside the hotel.

No air conditioning which was an absolute disgrace considering that I was paying £100 a night for my room. It was exceptionally hot at night so I could not breathe properly and my sleep sufffered. I complained to receiption and they gave me an air fan that made absolutely no difference. Also I found the area very undesirable. It is the immigrant part of the city which means lots of kebab shops and men leering at me on street corners. Also some distance from city centre. Would not stay here again.
