Spokojenost

Hotel je v klidné části Lince. Sice je to u průmyslové zóny, ale klid. Hned u hotelu je tramvajová zastávka a do centra jedou přímo dvě linky 1 a 2 bez přestupu a vedou přes hlavní nádraží. Super je parkování auta zdarma přímo za hotelem.

A very friendly, comfortable, safe and helpful hotel. Very good prices.

This is a very functional and comfortable hotel, It seems family run. I stayed two nights while cycling through Austria. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was good and the tram into Linz city centre is very convenient.

Be sure to ask for an en suite room when you book, if this is what you want. Some rooms have shower but no toilet.

Nie wieder in diesem Hotel.

Das Hotel lag örtlich praktisch für mein Ziel.

In Bad und Zimmer fand ich folgendes sofort vor: - verschimmelte Fugen ab Höhe des Türrahmens im Bad - siehe Fotos, - flackerndes Licht im Bad, - die Nachtlichtleiste über dem Bett war verstaubt, - der Boden war nicht gewischt. Der Mitarbeiter war leider unauffindbar und ich hatte nach dem Check-in relativ wenig Zeit. Beim Zähneputzen stellte ich fest, dass das Wasser kein Trinkwasser ist, es schmeckte und roch sehr seltsam, dasselbe galt für das Wasser aus der Dusche. Ich zeigte am nächsten Morgen einer jungen Mitarbeiterin das Zimmer, sie war entsetzt. Ich habe bereits mit dem Hotelinhaber Kontakt aufgenommen und erwarte eine Entschädigung.

The room was suitable for one person and it had everything you needed. The breakfast was fine.

Passable for one night on a cycling trip

Good breakfast and beds were comfortable enough for one night. Powerful and hot shower, big fridge and table and chairs in the room. Check in was friendly and easy and there’s a garage to store bikes.

Property feels very tired and in need of a bit of love. The bathroom and bed were clean, but the floor was a bit dirty and the walls desperately need new paint. It’s fine for one night stay but seeing as the tram into Linz centre costs 2,70 each way it maybe makes sense to pay a little more for somewhere more central.

It was a nice place overall

The personnel tried to communicate with us as well as they could, kind, pet friendly (10€ per pet I think it was), the gyro place next door has amazing food, supermarket right around the corner, parking behind the hotel

The breakfast was okay but you could tell it wasn’t renewed or refilled in anyway

Okay

The room was spacious and clean. Toilet was clean. Breakfast was not so good. Location is very good with restaurants and supemarkets nearby. Staffs are very nice.

There is now wifi. There is no soap or shmpoo in the washroom. There was no cooler for room in the temperature of more than 30 degree. We couldn't keep the window opened due to sound from cars and transports. Eventually sleeping was hard there. Communication was tough due to less english proficiency of the staffs.

The smell of the whole place around the hotel inside was very bad and sometimes unbearable. Heating facility was not at all adequate.

the breakfeast was nice

it was surely allowed to smoke in the whole building, as all of the walls were smelling strongly like cigarette fumes. The Hotel is non smoking now, however it was annoying to go to bed in a room which smells like smoke

There was no soap in the toilet, and the staff did not speak English at all.

I only stayed for one night then went to another city the next day.

Room was fine and adequate. However, the location was far away from the central city and overlooked a very busy street and traffic plus the tramline ran right in front of the building. There weren't many places to eat around there (only one actually) and the hotel did not have WiFi.
