tolle Unterkunft aber großer Kontrast zwischen gehobenem Zimmerservice und unvollständiger raumfester Ausstattung

Die Innenstadt-Lage, der Verzicht auf die Rezeption (stattdessen alles digital oder telefonisch), die funktionalen modernen Möbel, die Übernahme des historischen Gebäudes im Bestand mit nur wenigen Veränderungen

leider gab es keinen Duschvorhang, keinen Halter für Toilettenpapier und etwas Rauchgeruch im Zimmer trotz Lüften. Für diesen Standard wirkte der tägliche Handtuchaustausch übertrieben und war für mich nicht nötig. Sobald ich die Handtücher von Ihrem Platz nur etwas verschoben habe, habe ich beim nächsten Zimmerservice ein zusätzliches Set erhalten.

Für einen Festival Besuch perfekt, ebenso wenn an keine Ansprüche hat. Die ausgezeichnete Lage lässt über vieles hinwegs

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt! Reinigungskräfte und Personal waren ebenso super lieb!

Matratze sehr durchgelegen, Wandfarbe könnte ein Update gebrauchen und Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Im Sommer fast nicht auszuhalten wegen der Hitze (keine Klima!). Fenster öffnen auf Grund des Geräuschpegels nicht möglich.

Man kriegt was man zahlt

Das Zimmer hatte alles was man so brauch und war niedlich gestaltet. Es hatte große Fenster mit Blick auf einen Baum und der Check-In war sehr einfach. Wir haben es zwar nicht gebraucht, aber zu wissen, dass man notfalls in einem nicht weit entfernten Hotel fragen hätte können wenn etwas nicht geklappt hätte war beruhigend! Insgesamt war es dort ganz nett eingerichtet und die Lage ist top!

Das Zimmer war zwar niedlich gestaltet, die Ausstattung war aber sehr billig. Für eine Nacht hat es schon gepasst, aber für längere Zeit hätte ich dort nicht bleiben wollen da die Matratze sehr unbequem war. Allerdings ist das für den Preis natürlich auch wieder ertragbar und erwartbar. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, wer ungestört sein und ausschlafen will, sollte vielleicht lieber wo anders hingehen.

A good nights rest in a clean hotel with good facilities.

Location at the Heart of the city. Comfortable rooms that ate well maintained.

The digital check in process is laborious. No designated parking next to hotel.

Self check-in process - good if you are late arriving and early leaving. The room is in the roof / top floor. Big bathroom.

To reach elevator on base floor you need to climp half floor and the same is on top floor. Not comfy for people with trolley or big bags. There was no reception staff even by statement it should be. Self check-in details with door codes etc. are not sent through Booking messaging, but through some weird web page, luckily we made a printscreen from there to be able to get inside the building and room. Bathroom ventilation fan, not possible to turn it off and it's quite a loud.

Pleasant, good value for money.

It is self check-in. It has a place for the bikes. Good shower. Confortable beds, large windows, fan in the room. Funny drawings on the wall.

The procedure for checking-in is too complicated, there is also a procedure for checking-out, but way too simpler.

Good room with amazing location

Location is amazing. Very close to center. Room is big. Bed is comfy.

Bathwater doesn't have much pressure. There is little water coming out so it's not easy to bath.

Basic comfort for a great city-center location

Room was cleaned on a daily basis. Fast response on hotel phone.

Loud customers in other rooms, day and night. Entrance door code system with issues. Small table, not suited for notebook work. No fridge. Very dimm ceiling light.

Very nice hotel

Big room, balcony, washing machine, bath tub, fantastic location. Clean and nice room and nice standard for the price, very nice for big families.

Room was big, clean and location is excelent.

Keypad for entering room was super annoying to use. Passport picture system when checking in was also quite awkward.

Very nice place, pretty simple to reserve, the price was right, clean, spacious, warm and in the middle of the city.

The check-in was a little confusing at the beginning.

There is nothing wrong with the property but really a bit of oil to go along way for the squeaks

Location is very good and the room is kept warm we traveled during winter

Generally ok for the price.

It feels like a hostel. If you arrive in Linz early, be prepared to walk around with your luggage until 3 pm - an earlier check-in is not possible. The lockers for leaving luggage are all full.

Bad place to stay for a work trip, unless you came here just to drink and smoke weed

Clean, spacious room for one. In the centre.

In october still it was too hot to sleep in the room, so I need to open both windows 100 proc., because of that all the noises and marijuana/cigarretes smells was going straight to my room. No glasses in the room. Horrible staff: I "get lucky" to talk 3 times with a same women with super bad communication skills: they don't have my information??? From booking.com, check in procedure was not simple, too long (staff didn't help much on a phone). I saw other people all these days strugling to check in, in the hall. When one evening I had terrible neighbours party in front of my room window, call to staff, she just raised the voice and won't help at all. To sum up, place is in the centre, but I can't imagine staying here on summer. And that chairs and tables in the share coridor is super bad idea, because people are sitting and drinking at night, and the room walls are super thin. And it's not so cheap according to all the problems...

Disappointing

Very central

Poor accommodation, very uncomfortable and nosy beds, no air conditioning, very hot rooms and smells like old furniture. Not very clean and comfy.

To dark design. Very poor location where the windows are facing very noisy street. so you cannot sleep.
