Beautiful rooms and great staff. We liked that we could have a light lunch and drinks by the pool.
A litle bit to hot inn the room during the night.

Location was right in the middle of the fields of Tuscany - a short drive from Cortona and close to vineyards and other Tuscany towns. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and rooms were charming.

The Le Terre Dei Cavaliari Cortona Resort was relaxing, romantic & beautiful. The buildings are rich in history, the rooms are very spacious, the beds comfortable & the on site restaurant was outstanding! The Chef is creative, mixing wonderful, fresh, local ingredients which were delicious. The service provided by Thomas, Marvin & Marco was friendly, yet professional. The pool was inviting and the grounds were perfect for early morning walks....Sunsets were spectacular while enjoying drinks by the pool. And, Cortona was a short distance away which we also enjoyed.
That we couldn't stay longer.

The combination of rustic, historical charm with modern amenities, incredibly helpful staff and wonderful food made this one of our favorite stays ever. Very convenient to a multitude of locations in Tuscany and Umbria.
Nothing in particular. Their restaurant is closed for dinner on Sunday, we'd love it to have been open every night!

The location was beautiful, in the middle of a sunflower field. But also really hard to do anything without a car. We had to taxi everywhere which took time to organize and expensive. Really wish we had rented a car. The breakfast was great. The pool was beautiful and clean. Our room was huge! Two floors and way more space than two people needed!
The restaurant food for dinner was very fancy. It was great to try new things but would've been nice to have a couple simple options as well. Online says the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays but it is only closed on Sundays. They do offer light lunch (sandwiches and salads) at the pool for lunch. This was great since we were planning on dinner at the restaurant on a Sunday so we got some sandwiches to save for dinner. The hours of the lunch and happy hour (late afternoon where they just offer drinks) were confusing. The signs said one thing and the staff said something different. One day the happy hour didn't even open which was a bummer since we had nothing else to do at that time and were planning on being able to have drinks.

We stayed in a Sunday and unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open. It didn’t spoil our stay but we were disappointed. We must’ve missed the notice on the information.

Le Terre was remarkable property. surrounded by beautiful countryside with views of Cortona and a hillside fortress with olive trees and wine vines. if you go in July- August, it is surrounded by sunflowers. The pool is gorgeous and so relaxing. Truly the epitome of Tuscany.
it's helpful to have a car as a taxi into Cortona is 25 euro each way.

The property is very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, it is nice that small lunch and drinks are served there in the afternoon. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant serves great food as well, so we stayed 2 evenings for dinner. We liked the locatiob as well, short drive to Cortona and great views over the town. We appreciate the value for money.
