The hotel is situated in a perfect location, and the standard of the hotel is very high with a modern feel. The rooms, are a good size, with a comfy bed, large shower, and excellent view out of the balance over looking the sea. The pool and bar area are kept clean tidy all day with a good atmosphere.
The only problem we had was the A/C in the room didn’t keep us cool and I feel this needs to be addressed asap.

Location and comfortable beds
Very busy on the Saturday was hardly any food left for breakfast and paper cups as run out of proper cups, also didn’t like paper cups in the room for a cup of tea . Not enough staff serving in the bars had to wait a long time for a drink

I'll definitely be back! We tried many hotels in Benidorm and I liked this one most. Perfect location on Levante Beach short distance to the English and Spanish side. Amazing view from the room, great facilities and Breakfast Buffet worthy of 5*

Communal areas very spacious and rooms large
Reception staff very helpful and polite, big thanks to them
Only paper cups in room for a hot drink,
the quality of evening meal very poor for price
Blankets on beds instead of duvets, definite no for me

The location was amazing, very clean
The door was stuck inside the wall for the toilet so after trying to pull it out for half hour, we closed it to use the toilet and it then would get stuck!! This happened at least three times. Aircon wasn’t great. Elevator was horrendously slow and so was check in!! The breakfast was edible.

Perfect location, central on Levante Beach. The pool was nice and clean and plenty of sun beds which was good (no reserving allowed!)
The check in process was not good. We arrived at 13:00 not expecting to check in but rather just to do a bag drop. When I asked the receptionist what time we would be able to actually check in, his response was "I don't know" not really very helpful. We checked in at 15:00 and the rooms were clean but on the small side.

The location was excellent, right next to the beach, and the hotel was kept clean and tidy. Overall the staff were also very friendly and polite.
Expensive for what it is. My partner and I travelled from another city on the East coast of Spain to meet family members the final weekend of our trip. Our room compared to theirs was a shambles. Our room was so small it fit a bed, and nothing else. The floor was taken up by our suitcases, and that was it all gone. Bearing in mind I am 6ft4, this did not leave much space to function. The water in the shower fluctuated between scolding hot and freezing cold, there was the sound of water flushing down the wall next to our bed anytime someone on the floor above used a toilet - to the extent it was waking us up in the night, and if all of that wasn't frustrating enough, the front door of our room didn't lock so when we returned in the evening, having been out all day, it was open! For what we paid for the room, this was very disappointing.

location was good ,near the beach great view, Breakfast wasn't bad , come on could have been a lot better , bacon was just fat, hardly a choice of cereal, there was Tea but no breakfast tea, orange juice kept running out, my mate only drinks coffee went to take it outside to have a fag, and was told no can't do that, this was sopose to be a 4 star hotel.
When we arrived , hotel Cimbi was quick to take payment up front , straight away, which is ok, But then no thank you , or WELLCOME DRINK, !!! nothing , not even were our room was located, when I address this with the staff who was on duty at the main desk, He really could not be Bothered by what I was saying, my party of people had paid a lot of money for this 3 nights . but hay , I will notifier Trip adviser, Facebook platforms etc, quite spoilt our stay , We booked our friend in a hotel in the old town, while we was there booking him in, thay gave us refreshments , very accommodating, only a 3 star, and we wasn't even staying there, bad show by you Hotel Cimbi.

The location is brilliant- right on the beach within easy walking distance of the old town and bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want, and more. As a group we booked 5 rooms and everyone was more than happy. Ours was very spacious with a seating area and sea views. Next time we will book a first floor one with its own pool.
Can’t think of anything we were disappointed with.
