Nice room and bathroom. Great breakfast!!! Location is great.

The location is amazing and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was good
The room didn’t look at all like the pictures. There were many things broken (light switches, the shower drain). The mattress was quite uncomfortable and when you request a double bed is just two single beds pushed together making it terrible to sleep with your partner.
I wouldn’t stay here again and I’m not sure why this place had this rating

Good location, good and simple breakfast, nice staff.
Too close to the busy street. Very noisy.
No lift.

Everybody from the reception were more than professionals. They expanded to us everything that needed to be seen in Florence.
The breakfast its plenty of choice.
I wound not say that i didnt like it, but it was very strange that the shower was in the room. 😂

Location
We were on the top floor room 401, we had an issue with the air conditioning dropping water heavily on the floor, the air conditioning unit was located on top of our entrance door, and the issue has been going on for a while as the wood around the door has expended and we struggle to close the door.
Smell before getting in the room was so strong of mould.
Curtain were falling off and we couldn’t even put them up as the window is too high so we had full sun in the morning.
Smell coming off the drain of the shower which is in the room not a separate bathroom was also very strong.
I suggest for that room a good refurbishment .
Morning breakfast there is only about 7 tables so no space when we arrived at 9.30am we waited and after us 2 families had to wait . Perhaps an option to offer room service or also to ask clients to schedule a time for their breakfast so they don’t have too many persons at the same time.
Reception team and lady at breakfast were nice .

Beautiful rooms, very kind and helpful staff. Location is great.
The locking system of the door is pretty old fashioned so we had some problems. Expensive but average for the city of Florence.

Excellent location at the end of Tram 2 from the airport. Only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. I let them know my flight was delayed and I’d arrive after 8pm so they sent me a code to get in the building and left my keys at the desk.
Not a problem for me but you need to let them know if you’ll arrive late. They will email a code to get into the building. Some complain about the lack of an elevator but I’m in my 70s and just took my luggage up slowly one landing at a time. Not a problem. Good to get exercise after many hours sitting in 3 different airplanes.

It’s a cute hotel with nice little breakfast. the staff was super accommodating and kind. We only stayed one night, but AC wasn’t working and our room was near street level. It was quite noisy with the windows open, but was a hot day so we had to deal with noise or heat. it’s conveniently located near train station.
Noise, AC wasn’t functioning

The location was close to the train station.
4 flights of stairs to the room. No one at the reception in the evening. Grout in shower needed to be cleaned and mold along baseboard in room. Unable to adjust temperature in room
Bed stiff as a board. Breakfast not until 8 am. More stairs in the room.

Nothing
This hotel is way bellow from what is advertised. The building is old, from outside it looks like abandoned place. When you enter you can smell super strong cleaning chemicals and that stays in your nose long time after you exit the building. We had to stay first night just because we arrived around midnight, so we were out of options, but right in the morning we moved to another hotel. This was so disappointing experience that I am starting to doubt Bookings grading system as this hotel is above 8!?!
Room was so noisy that we were not able to sleep - cars from the street driving fast on an old road, people screaming and yelling... This ended late and started again early in the morning.

The staff was excellent and really helpful.
The facilities are very run down and it was quite unpleasant to stay at. The pictures are very very misleading.

Great Location, very close to the central station and to the city center. One of the reception guys named Saverio was very polite and supportive. He helped us a lot with our demands and sometimes not related to the Hotel. Usually, he worked on the 2nd shift.
On our 1st day when we received the room wasn't well cleaned. i even found fur (ping pong size ball) on the corner of the room. That is unpleasant especially on the 1st impact with the room. Another problem was the heat of the room wasn't proportional with the temperature of January. Saverio again tried to help us with extra blank and talked to the manager to increase the heat but still not enough for the entire room.

The location is perfect! Close to the train station and just a short walk away from all the highlights of amazing Florence.
The staff was brilliant. Assisted us on everything with professionalism and efficiency we had a shortcoming with our room when arrived but alternative was given fast and in a good quality way by the young man at the small reception also he gave us useful information about the city with details and patience he is a gem for the property!
There was no elevator but he offered to assist with the suitcases.
Although we had a room with the road right in front it was easy to sleep.
I recommend to place slippers in the rooms.
Also you may look on the silicones of the bathroom doors to close tighter as a lot of water goes on the floor when showering and can be very slippery.
There is place for improvement.
Overall thought is a good place for a short stay.
