Schöne Zeit in Binibona

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine vegetarische Variante steht beim Abendessen offiziell nicht zur Auswahl. Nachdem wir ein vegetarisches Abendessen angefragt haben, wurde dieses jeden Abend extra zubereitet. Hier haben sich wirklich alle Beteiligten sehr viel Mühe gegeben. So etwas haben wir noch in keiner Unterkunft erlebt. Die Suite war schön groß und sauber.

Die letzten Nächte war das Zimmer über uns auch belegt. Leider ist es dann doch etwas hellhörig. Vielleicht lag es aber auch an den Bewohnern.

Swimming pool was too cold Especially end of summer would have thought it would have been warmer I wanted to swim lots before my operation and the cold was too much Also small children found it too cold Otherwise perfect hotel

Swimming pool far to cold to enjoy swimming Not many people swam as so cold Even if boiling hot you don't really want to get in I realise they aren't heated but would have thought by end of summer it would have warmed up a bit

Breakfast could be improved. 1 hour before closure time of the breakfast, already most products were missing, such as cakes and sweet stuff. The bathroom door of our room was a see-through glass door, no privacy at all.

Good hotel for a total relaxation

Beautiful hotel with even more beautiful pool area. Friendly stuff, excellent service, huge room (!), linens were changed frequently! Rural surroundings and Spanish countryside style give total peace and relaxation.

We had a rental car and everyday were going to different beautiful places around Mallorca. We found out that such hotel for people who come and just stay for purely relaxation; for us it was uncomfortable to get there every day as the road to the hotel was narrow and rural. Also, one day we came from a trip to our hotel room late in the evening and found our bathroom flooded because ceiling was leaking. Problem was fixed immediately but lots of water on the floor in our bathroom was offhandedly left till the morning.

Amazing view and food and personnel and amenities in an beautiful nature location

Amazing location - quiet and at the foot of the mountains. Secluded and quiet, with multiple trails starting at the property or in the nearby villages. Food was very good and the choice was amazing. All the people working there were very nice and took really good care of us. The rooms were huge and the views were spectacular. Really a hidden gem for those looking for a mountain location but outside the crowds from Soller. The only sounds we heard were birds and sheep and the wind :)

Peaceful and high-end boutique hotel

Amazed by the kindness of hotel staff, special thanks to Carmen :) always having a word for the kids, looking and remembering about details, flexibility on meal plans to adapt to special requirements. The place is peaceful, perfect to relax and enjoy the beauty of surroundings.

The pool could have been heated to make our stay even better.

lovely pool with a mountain view, surrounded by fruit trees. large rooms with jacuzzi. great for a relaxing family holiday. very friendly and attentive staff. great food.

not enough toiletries in the bathrooms. telephone in the room was not connected. not enough staff to attend to every need of the client.

A unique experience

Fantastic property, well designed and maintained. Staff are beyond excellent, a wonderful team creating a very special experience for their guests. We also really enjoyed dinners at the finca. During our 8 day stay each meal was unique, food was so creative, yet homely and delicious. Local ingredients and wines are offered too. Absolutely brilliant and can't wait to be back one day

For the price I expected a bit more, but Mallorca is becomming expensive so this will become normal. AC in our room had a strange smell, the dinner in the finca is just ok. Overall it just lacks attentions to details.

This is the perfect hotel for relaxation and a good recharge amongst the beauty of the mountains.

Amazing property! It was very tranquil and zen. The meals were amazing too. We also had a great room complete with two terraces.

It was a little too quiet for the kids, but they still loved it.

the swimming pool is beautiful and so well kept with surrounding mountains. the food is brilliant for dinner. all staff are so helpful and kind. couldn’t recommend more highly.
