This 5,400 sq. ft. luxury Mediterranean beach home has 9 bedrooms that sleep up to 36 guests and is in the exclusive coastal community of Frangista Beach. Aegean is just a 3 minute stroll to a private beach access. Situated on a corner lot this home boasts a superior summer kitchen surrounded by an elegant custom pool. Guests have the enjoyment of a beautiful pool to lounge around and the private beach access is just a short stroll away! Venture to the beach and enjoy your beach chair set ups during the summer months.
Aegean has a beautiful 17 x 30 ft. swimming pool with LED lighting, water features and an overflow spa! This large private pool features a shallow island perfect for small children. Located on the pool deck is an outdoor summer kitchen with natural gas grill, 2 mini-fridges, a stand-alone icemaker, sink and cabinet space. Between the pool and summer kitchen is a large mounted flat screen TV which is perfect for watching the big game or your favorite TV shows. There is plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing poolside in the Florida sun.
The mahogany French doors open up to a grand living space with 14-foot ceilings, comfortable seating and light streaming in from the private pool area. Near the living room is the fully furnished gourmet kitchen with its two refrigerators, two stoves, two dishwashers, and custom wood cabinets. This roomy and well-designed kitchen with an island for food preparation will meet all of your cooking needs. Beside the kitchen is the over-sized dining table that seats 10 along with the breakfast bar that seats 6. The rest of the group can dine pool side under cover at the outdoor dining table. Seating will never be an issue here!
On the second floor there are three spacious king suites; two of them have with their own custom decorations and private bathroom. One king suite has a set of custom built twin bunks. Between the two king suites and the bunk room is a custom built bunk nook. The large 6 bed bunk room is custom built with plenty of light streaming in from outside and the room has its own private bath. The beautiful game room is decorated with a nautical style with a balcony overlooking the pool.
On the third floor is a hallway connecting the five suites together. The first two king suites feature a set of twin bunks and their own private baths. Each king suite on this floor is decorated in warm colors and have plenty of windows allowing for the comfort of the Florida sunshine to enter the room. Back into the main hallway is the entrance to the third floor balcony. This large balcony with its amazing aerial view is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset in paradise.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet.

Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Taking into consideration all of the issues below, we did enjoy our stay. Very well laid out house with so much room you could go the whole week and not see each other. Great location with quick beach access. With that said, there were some issues with the house:
1. Bugs: we found numerous bugs (some very large) around the house, including in the kids bunk beds.
2. Both dishwashers are very difficult to use. One was leaking and both had bottom racks that fell every single time you pulled them out to load or unload.
3. Outdoor fireplace wasn't working and couldn't be fixed. They provided a table top fire option but with little kids this was not safe for us to use. It was a very cold week and the outdoor fireplace was a feature we were very much looking forward to using. Management did reply to this service request very quickly but were unable to fix it and said it had been broken the week prior also
4. ZERO beach equipment for our use, including beach towels. With this large of a house and the expectation with a large group that many of them may be from farther away than driving permits, I would think that at this rate, they would have provided some type of eqiupment or, at a minimum, beach towels.
5. One of the ovens has the door falling off so everytime you opened the oven the door facade fell on the floor.
Again, these are items that could be easily addressed and make this a 5 star review. The pool heater stopped working and management addressed it very promptly.

My family of 19 absolutely loved this house! The rooms are all large and have their own baths, the pool/outdoor patio area is fantastic and the walk to the beach is super close! Highly recommend this property!

Loved this house! Enough bathrooms and comfortable beds for everyone… 2 minutes walk to Beach! The pool was the highlight after a busy day of shopping, site seeing, and wave jumping!!!!!! My family and friends found this place to be exactly what we needed…… the pictures do not do it justice!!!!!well worth the money!!!!!

House was fabulous with all the amenities, just needed an elevator! Wish the space and arrangement of rooms could have been flipped, putting the game room on the 3rd floor and more individual sleeping space on the 2nd floor! We had 9 couples and everyone in our group’s age range was 45-65 and all the stairs were rough on the knees! Wonderful overall space, loved the pool!

We had 5 families stay in this house. There was more than enough room with each family having a king suite and rooms to spare for older kids. It was a short walk to a beautiful, private beach. No complaints.

Steps from the beach, an outdoor oasis right in your backyard, so much space capable of handling a large family!! Truly loved this place and hated to go. We had 24+ family members in town to celebrate Dad’s 70th birthday. You won’t be disappointed with this place! Highly recommend!!!

Loved the numerous beds, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, and parking spots. Perfect multiple family house, appreciated 1 bedroom on main floor for our grandparents who are unable to use steps. There are several steps & landings to 2nd & 3rd levels where bedrooms are located. There was construction right across the street that keep waking us up and made it difficult to enjoy pool area and conversations.

The first day we realized that is was not heating...We called and the next day maintenance showed up and "fixed it". It only stayed heated for one day. We called again and we never saw anyone come out. The pool never reached the 86 degree temperature advertised or even came close to the warmth after the fix. We certainly wasted our money on a heated pool.

We had an excellent time on our family vacation at this beautiful vacation home. There was more than enough space for everyone and it was very comfortable. Everyone we encountered while planning our vacation and wedding was wonderful! The patio was the perfect place for the wedding and reception! Very spacious!
Carrie was excellent and my family fell in love with her! The only things that needed improvement were the grill racks needing to be cleaned and the pool lights and hot tub jets did not work. Other than that, everything else was great. We would definitely book this rental again.

Gorgeous wedding location
Plenty of private spaces for guests along with large gatherings spaces when we were all together. You could not ask for better customer service regarding showing of available properties, booking, questions being answered and a minor maintenance issue being addressed within a couple of hours! I would highly recommend this rental management company and their employees, you won’t be disappointed! We look forward to next year with them!

Perfect house for wedding
We booked this house for our wedding. The accommodations at the house were great for guests of our wedding. The outdoor space around the pool was beautiful and very functional for our wedding reception of 60 people. Also everyone at Beach Reunion was great and helpful! We will definitely stay with them again.

A Party for Everyone
What a perfect house to accommodate large mixed groups! We stayed here for our company retreat this year and found that the multiple indoor sitting areas, outdoor porches overlooking the pool and spacious patios were perfect for all energy and party levels. Our group is made up of an age range of 20-70, and the house allowed everyone to set their own pace for the weekend. The property was very clean and fresh, and the beds and couches were all really comfortable. The acoustics on the patio are incredible. We were able to play loud music and because of the shape of the space, the sound was contained to our area. The pool and shaded hot tub are beautiful, and the beach with a private entrance is less than a 5 min walk away. We had an incredible time at this house and can't wait to stay here again next year!

Gorgeous, spacious house with fantastic pool area!
We had a small beach wedding and wanted a large home that our friends and family could share with us with room for a reception afterwards - this was perfect! The house itself is stunning, with plenty of space for everyone and everything. The rooms are perfect for families, as some rooms have a king or queen size bed for the parents and bunk beds off to the side for the kids. The outdoor area is fantastic with plenty of seating, a tv, 2 mini fridges and an ice maker. Carrie (the concierge for Beach Reunion) was fantastic to work with. She was so helpful in answering questions before our trip and taking care of the HOA requirements for our event. On top of that, she even stopped by to make sure everything was great. We will only use Beach Reunion for our future trips to Destin!!!

Great House for Large Groups
We had a business / team building event at the Aegean. The house accommodated the group very well. The outdoor area was excellent (and frequently used) along with great beach access. It was too bad, that we couldn't enjoy the last night due to an approaching hurricane BUT we will be back next year.

Aegean return
This is our second time renting the Aegean property from Beach Reunion properties. This was a very large family reunion and the house accommodated us very well again. The pool and outdoor area was great and the beach access was very convenient. More wonderful memories were made in a top tier home and area. Awesome house and time!
My fiance and I arrived on 4/25/16 for our wedding which would take place on 4/29/16. We arrived early so I called Laura, she said just as long as the cleaning people had been there. Laura was so great as I had to call a couple times, and she made sure that the right person came out!!! We opened the door and were in AWE as to the beauty of the Aegean! The pictures on the internet were exactly wha the place looked like! We had minor issues with the hot tub and pool not heating, but management was more than accomodating, sending out several people to look at the problem. We had 30 guests for our wedding and they all said how GREAT the Aegean looked and all enjoyed there stay! I cannot thank our concierge Carrie. She was AWESOME to work with and came over to meet myself and my fiance!! She could not do enough for us!! Thank you Carrie!! Awesome person!!! A person that really loves her job and working with people and making the stay so much more enjoyable!!! Beach Reunion was an excellent company to work with as we did all this by internet!! We are trying to get back next year for our 1 year anniversary!!!! Anyone that has a large party and wants to just go to the beach and hang by the pool we would recomend this house!!! We had our wedding on the beach and the reception back by the pool!!!

House was GREAT! Could not think of anything I would have changed or added. Note to MGmt co - had you put a note on the dishwasher advising that it was not working, I would have saved the aggravation of fully loading the machine, then unloading it and reloading the other one. I understand that appliances break, but a note would have been more convenient.

Superbowl Party
We came down in late January and had a blast. Weather was in the upper 60s. We had a total of 40 people. @ houses combined. The staff starting with Laura was Excellent. Ms. Carrie was so helpful. If felt like family. They went above and beyond. We had one minor incident. They were there in less than 10 minutes. Wow. I have rented many large homes in the past but Beach Reunion was the best. I just wish they had cabins too. I would highly recommend them for any vacation needs. Mention my name Sheldon. Thanks again.

Aegean
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Aegean home, it fit our needs perfectly. It was our first trip to the Destin area and with the help from the staff at Beach Reunion they gave us the home away from home. The layout of the home was beautiful, the open kitchen dinning and living area was the bomb. The pool and spa area was also a big hit, absolutely beautiful!!!

This is the Best of the Best! We've been booking large homes for annual family reunion in Destin for Many (30) years. Carrie the concierge went above and beyond to make our stay the Best Ever! The home has Everything! Many items that were provided are Not with any other Management companies. Beach Reunion is the Best! We tried to book next year's reunion but they were Already booked solid! That alone is a testament to their Beautiful homes and top notch service!!!

Great Week!
Great House. Stayed in a larger house a couple years ago but the Agean outdoor kitchen and pool area has a better layout. Bedrooms and baths awesome. Kitchen well stocked. Listing was accurate, property very clean. The manager was there upon arrival and was very helpful. I would recommend this property to any of my family or friends. We had 6 families, 15 teenagers and 12 adults. Great time. Need to solve the sliding door issue and provide more dish cloths in kitchen.

WONDERFUL!
We loved out stay in this spacious, nice, beautiful home. It is the perfect Florida getaway. So relaxing. Right on the beach. All you do is walk down your back stairs... There you are, on the gorgeous white sand beaches. It was amazing. Faces south, so you have the sun rise to your left and the set to your right. Just amazing. Our family loved it. Three levels of back balconies over looking the beach with great outdoor furniture. Splendid! There's also an elevator inside!
